It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the electric shaver further includes a handle 100, and the handle 100 is specifically cylindrical, but the handle may be in other shapes that are convenient to hold. The top end of the handle 100 is connected to a shaving unit, the monitoring module 600 includes a data processing module 630 and a detecting unit 400, and the skin care unit 500 and the detecting unit 400 are electrically connected to the data processing module 630. Wherein the plurality of shaving units includes a first shaving unit 210, a second shaving unit 220, and a third shaving unit 230, which all have a shaving function, but the first shaving unit 210 provided with the detecting unit 400 has a skin detecting function at the same time, and the second shaving unit 220 provided with the skin care unit 500 has a skin care function at the same time. Of course, in other embodiments, the number, the position arrangement and the function addition of the shaving units may be set according to actual requirements, and are not limited herein. For example, in an embodiment, the number of shaving units may be only one, i.e. only one shaving unit is provided on the handle 100, and both the skin care unit 500 and the detection unit 400 are provided on the shaving unit; alternatively, in an embodiment, when the number of the shaving units is plural, at least a part of the shaving units is provided with the detection unit 400, at least a part of the shaving units is provided with the skin care unit 500, and the like.
In addition, a main control board (not shown) and a power supply assembly (not shown) are further arranged in the inner cavity of the tool shank 100, and a data processing module 630 may be integrated on the main control board; a button 110 for turning on or off the electric shaver is also arranged on the cutter handle 100, and the button 110 is also electrically connected with the monitoring module 600 to realize related control functions; the connection relationship between the monitoring module 600 and each component may be a wired connection or a wireless connection, and when information is transmitted through the wireless connection, a relevant wireless transceiver module needs to be configured.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the electric shaver includes a holder plate 211, and the shaving unit includes a mounting frame, a blade net, blades, etc. coupled to the holder plate 211; an accommodating space is formed between the remaining mounting frames of the fixed disk 211, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the mounting frames. In the present embodiment in particular, the first shaving unit 210 of the plurality of shaving units includes a mounting bracket 212 coupled to the fixed plate 211, a first blade net 213 coupled to the fixed plate 211 through the first mounting bracket 212, a first blade 214, and a first driving member 215; the first blade 214 and the first driving member 215 are both built in a space between the fixed tray 211 and the first blade net 213; the first driver 215 is coupled to the first blade 214 to rotate the first blade 214. Specifically, the lower end of the fixing disc 211 is connected with the handle 100, and the connection may be a fixed connection or a movable connection, so that when the fixing disc 211 is movably connected with the handle 100, the angle of each shaving unit can be adjusted according to the actual position, the shaving unit can be more attached to the face, and better shaving and skin care effects can be achieved. Three grooves are formed at the upper end of the fixed plate 211 to receive three shaving units, respectively. The first mounting frame 212 is similar to a ring, a first knife net 213 is mounted in a through groove surrounded by an inner ring surface, and meanwhile, a ring-shaped fence is arranged on the first knife net 213. The first driving member 215 is mainly a driving motor, and the shaft of the driving motor is connected to the first tool holder 216, and the first tool holder 216 is provided with the first blade 214, so that when the driving motor rotates, the first tool holder 216 and the first blade 214 on the first tool holder 216 can be driven to rotate. The first blade 214 is disposed inside the first blade net 213, and when the electric shaver is started, the first blade 214 rotates at a high speed, so that hairs such as beard and the like protruding from the first blade net 213 can be cut by the first blade 214, thereby achieving a shaving effect. Here, the first blade mesh 213 may be fixedly installed or float installed, and when the first blade mesh 213 is float installed, it is advantageous to further fit the face, and a better shaving effect is obtained.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment, a first through hole 410 of a plurality of through holes is formed on a surface of the first mounting frame 212 of the first shaving unit 210, the surface being away from the fixing plate 211; the detecting unit 400 includes a camera and a sensor, the detecting unit 400 is disposed in the accommodating space between the fixing plate 211 and the first mounting frame 212, and the camera is exposed out of the first through hole 410. Here, in order to avoid the influence of the rotation of the first blade 214 and the shaved beard, it is preferable that the detection unit 400 is embedded inside the first mounting bracket 212 and isolated from the first blade 214 and the like. However, in other embodiments, the detecting unit 400 may also be disposed to protrude from the first mounting frame 212, and is not limited herein. Specifically, the first mounting bracket 212 has an annular inclined surface inclined downward in a radial direction, and the first through hole 410 is preferably formed on the inclined surface. In addition, in order to prevent the broken beard from falling into the first through hole 410 and affecting the normal shooting of the micro-camera, a transparent baffle plate can be arranged at the first through hole 410. It should be noted that the detection unit 400 is not limited to the manner of image capture detection, and may further include a humidity sensor, a temperature sensor, and the like to detect the humidity and the temperature of the skin, so as to obtain more comprehensive and accurate skin status information.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment, the number of the detecting units 400 is multiple, and the detecting units 400 are distributed in the accommodating space between the first mounting frame 212 and the fixing plate 211 at intervals; therefore, the skin state can be detected from multiple angles, the problem that the detection visual angle of a single detection unit 400 is limited is avoided, and the purpose of detecting the skin state more comprehensively and accurately is achieved. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in order to further improve the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the detection, the detection units 400 may be disposed on both the first mounting rack 212 of the first shaving unit 210 and the second mounting rack 221 of the second shaving unit 220, the number of the detection units 400 on each shaving unit may be one or more, and of course, the detection unit 400 may also be disposed on the third shaving unit 230.
