1. A joint processing mechanism for processing joints of a paper tape conveyed to a die cutting platform by a paper feed driving roller, the joint processing mechanism comprising:
the separating driving roller is used for conveying the paper tape processed by the die cutting platform;
one end of the joint separation plate is butted with the separation driving roller, and the other end of the joint separation plate is provided with a rotating shaft;
the driving mechanism is used for driving the joint separation plate to rotate around the rotating shaft, so that an opening is formed between the joint separation plate and the separation driving roller;
the joint detection device is used for acquiring a first detection signal that the head of the paper tape joint reaches the paper feeding driving roller and a second detection signal that the head of the paper tape joint reaches the separating driving roller;
and the control device is electrically connected with the driving mechanism, the joint detection device and the die cutting platform so as to receive a detection signal of the joint detection device, control the die cutting platform to stop running according to the first detection signal and control the driving mechanism to work according to the second detection signal, so that the joint of the paper tape runs downwards from the opening.

The splice handling mechanism of claim 1, wherein the splice detection device is further configured to acquire a third detection signal that the tail of the splice of the web exits the die cutting station and a fourth detection signal that the tail of the splice of the web reaches the separation drive roller; and the control device controls the die cutting platform to be pressed to work according to the third detection signal, and controls the driving mechanism to work according to the fourth detection signal, so that the joint separation plate returns to the position where the separation driving roller is butted.

The joint processing mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the joint detection means includes a tape detection means and a first encoder provided at the paper feed driving roller, the tape detection means being electrically connected to the control means to acquire the first detection signal; the first encoder is coaxially installed in the paper feed driving roller to acquire the second detection signal.
4. The splice processing mechanism of claim 3, wherein the first encoder is further configured to acquire the third detection signal; the joint detection device further includes a second encoder coaxially installed in the separation driving roller to acquire the fourth detection signal.

The joint processing mechanism according to claim 1, further comprising a color patch detecting device provided at the paper feed driving roller, the color patch detecting device being electrically connected to the control device to detect a die-cut color patch of the paper tape conveyed to the paper feed driving roller.

The joint processing mechanism according to claim 5, further comprising a joint pressure detection device for obtaining a joint pressure end signal of the die cutting platform for processing the paper tape, wherein the controller controls the rotation speed of the separation driving roller according to the joint pressure end signal.

The joint processing mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a driving cylinder and a cylinder base, the cylinder base is disposed below the joint separating plate, one end of the driving cylinder is mounted on the cylinder base, and the other end of the driving cylinder abuts against a lower surface of the joint separating plate.
8. A method of controlling a joint treatment mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
step S1, acquiring a first detection signal when the head of the paper tape joint reaches the paper feeding driving roller, and controlling the die cutting platform to stop running according to the first detection signal;
step S2, acquiring a second detection signal when the head of the paper tape joint reaches the separation driving roller, controlling the driving mechanism to work according to the second detection signal, and driving the joint separation plate to rotate so as to form an opening between the joint separation plate and the separation driving roller;
in step S3, the ribbon joint transported by the separation driving roller travels downward from the opening to collect the ribbon joint.

step S4, acquiring a third detection signal that the tail part of the paper tape joint leaves the die cutting platform, controlling the die cutting platform to close and press according to the third detection signal, and performing die cutting processing on the paper tape;
step S5, acquiring a joint pressure ending signal of the die cutting platform for processing the paper tape, and controlling the separation driving roller to run up according to the joint pressure ending signal so that the paper tape joint completely enters the opening;
and step S6, acquiring a fourth detection signal that the tail of the paper tape joint reaches the separation driving roller, and controlling the joint separation plate to rotate according to the fourth detection signal, so that the joint separation plate returns to the position butted with the separation driving roller.
10. The method as claimed in claim 9, wherein the step of controlling the die-cutting platform to work in combination according to the third detection signal, and before the step of performing the die-cutting process on the paper tape, further comprises:
detecting a die cutting color code of the paper tape transmitted to the paper feeding driving roller by using a color code detection device;
when the die cutting color marks are detected, the control device is used for controlling the die cutting platform to start, and the paper tape is subjected to die cutting.
