when the aluminum honeycomb plate is paved between the color steel plate and the galvanized plate, firstly paving the aluminum honeycomb plate on the color steel plate, cutting the aluminum honeycomb corresponding to the position of the opening, and then placing and attaching one surface of the galvanized plate with glue close to the aluminum honeycomb plate;
after the aluminum honeycomb plate is paved between the color steel plate and the galvanized plate, applying pressure to press, wherein the pressure is 200-500N;
the opening comprises an overhaul hole, a lamp socket and an exhaust fan hole, wherein a fixing strip is arranged at the position, corresponding to the exhaust fan hole, of the color steel plate, and is used for installing an exhaust fan, and the height of the fixing strip is 1-5mm lower than that of the aluminum honeycomb plate;
when the top plate is formed by combining two or more top covers, connecting strips are arranged on the inner sides of the bending edges of the color steel plates, which are close to each other, and fasteners penetrate through the connecting strips and the bending edges and are used for connecting the two top covers;
the height of the aluminum honeycomb plate is 10-15mm, and the density of the aluminum honeycomb plate is 0.3-0.6mmg/cm 3 The thickness of the color steel plate is 0.2-1.2mm, and the thickness of the galvanized plate is 0.5-1.5mm; the average density of the whole top plate is less than or equal to 1.2g/cm 3
The edges of the color steel plates corresponding to the overhaul hole, the lamp socket and the exhaust fan hole are provided with bending edges which are bent upwards; the fixing strip is a wood strip; the hole pattern of the aluminum honeycomb plate after being completely unfolded is a regular hexagon, and the side length of the regular hexagon is 8-15mm.

The integral bathroom top plate prepared by the preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the top plate is composed of one piece, two pieces or multiple pieces of top covers, the top covers comprise color steel plates, galvanized plates and aluminum honeycomb plates positioned between the color steel plates and the galvanized plates, openings are formed in the color steel plates, and edges of the color steel plates and edges corresponding to the openings are provided with bending edges which are bent towards the aluminum honeycomb plates.
