The preparation method of the color paste in the step S2 is as follows: mixing and continuously stirring 20 parts by weight of waterborne polyurethane, 5 parts by weight of color paste, 6 parts by weight of polyvinyl butyral, 4 parts by weight of deionized water, 2 parts by weight of isophorone, 2 parts by weight of polydimethylsiloxane, 2 parts by weight of polyurethane, 1 part by weight of polyoxyethylene ether and 1 part by weight of sodium lignosulfonate at a stirring speed of 1000 revolutions per minute, and continuously stirring for 1 hour to obtain color slurry.

The plastic films of the high temperature resistant and scratch resistant surface printing inks obtained in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention and comparative example 1 were subjected to the performance test, and the test results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, in examples 1-3, compared with comparative example 1, the plastic film of the high temperature resistant and scratch resistant surface printing ink of the present invention has better high temperature resistance, and the surface of the plastic composite product has excellent glossiness and smoothness and bright color.