Further, in an embodiment, the second shaving unit 220 includes a second mounting bracket 221 coupled to the fixed tray 211, a second blade net 222 coupled to the fixed tray 211 through the second mounting bracket 221, a second blade 223, a second driving member 224, a second blade holder 225, and an adjustment structure (not shown) coupled to the second blade 223. After receiving the detection result information, the monitoring module 600 sends an adjustment instruction to the adjustment structure, and the adjustment structure adjusts the distance between the second blade 223 and the second blade grid 222 according to the adjustment instruction. For example, when acne is detected in the skin region, the monitoring module 600 controls the adjustment structure to move the second blade 223 away from the second blade mesh 222 to prevent the skin with acne from being damaged during shaving.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, the skin care unit 500 is disposed in the receiving space between the second mounting bracket 221 and the fixing plate 211. . As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the skin care unit 500 includes a pox removing module 510, a third through hole 511 is provided on the second mounting bracket 221 of the second shaving unit 220, and in order to avoid the influence of the rotation of the blade and the shaved beard, the pox removing module 510 is preferably built in the third through hole 511, and the third through hole 511 is provided on the inclined surface of the second mounting bracket 221 and is preferably provided with a transparent baffle; of course, in the other two shaving units, the acne eliminating module 510 may be provided as well. Similarly, the functional modules included in the skin care unit 500 are not limited to the acne removal module 510, and may be other modules with skin care and beauty effects. Here, the acne removing function of the acne removing module 510 has various implementations, such as but not limited to medicine application or light sterilization, and the acne removing module 510 adopts the light sterilization for design and assembly convenience.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 2, a second through hole 521 is formed on a surface of the second mounting frame 221 of the second shaving unit 220, which is away from the fixing plate 211; the skin care unit 500 further includes an illumination module 520 disposed in the second receiving space, and light emitted from the illumination module 520 passes through the second through hole 521. Specifically, the illumination module 520 includes a light source capable of emitting light, which may preferably be an LED. In the same manner as the detection unit 400, the second through hole 521 is preferably disposed on the inclined surface of the second mounting bracket 221, and is also provided with a transparent baffle. Here, since the pox eliminating module 510 and the illumination module 520 are both in an illumination treatment mode, the pox eliminating module 510 and the illumination module 520 can be integrated into one, and then emit light rays with corresponding colors at different use stages, or the pox eliminating module 510 and the illumination module 520 can be separately arranged and respectively emit light rays with different colors.
It should be noted that, since light is energetic, in the medical or cosmetic field, different therapeutic or cosmetic effects can be achieved by using light in different spectral ranges. Ultraviolet rays in sunlight, for example, can sterilize; the infrared ray can penetrate to the bottom layer of the skin, and the blood circulation can be effectively increased. According to related researches, the blue light in the spectrum range of 415 nm to 500 nm has the effects of calming the skin, balancing secretion, controlling grease and the like; the green light in the spectrum range of 500-550 nm has the functions of whitening skin, fading color spots, beautifying and whitening skin and the like; yellow light in the spectrum range of 550-600 nm has the effects of deep repair, collagen protein supplement, skin elasticity increase and the like; orange light in the spectral range of 600 nm to 650 nm has the effects of improving fine lines, tightening skin, accelerating blood circulation and the like; the red light in the spectrum section of 650 nm to 780 nm has the functions of removing eye bags, removing black eyes, lightening melanin and the like; purple light in the spectrum range of 790-850 nm has the effects of improving acne, acne mark, yellow spot and the like. For a male user who often uses the electric shaver, skin problems such as acne and excessive skin oil are often occurred, and therefore, in the present electric shaver, the light irradiation module 520 preferably emits blue and purple light.
Further, in an embodiment, in order to realize the multi-angle beauty and skin care function, the number of the illumination modules 520 is plural, and the plural illumination modules 520 are circumferentially spaced in the accommodating space, and further preferably circumferentially uniformly spaced
Further, in an embodiment, the skin care unit 500 and the detection unit 400 may be disposed on the same shaving unit, and the skin care unit 500 and the detection unit 400 are arranged at intervals. Thus, the beauty and skin care effects of the electric shaver can be further improved, and the influence of the illumination module 520 in the skin care unit 500 on the detection unit 400 can be avoided as much as possible.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, the monitoring module 600 further includes a data storage module 610 and a positioning module 620, the data storage module 610 is configured to store the detection result information detected by the detection unit 400, and the positioning module 620 is configured to mark and store the detection position information having the detection result information of the abnormal skin state according to the detection result information. Thus, the electric shaver has the function of memorizing the skin state of the user, and after the skin state of the user is detected, repeated detection is not needed, so that the waste of the shaving unit is avoided.
The operation of the electric shaver will be described below in a simple manner in the case where the user has acne on the skin. First, when the user moves to a certain face area using the electric shaver, the pox can be detected by the detecting unit 400 provided on the first shaving unit 210 through the camera. The image of the skin area with acne can then be sent to the data processing module 630 via the detection unit 400. After the data processing module 630 determines and confirms, on one hand, the monitoring module 600 sends an adjustment instruction to the adjustment structure to adjust the distance between the second blade 223 and the second blade mesh 222, so as to prevent the skin from being injured during shaving in the area; on the other hand, the monitoring module 600 controls to start the pox eliminating module 510 on the second shaving unit 220, and eliminates the pox through the pox eliminating function of the module; and activates the cosmetic function on the second shaving unit 220 when the shaver passes the place next time, i.e., blue light irradiation or other irradiation is performed on the place by the irradiation module 520.
The above description is only exemplary of the present application and should not be taken as limiting the present application, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the protection scope of the present application.
