The chlorella antioxidant peptide is prepared by using various enzymes, and the clearance rate of hydroxyl free radicals is used as a discrimination index, so that the chlorella antioxidant peptide can be more accurately prepared. The ultrafiltration membrane with the molecular weight cutoff of 3000Da is adopted to prepare the algae polypeptide, thereby providing convenient conditions for obtaining purer algae antioxidant peptide by the next chromatographic separation.
