The embodiments of the present invention are explained above from the perspective of a tire pressure failure recovery method, and the embodiments of the present invention are explained below from the perspective of a tire pressure failure recovery apparatus.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a virtual structure of a tire pressure failure recovery device according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the tire pressure failure recovery device 200 includes:
an obtaining unit 201, configured to obtain tire pressure failure problem information corresponding to a target vehicle, where the target vehicle is a vehicle with a tire pressure problem to be repaired;
an extracting unit 202, configured to perform keyword extraction on the tire pressure failure problem information to obtain a tire pressure problem keyword corresponding to the target vehicle;
a determining unit 203, configured to determine, based on the vehicle information of the target vehicle and the tire pressure problem keyword, whether a target solution corresponding to the tire pressure problem keyword is stored in a failure scheme library, where the tire pressure problem keyword and a corresponding solution for solving the tire pressure problem are stored in the failure scheme library;
the display unit 204 is configured to display a target solution corresponding to the tire pressure problem keyword when the target solution exists in the failure scheme library, so that a user can perform tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting on the target vehicle according to the target solution;
a determining unit 205, configured to determine a tire pressure failure solution of a target vehicle according to tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting information fed back by the user, where the tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting information is obtained after the user performs tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting on the target vehicle according to the target solution;
the display unit 204 is further configured to display the tire pressure failure solution of the target vehicle, so as to guide the user to perform corresponding operations according to the tire pressure failure solution.
In an optional manner, the determining unit 203 is further configured to:
when the target solution corresponding to the tire pressure problem keyword is not stored in the failure scheme library, determining problem description necessary information which is lacked in the tire pressure failure problem information;
and displaying prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for instructing the user to provide the necessary information for the problem description.
In an optional manner, the obtaining unit 201 is specifically configured to:
reading a fault code, a tire pressure nominal value, a tire pressure value and a tire pressure sensor identifier of the target vehicle by a tire pressure system connected with a vehicle-mounted automatic diagnosis system;
receiving tire pressure failure feedback information of the target vehicle input by the user;
and determining information obtained by reading the fault code, the tire pressure nominal value, the tire pressure value and the tire pressure sensor identifier and tire pressure fault feedback information of the target vehicle as the tire pressure fault problem information of the target vehicle.
In an optional manner, the obtaining unit 201 is further specifically configured to:
providing a target page, wherein the target page shows N fault selection items, each fault selection item in the N fault selection items comprises corresponding fault description information, and N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1;
selecting a target fault option according to the target operation instruction of the user;
and determining the fault description information corresponding to the target fault selection item as the tire pressure fault problem information of the target vehicle.
In an optional manner, the tire pressure problem troubleshooting information fed back by the user includes an operating state of the tire pressure module of the target vehicle and/or activation information of the tire pressure sensor of the target vehicle, and the determining, by the failure repair unit 204, a tire pressure failure solution of the target vehicle according to the problem troubleshooting information fed back by the user includes:
performing fault judgment according to the working state of the tire pressure module to determine a tire pressure fault solution of the target vehicle;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
determining a tire pressure failure solution of the target vehicle according to the activation information of the tire pressure sensor.
In an optional manner, the apparatus further comprises:
an updating unit 206, configured to update the failure scenario library according to the vehicle information of the target vehicle, the tire pressure problem keyword, and the tire pressure failure solution corresponding to the target vehicle.
The specific working process of the tire pressure failure recovery device 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention is consistent with the specific implementation steps of the tire pressure failure recovery method shown in fig. 1, which have been described in detail in fig. 1 and will not be described again here in detail.
