In the invention, plastic raw materials are poured into the raw material impurity filtering net 125 by opening the hot melting bucket cover 122, the operating handle 126 is shifted up and down to enable the left end of the raw material impurity filtering net 125 to move up and down, so that the plastic raw materials are filtered, larger impurities in the raw materials can be filtered at the upper end of the raw material impurity filtering net 125, the filtering function of the raw materials is realized, the quality of the plastic products is improved, the rejection rate of the plastic products is reduced, the raw materials are heated and melted by the hot melting plate 127, and the auger 128 is driven by the mixing motor 129 to stir the raw materials during melting, so that the raw materials are uniformly heated and quickly melted; the waste gas generated during melting is sucked into the air suction pipe 133 through the fan 135, the waste gas is purified through the air filter screen 134 and then is purified again through the plasma generator 136, and finally the purified space is discharged into the atmosphere through the air outlet pipe 132, so that the waste gas generated during melting does not pollute the air; the formed plastic product can be taken down from the die by using the material pushing rod body 145, so that a worker is prevented from directly contacting the plastic product, the plastic product which is just demoulded is prevented from being scalded or being clamped by the die due to misoperation, the plastic product can also be pushed out of production equipment, when the material pushing rod body 145 is moved, the material pushing rod body 145 drives the reset rod 144 to move, the reset rod 144 drives the connecting rod 143 to move, the connecting rod 143 drives the movable rod 141 to move, and the corresponding reset spring 147 can act along with the action, when the material pushing rod body 145 is not used, the material pushing rod body 145 can be automatically reset due to the action of the spring, the phenomenon that the material pushing rod body 145 is moved to hinder other equipment from working is avoided, and meanwhile, the labor is saved when the worker uses the material pushing rod body 145 to move, and the labor intensity of; during the ejection of compact, the plastics finished product is directly placed on finished product conveyer belt 156 to drive initiative conveying roller 151 through driving motor 153 and rotate, initiative conveying roller 151 drives finished product conveyer belt 156 and removes, and finished product conveyer belt 156 drives driven conveying roller 154 again and rotates, makes the plastics finished product transmission get into next process, effectively reduces workman's intensity of labour.

A noctilucent plastic product production device is characterized by comprising a plastic product forming machine body (1), a plastic mold cavity (2), a feeding hole (3), a feeding pipe (4), a ceramic sealing plug (5), a discharging door (6), a screw rod (7), an operating hand wheel (8), supporting legs (9), a workbench (10), a control panel (11), a raw material impurity filtering, melting and mixing hopper structure (12), a raw material melting peculiar smell anti-fouling treatment box structure (13), a self-reset type finished product push rod structure (14) and an artificial-product-free conveying belt structure (15), the middle part inside the plastic product forming machine body (1) is provided with a plastic mould cavity (2), threaded blind holes are formed in the left front side of the middle part inside the plastic product forming machine body (1) and the right front side of the middle part inside the plastic product forming machine body; the feeding hole (3) is formed in the upper side in the interior of the plastic product forming machine body (1), and the feeding hole (3) is communicated with the plastic mould cavity (2); the feeding pipe (4) is in threaded connection with the interior of the feeding hole (3); the inner ends of the two ceramic sealing plugs (5) are respectively connected to the middle parts of the inner ends of the two discharging doors (6) through bolts, and the ceramic sealing plugs (5) are plugged in the discharging holes formed in the left side and the right side of the middle part in the plastic product forming machine body (1); the two discharge doors (6) are respectively arranged at openings in the middle parts of the left and right ends of the plastic product forming machine body (1), and the connection parts of the discharge doors (6) and the plastic product forming machine body (1) are connected by hinges; one end of each of the two screw rods (7) penetrates through a through hole formed in the front side in the discharge door (6) and is in threaded connection with the inside of a threaded blind hole on the same axis with the through hole, and the other end of each screw rod is in keyed connection with an operating hand wheel (8); one end of the supporting leg (9) is bolted at the lower end four corners of the plastic product forming machine body (1), and the other end is bolted at the upper end four corners of the workbench (10); the control panel (11) is connected to the middle lower side of the front end of the plastic product forming machine body (1) through bolts; the feeding pipe (4) is connected with the raw material impurity filtering, melting and mixing bucket structure (12); the raw material melting peculiar smell antifouling treatment box structure (13) and the self-resetting type finished product pushing rod structure (14) are respectively connected with the plastic product forming machine body (1); the workbench (10) is connected with a manual finished product-free conveying belt structure (15); the raw material impurity filtering melting mixing hopper structure (12) comprises a noctilucent plastic hot melting hopper (121), a hot melting hopper cover (122), a limiting groove (123), a discharge valve (124), a raw material impurity filtering net (125), an operation hand lever (126), a hot melting plate (127), a packing auger (128) and a mixing motor (129), wherein the upper side of the right end of the noctilucent plastic hot melting hopper (121) is connected with the right end of the hot melting hopper cover (122) through a hinge; the limiting groove (123) is formed in the left upper side inside the noctilucent plastic hot melting hopper (121); the upper end of the discharge valve (124) is in threaded connection with the inside of a discharge hole formed in the lower end of the noctilucent plastic hot-melt hopper (121); the right end of the raw material impurity filtering net (125) is connected to the right upper side inside the noctilucent plastic hot melting hopper (121) in a shaft manner; one end of the operating hand lever (126) is connected with the middle part of the left end of the raw material impurity filtering net (125) through a bolt, and the other end of the operating hand lever penetrates through the limiting groove (123) and extends to the left part of the limiting groove (123); the hot melting plate (127) is connected to the middle lower side of the rear wall of the noctilucent plastic hot melting hopper (121) through bolts; one end of the packing auger (128) is connected with the right lower side in the noctilucent plastic hot melting bucket (121) through a bearing, the other end of the packing auger (128) is connected with the left lower side in the noctilucent plastic hot melting bucket (121) through a bearing, and penetrates through the left wall of the noctilucent plastic hot melting bucket (121) to be connected with an output shaft coupling of the mixing motor (129); the mixing motor (129) is connected to the lower side of the left end of the noctilucent plastic hot melting hopper (121) through bolts.

