Background
The existence of burrs can cause the whole mechanical system to be incapable of working normally, so that the reliability and the stability are reduced. and seventhly, drying, namely draining the antirust liquid from the antirust treated cover plate, and then sealing and storing.
Preferably, clear water is arranged between the adjacent steps for cleaning, the surface of the cover plate is cleaned by the clear water, residual substances on the surface of the cover plate can be effectively washed, the water cleaning step is carried out at normal temperature and normal pressure, and the cleaning time is 10 seconds.
Preferably, in the second step, the pickling solution is hydrochloric acid with a concentration of 4%, and the pickling time of the cover plate at normal temperature and normal pressure is 5-15 seconds.
Preferably, in the third step, the working temperature of ultrasonic cleaning is 50-70 ℃, the cavitation effect in the temperature range is good, and scrap iron on the surface of the cover plate can be effectively removed.