According to the embodiment of the invention, tire pressure failure problem information corresponding to a target vehicle is obtained, and keyword extraction is carried out on the tire pressure failure problem information to obtain tire pressure problem keywords corresponding to the target vehicle; judging whether a target solution corresponding to the tire pressure problem keyword is stored in the fault solution library or not based on the vehicle information of the target vehicle and the tire pressure problem keyword; and finally, guiding a user to carry out tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting on the target vehicle through a target solution corresponding to the tire pressure problem keyword in the failure scheme library, further determining the tire pressure failure problem of the target vehicle according to the tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting information fed back by the user, determining the solution, and guiding the user to execute corresponding operation through the solution. Therefore, in the embodiment provided by the invention, the user is guided to carry out tire pressure fault repair according to the solution in the fault solution library, so that the problem of tire pressure can be solved fundamentally, and the repair speed of the tire pressure fault problem is increased.
Fig. 2 above describes the tire pressure failure recovery apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention from the perspective of a modular functional entity, and the tire pressure failure recovery apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below from the perspective of hardware processing, and referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of a tire pressure failure recovery apparatus 300 in the embodiment of the present invention includes:
a processor 301, a memory 302, a communication interface 303 and a communication bus 304 (wherein the number of the processor 301 may be one or more, and one processor 301 is taken as an example in fig. 3). In some embodiments of the invention, the processor 301, the memory 302 and the communication interface 303 are connected via a communication bus 304 or other means, wherein fig. 3 illustrates the connection via the communication bus 304.
Wherein, by calling the operation instruction stored in the memory 302, the processor 301 is configured to perform the following steps:
acquiring tire pressure failure problem information corresponding to a target vehicle, wherein the target vehicle is a vehicle with a tire pressure problem to be repaired;
extracting keywords from the tire pressure failure problem information to obtain tire pressure problem keywords corresponding to the target vehicle;
judging whether a target solution corresponding to the tire pressure problem keyword is stored in a fault scheme library or not based on the vehicle information of the target vehicle and the tire pressure problem keyword, wherein the tire pressure problem keyword for solving the tire pressure problem and the corresponding solution are stored in the fault scheme library;
if a target solution corresponding to the tire pressure problem keyword exists in the failure scheme library, displaying the target solution so that a user can perform tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting on the target vehicle according to the target solution;
determining a tire pressure failure solution of the target vehicle according to the tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting information fed back by the user, wherein the tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting information is obtained after the user performs tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting on the target vehicle according to the target solution;
and displaying the tire pressure failure solution of the target vehicle so as to guide the user to execute corresponding operation according to the tire pressure failure solution.
The processor 301 is also configured to perform any of the corresponding embodiments of fig. 1 by invoking operational instructions stored by the memory 302.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic view of an embodiment of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device, which includes a memory 410, a processor 420, and a computer program 411 stored in the memory 420 and running on the processor 420, and when the processor 420 executes the computer program 411, the following steps are implemented:
acquiring tire pressure failure problem information corresponding to a target vehicle, wherein the target vehicle is a vehicle with a tire pressure problem to be repaired;
extracting keywords from the tire pressure failure problem information to obtain tire pressure problem keywords corresponding to the target vehicle;
judging whether a target solution corresponding to the tire pressure problem keyword is stored in a fault scheme library or not based on the vehicle information of the target vehicle and the tire pressure problem keyword, wherein the tire pressure problem keyword for solving the tire pressure problem and the corresponding solution are stored in the fault scheme library;
if a target solution corresponding to the tire pressure problem keyword exists in the failure scheme library, displaying the target solution so that a user can perform tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting on the target vehicle according to the target solution;
determining a tire pressure failure solution of the target vehicle according to the tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting information fed back by the user, wherein the tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting information is obtained after the user performs tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting on the target vehicle according to the target solution;
and displaying the tire pressure failure solution of the target vehicle so as to guide the user to execute corresponding operation according to the tire pressure failure solution.
In a specific implementation, when the processor 420 executes the computer program 411, any of the embodiments corresponding to fig. 1 may be implemented.