A luminous plastic product production device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw material molten peculiar smell anti-fouling treatment box structure (13) comprises a raw material molten gas treatment box (131), an air outlet pipe (132), an air suction pipe (133), an air filter screen (134), a fan (135) and a plasma generator (136), wherein the air outlet pipe (132) is connected to the inner part of an air outlet formed in the right lower side of the inner part of the raw material molten gas treatment box (131) through a bolt; the right lower end of the air suction pipe (133) is connected with the inside of an air inlet which is arranged at the upper side in the raw material molten gas processing box (131) in a threaded manner; the upper end of the air filter screen (134) is connected with the opening of the inner wall of the upper side through a bolt; the fan (135) is connected to the upper side in the raw material molten gas processing box (131) through bolts; the plasma generator (136) is connected to the middle part of the inner wall of the rear side of the raw material molten gas processing box (131) through bolts.

A luminous plastic product production device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the self-resetting finished product push rod structure (14) comprises a movable rod (141), a connecting seat (142), a connecting rod (143), a reset rod (144), a push rod body (145), a hanging ring (146) and a reset spring (147), wherein one end of the movable rod (141) is coupled in a groove formed on the upper side in the connecting seat (142) and the other end is coupled with the right end of the connecting rod (143); one end of the reset rod (144) is connected to the left end of the connecting rod (143) in a shaft mode, and the other end of the reset rod is connected to the left side of the middle portion of the rear end of the material pushing rod body (145) in a shaft mode.

A luminous plastic product production device as defined in claim 1, characterized in that said labor-free finished product conveyer belt structure (15) comprises driving conveyer rollers (151), first installation seats (152), driving motors (153), driven conveyer rollers (154), second installation seats (155) and finished product conveyer belts (156), said driving conveyer rollers (151) are coupled at the inner upper side between two said first installation seats (152); the driving motor (153) is connected to the middle upper side of the front end of the first mounting seat (152) arranged on the front side through bolts, and an output shaft of the driving motor (153) is connected with a front end coupling of the driving conveying roller (151); the driven conveying roller (154) is coupled at the middle upper part of the inner side between the two second mounting seats (155); the second mounting seat (155) is positioned at the right part of the first mounting seat (152); the finished product conveying belt (156) is sleeved on the outer wall between the driving conveying roller (151) and the driven conveying roller (154).
5. A luminous plastic product production facility as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the lower end of the discharge valve (124) is connected with the upper end of the feed pipe (4) by screw thread.
6. A luminous plastic product production facility as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the lower end of the raw material molten gas processing tank (131) is bolted to the middle part of the right side of the upper end of the plastic product molding machine body (1).
7. A luminous plastic product production device as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the left lower end of the air suction pipe (133) is screwed in the air suction opening arranged at the middle part inside the hot melting bucket cover (122).

A luminous plastic product production device as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that five suspension loops (146) are provided, four of which are respectively bolted at the middle parts of the left and right ends of the movable rod (141), the middle part of the lower end of the connecting rod (143) and the middle part of the right end of the reset rod (144), and the other suspension loop (146) is bolted at the left side of the upper end of the plastic product forming machine body (1).

A luminous plastic product production device as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the return spring (147) is provided in plurality, one end of the return spring (147) arranged on the right side is hung in the hanging ring (146) arranged on the left side of the upper end of the plastic product molding machine body (1) and in the hanging ring (146) arranged in the middle of the right end of the movable rod (141); one end of the reset spring (147) arranged in the middle is hung in a hanging ring (146) arranged in the middle of the left end of the movable rod (141), and the other end is hung in a hanging ring (146) arranged in the middle of the lower end of the connecting rod (143); one end of the return spring (147) arranged on the left side is hung in a hanging ring (146) arranged in the middle of the lower end of the connecting rod (143), and the other end is hung in a hanging ring (146) arranged in the middle of the right end of the return rod (144).
