Based on the above embodiment, the specific working principle is as follows: after the scraping and grinding block A5 contacts the lower surface of the workpiece, because the scraping and grinding block A5 is ejected, the grinding plate A51 on the top surface of the scraping and grinding block A5 can generate an interaction force with the lower surface of the workpiece, and further the grinding plate A51 is attached to the lower surface of the workpiece, at the moment, the cutter body B42 on the top surface of the scraping head B4 increases friction through the scraping groove B43, and meanwhile, the sharpened top surface generates stronger unit pressure to scrape off downward burrs, if the relative action force is too large during attachment, deformation can be generated through the bending groove A54 of the top column A53, the pressure is changed into elastic force through the torsion rod A55, and the inner pressing block B3 is matched to further enable the grinding plate A51 to be attached to the lower surface of the workpiece without overlarge pressure to scrape the surface of the workpiece.
