Background
At present, in the transmission process of materials, the mode of rotary arrangement is often adopted because the space is limited, and the mode of rotary arrangement often needs to use a turntable mechanism, and the materials at the position of a rotary node are transmitted by using the turntable mechanism.
In the patent document with publication number CN110328358A, a bale rotary table is introduced, in which a rotary arm is provided, a first driving motor and a second driving motor are respectively provided on two sides of the rotary table, the first driving motor is provided on a first slide rail through a first slide block, the first slide rail is provided on a turntable base, an output shaft of the first driving motor is connected with an input end of a first speed reducer, an output end of the first speed reducer is provided with a first gear, and the first gear is engaged with a gear ring. The gear meshing mode is an external meshing mode of the gear and the gear, the structure of the mode occupies a large space, lubricating oil needs to be directly injected into the gear meshing position and the bearing position when lubrication maintenance is carried out, the maintenance is not convenient enough, and the safety is poor.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the turntable mechanism, and the technical scheme can realize more compact arrangement of all parts, occupies less space and is easier to maintain.

a turntable mechanism comprises a base and a turntable main body; the base and the rotary table main body are connected through a relative rotation mechanism to realize relative rotation; the relative rotation mechanism comprises a rotation centering part and a fixed gear ring part which are concentrically arranged; the rotating centering part and the fixed ring part are respectively connected with the rotating main body and the base and can rotate relatively.
Further, in the above-described turntable mechanism, the relative rotation mechanism further includes a movement gear portion; the fixed gear ring part is arranged in the rotary centering part; the inner side of the fixed gear ring part is provided with inner teeth meshed with the motion gear part; the movement gear part drives the fixed gear ring part to rotate relative to the rotation centering part when rotating; the fixed gear ring part is fixedly connected with the base; the rotary centering part is fixedly connected with the rotary table main body.
Further, in the above-described turntable mechanism, the turntable main body includes a turntable frame; the driving part is connected with the movement gear part to drive the movement gear part to rotate, the driving part is fixedly arranged on the turntable frame, and the rotation centering part is fixedly connected with the turntable frame.
Furthermore, in the turntable mechanism, the upper part of the turntable frame is provided with a gear oil filling pipe hole; one end of the gear oil filling pipe is connected to the gear oil filling pipe hole, and the other end of the gear oil filling pipe is arranged above the meshing position of the fixed gear ring portion and the moving gear portion.
Furthermore, in the turntable mechanism, the upper part of the turntable frame is provided with a revolute pair oil filling pipe hole; one end of the revolute pair oil filling pipe is connected to the revolute pair oil filling pipe hole, and the other end of the revolute pair oil filling pipe is arranged at a revolute pair position of the rotary centering portion and the fixed gear ring portion.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

3) Gear oiling tube holes and a revolute pair oiling tube are formed in the upper portion of the rotary table frame, lubricating oil can be injected into gear meshing positions through the gear oiling tube, and the lubricating oil is injected into relative rotation positions between the rotary centering portion and the fixed gear portion through the revolute pair oiling tube, so that daily maintenance is more convenient.

As shown in fig. 3, the present invention provides a turntable mechanism including a base 1 and a turntable main body 2; the base 1 and the turntable main body 2 are connected through a relative rotation mechanism to realize relative rotation; the relative rotation mechanism comprises a rotation centering part 2.5 and a fixed gear part 2.2 which are concentrically arranged; the rotating centering part 2.5 and the fixed gear part 2.2 are respectively connected with the rotating body 2 and the base 1 and can rotate relatively. The turntable body 2 comprises a turntable frame 2.1; the driving part 2.4 is connected with the movement gear part 2.3 to drive the movement gear part 2.3 to rotate, the driving part 2.4 is fixedly arranged on the turntable frame 2.1, and the rotation centering part 2.5 is fixedly connected with the turntable frame 2.1. The structure can ensure that the components are vertically distributed, the structure is more compact, and the occupied area is smaller.
When the driving part 2.4 drives the moving gear part 2.3 to rotate, the moving gear part 2.3 and the fixed gear part 2.2 generate relative movement, and the movement enables the turntable frame 2.1 to do rotary movement under the centering constraint of the rotating centering part 2.5 and the fixed gear part 2.2, thereby realizing the rotary function of the turntable. The driving part 2.4 comprises a driving motor and a speed reducer. Thereby driving motor passes through the speed reducer deceleration and improves the rotation moment of torsion to obtain sufficient turning force when making the revolving stage rotatory, reduced the purchase cost of motor, and can realize the reliable and stable rotation of revolving stage.
The upper part of the turntable frame 2.1 is provided with a gear oil injection pipe hole; one end of the gear oil filling pipe 2.6 is connected to the gear oil filling pipe hole, and the other end is arranged above the meshing position of the fixed gear portion 2.2 and the motion gear portion 2.3. The upper part of the turntable frame 2.1 is provided with a revolute pair oil filling pipe hole; one end of the revolute pair oil filling pipe 2.7 is connected to the revolute pair oil filling pipe hole, and the other end of the revolute pair oil filling pipe is arranged at a revolute pair position of the rotary centering portion 2.5 and the fixed gear ring portion 2.2.