Since the electronic device described in this embodiment is a device used for implementing a tire pressure failure recovery apparatus in the embodiment of the present invention, based on the method described in this embodiment of the present invention, those skilled in the art can understand the specific implementation manner of the electronic device in this embodiment and various variations thereof, so that how to implement the method in this embodiment of the present invention by the electronic device will not be described in detail herein, and as long as those skilled in the art implement the device used for implementing the method in this embodiment of the present invention, they all belong to the scope of the present invention to be protected.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating an embodiment of a computer-readable storage medium according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment provides a computer-readable storage medium 500 having a computer program 511 stored thereon, the computer program 511 implementing the following steps when executed by a processor:
acquiring tire pressure failure problem information corresponding to a target vehicle, wherein the target vehicle is a vehicle with a tire pressure problem to be repaired;
extracting keywords from the tire pressure failure problem information to obtain tire pressure problem keywords corresponding to the target vehicle;
judging whether a target solution corresponding to the tire pressure problem keyword is stored in a fault scheme library or not based on the vehicle information of the target vehicle and the tire pressure problem keyword, wherein the tire pressure problem keyword for solving the tire pressure problem and the corresponding solution are stored in the fault scheme library;
if a target solution corresponding to the tire pressure problem keyword exists in the failure scheme library, displaying the target solution so that a user can perform tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting on the target vehicle according to the target solution;
determining a tire pressure failure solution of the target vehicle according to the tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting information fed back by the user, wherein the tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting information is obtained after the user performs tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting on the target vehicle according to the target solution;
and displaying the tire pressure failure solution of the target vehicle so as to guide the user to execute corresponding operation according to the tire pressure failure solution.
In a specific implementation, the computer program 511 may implement any of the embodiments corresponding to fig. 1 when executed by a processor.
The embodiment of the invention provides a tire pressure fault repairing device which is used for executing the tire pressure fault repairing method.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a computer program that can be invoked by a processor to cause an electronic device to perform a tire pressure failure recovery method in any of the above-described method embodiments.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a computer program product comprising a computer program stored on a computer-readable storage medium, the computer program comprising program instructions that, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform a tire pressure failure recovery method in any of the above-described method embodiments.
The algorithms or displays presented herein are not inherently related to any particular computer, virtual system, or other apparatus. Various general purpose systems may also be used with the teachings herein. The required structure for constructing such a system will be apparent from the description above. Claims (14)
1. A tire pressure failure repair method, comprising:
acquiring tire pressure failure problem information corresponding to a target vehicle, wherein the target vehicle is a vehicle with a tire pressure problem to be repaired;
extracting keywords from the tire pressure failure problem information to obtain tire pressure problem keywords corresponding to the target vehicle;
judging whether a target solution corresponding to the tire pressure problem keyword is stored in a fault scheme library or not based on the vehicle information of the target vehicle and the tire pressure problem keyword, wherein the tire pressure problem keyword for solving the tire pressure problem and the corresponding solution are stored in the fault scheme library;
if a target solution corresponding to the tire pressure problem keyword exists in the failure scheme library, displaying the target solution so that a user can perform tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting on the target vehicle according to the target solution;
determining a tire pressure failure solution of the target vehicle according to the tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting information fed back by the user, wherein the tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting information is obtained after the user performs tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting on the target vehicle according to the target solution;
and displaying the tire pressure failure solution of the target vehicle so as to guide the user to execute corresponding operation according to the tire pressure failure solution.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the target solution corresponding to the tire pressure problem keyword is not stored in the failure scheme library, determining problem description necessary information which is lacked in the tire pressure failure problem information;
and displaying prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for instructing the user to provide the necessary information for the problem description.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring tire pressure failure problem information corresponding to the target vehicle comprises:
reading a fault code, a tire pressure nominal value, a tire pressure value and a tire pressure sensor identifier of the target vehicle by a tire pressure system connected with a vehicle-mounted automatic diagnosis system;
receiving tire pressure failure feedback information of the target vehicle input by the user;
and determining information read by the fault code reading, the tire pressure nominal value reading, the tire pressure value reading and the tire pressure sensor identification and the tire pressure fault feedback information of the target vehicle as the tire pressure fault problem information of the target vehicle.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring tire pressure failure problem information corresponding to the target vehicle comprises:
providing a target page, wherein the target page shows N fault selection items, each fault selection item in the N fault selection items comprises corresponding fault description information, and N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1;
selecting a target fault option according to the target operation instruction of the user;
and determining the fault description information corresponding to the target fault selection item as the tire pressure fault problem information of the target vehicle.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the user-fed tire pressure problem troubleshooting information includes an operating state of a tire pressure module of the target vehicle and/or activation information of a tire pressure sensor of the target vehicle, and the determining a tire pressure failure solution of the target vehicle according to the user-fed problem troubleshooting information includes:
performing fault judgment according to the working state of the tire pressure module to determine a tire pressure fault solution of the target vehicle;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
determining a tire pressure failure solution of the target vehicle according to the activation information of the tire pressure sensor.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
and updating the failure scheme library according to the vehicle information of the target vehicle, the tire pressure problem keyword and the tire pressure failure solution corresponding to the target vehicle.
