At present, small bolts are upset by small upsetting equipment, can upset bolts with high accuracy, and can meet the requirement of mass production of bolts with the total length within 110, but the structure of the small upsetting equipment is too complex, the stroke is limited, and the bolts with the total length of 110 mm-280 mm cannot be upset on the small upsetting equipment.

The invention has the beneficial effects that the long bolt with the corresponding size can be processed only by changing the size of the adjusting die body, and the defects of the long bolt with the total length of 110-280 mm, low precision, small batch, long length and incapability of upsetting by using the traditional upsetting method are overcome.
Furthermore, a handle is arranged on the ring surface of the adjusting die body. The handle is convenient for the taking and placing operation of the forming die.
Further, the anchor ring of upper die base is equipped with 1 ~ 3 exhaust holes, the exhaust hole sets up towards the through-hole. The air in the through hole is rapidly exhausted by arranging the exhaust hole.
Further, the upper die base is connected with the adjusting die body and/or the adjusting die body is connected with the lower die base through a fixing bolt. This is one of the detachable connection methods, and is fixed by inserting a fixing bolt.