7. A tire pressure failure repair device, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring tire pressure failure problem information corresponding to a target vehicle, and the target vehicle is a vehicle with a tire pressure problem to be repaired;

the determining unit is used for determining a tire pressure failure solution of the target vehicle according to the tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting information fed back by the user, wherein the tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting information is obtained after the user performs tire pressure failure problem troubleshooting on the target vehicle according to the target solution;
the display unit is further configured to display the tire pressure failure solution of the target vehicle so as to guide the user to execute corresponding operations according to the tire pressure failure solution.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the determining unit is further configured to:
when the target solution corresponding to the tire pressure problem keyword is not stored in the failure scheme library, determining problem description necessary information which is lacked in the tire pressure failure problem information;
and displaying prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for instructing the user to provide the necessary information for the problem description.
9. The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the obtaining unit is specifically configured to:
reading a fault code, a tire pressure nominal value, a tire pressure value and a tire pressure sensor identifier of the target vehicle by a tire pressure system connected with a vehicle-mounted automatic diagnosis system;
receiving tire pressure failure feedback information of the target vehicle input by the user;
and determining information obtained by reading the fault code, the tire pressure nominal value, the tire pressure value and the tire pressure sensor identifier and tire pressure fault feedback information of the target vehicle as the tire pressure fault problem information of the target vehicle.
10. The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the obtaining unit is further specifically configured to:
providing a target page, wherein the target page shows N fault selection items, each fault selection item in the N fault selection items comprises corresponding fault description information, and N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1;
selecting a target fault option according to the target operation instruction of the user;
and determining the fault description information corresponding to the target fault selection item as the tire pressure fault problem information of the target vehicle.

The apparatus according to any one of claims 7 to 10, wherein the user-fed tire pressure problem troubleshooting information includes an operating state of a tire pressure module of the target vehicle and/or activation information of a tire pressure sensor of the target vehicle, and the determining, by the fail-safe unit, a tire pressure failure solution of the target vehicle according to the user-fed problem troubleshooting information includes:
performing fault judgment according to the working state of the tire pressure module to determine a tire pressure fault solution of the target vehicle;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
determining a tire pressure failure solution of the target vehicle according to the activation information of the tire pressure sensor.
12. The apparatus of any one of claims 7 to 10, further comprising:
and the updating unit is used for updating the failure scheme library according to the vehicle information of the target vehicle, the tire pressure problem keyword and the tire pressure failure solution corresponding to the target vehicle.
13. A tire pressure failure repair apparatus, comprising:
a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and a communication bus;
the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
the memory is used for storing at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction causes the processor to execute the operation of the tire pressure failure repair method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
14. A computer-readable storage medium having stored therein at least one executable instruction that, when run on an electronic device, causes the electronic device to perform operations of the tire pressure failure recovery method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
