In order to improve the practicability; as shown in fig. 4 and 6, two receiving grooves 27 are formed in two sides of the top of the scraping baffle 25, the bottom end of the translation scraping plate 32 extends into the receiving grooves 27, and the cross micro-slit 35 is in a closed state in a normal state; by arranging the accommodating grooves 27 and other structures, when the translation scraper 32 is positioned in the accommodating grooves 27 on the two sides, the translation scraper 32 is not deformed, so that the cross-shaped micro-gap 35 is in a closed state; when scraper blade motor 16 control translation scraper blade 32 carries out the frictioning, slide to the top surface of frictioning baffle 25 from holding tank 27 in translation scraper blade 32 bottom with elastic deformation's mode for cross slit 35 expands, thereby makes inside alcohol ooze, and this design has realized that alcohol only oozes when translation scraper blade 32 scrapes, and is sealed in translation scraper blade 32 when being located both sides holding tank 27, has promoted controllability and reliability.
To prevent the scraped adhesive from falling on the top of the tape base film 5; as shown in fig. 5, an air pressure generating device is arranged in the clean room 1, a buckle 30 is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the alcohol box 29 through a screw, an air pipe 31 is connected in the buckle 30 in a clamping manner, the bottom end of the air pipe 31 is matched with one side of the top surface of the frictioning baffle 25, and the other end of the air pipe 31 is connected to the output end of the air pressure generating device; by arranging the air pipe 31 and the like, air can be blown while the translation scraper 32 scrapes, and the scraped adhesive is prevented from falling on the top of the adhesive tape base film 5 from the other side.
In order to improve the product quality; as shown in fig. 2, a dust removing frame 6 is fixed on the outer wall of the top of one second supporting frame 8 through screws, dust removing brushes 7 which are densely distributed are arranged at the bottom of the dust removing frame 6, and the dust removing brushes 7 can be electrostatic dust removing pastes; through setting up dust removal brush 7 isotructures, can clean sticky tape base film 5 before the spraying adhesive to ensure product quality.
To facilitate adjustment of the degree of tension; as shown in fig. 2, be provided with tensioning adjustment mechanism between backing roll 14 and the take-up cylinder 13, tensioning adjustment mechanism includes lifting roller 12 and two cranes 10, and two crane 10 inner walls sliding connection have two lifting slide 9 respectively, and lifting roller 12 both ends are rotated respectively and are connected in two lifting slide 9 inner walls, and a lifting slide 9 top inner wall is rotated and is connected with lift knob 11, and lift knob 11 passes through threaded connection in a crane 10 top inner wall, and another lifting slide 9 top inner wall has the tensioning guide arm through the screw fixation, and tensioning guide arm sliding connection is in another crane 10 top inner wall.
Example 2:

s3: the height of the lifting roller 12 is adjusted through the lifting knob 11, and the tensioning degree of the adhesive tape base film 5 is controlled;
s4: controlling the feeding of the adhesive tape base film 5, spraying an adhesive on the top surface of the adhesive tape base film 5 by using an adhesive spraying mechanism, and synchronously winding by using a winding roller 13;
s5: controlling the scraping roller 26 to rotate to scrape off the redundant adhesive;
s6: and periodically controlling the scraper motor 16 to work, and cleaning the top surface of the frictioning baffle 25 by using the translation scraper 32 until the glue spraying and rolling work is finished.

An ultrathin adhesive tape thickness adjusting device comprises an adhesive scraping mechanism arranged in a dust-free chamber (1) and two first supporting frames (22), it is characterized in that the outer wall of the top of one first support frame (22) is rotatably provided with an adjusting stud (18), the outer wall of the top of the other first support frame (22) is fixed with an adjusting guide rod (23) through a screw, one outer wall of the first support frame (22) is fixed with a servo adjusting motor (21) through a screw, an adjusting stud (18) is rotationally connected with the output end of the servo adjusting motor (21), the glue scraping mechanism comprises a glue scraping roller (26) and two adjusting frames (19), the glue scraping roller (26) is respectively arranged on the inner walls of the two adjusting frames (19) through a shaft in a rotating way, one adjusting frame (19) is connected to the outer wall of the adjusting stud (18) through a thread, and the other adjusting bracket (19) is connected with the outer wall of the adjusting guide rod (23) in a sliding way; a scraping roller motor (28) is fixed on the outer wall of one side of one adjusting guide rod (23) through a screw, the output end of the scraping roller motor (28) is rotatably connected to a shaft of the scraping roller (26) through a coupler, an angle sensor (20) used for monitoring the rotating angle of the adjusting stud (18) is further arranged on the adjusting stud (18), a control unit is arranged in the dust-free chamber (1), a side door (3) is mounted on the outer wall of one side of the dust-free chamber (1) through a hinge, an embedded control screen (2) is mounted on the outer wall of one side of the side door (3), and the angle sensor (20), the control screen (2) and the servo adjusting motor (21) are all electrically connected with the control; two supporting rollers (14) for supporting the adhesive tape base film (5) are further arranged in the dust-free chamber (1), and the two supporting rollers (14) are respectively installed on two sides of the rubber scraping roller (26) through second supporting frames (8); the adhesive tape base film (5) penetrates through the surfaces of the two supporting rollers (14) in a staggered mode, and the adhesive tape base film (5) is located on the lower side of the rubber scraping roller (26); a glue spraying mechanism for spraying an adhesive on the top surface of the adhesive tape base film (5) is arranged between the supporting roller (14) and the glue scraping roller (26), and the glue spraying mechanism is arranged above the adhesive tape base film (5); and a winding roller (13) for winding the finished product materials is arranged on one side of the supporting roller (14), and a material taking opening (4) is formed in the outer wall of one side, close to the winding roller (13), of the dust-free chamber (1).

The ultra-thin adhesive tape thickness adjusting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein two frictioning brackets (17) are fixed on the outer wall of one side of the adjusting bracket (19) by screws, the same frictioning baffle (25) is fixed on the outer wall of the adjacent side of the two frictioning brackets (17) by screws, and the frictioning baffle (25) is slidably connected to the circumferential outer wall of the frictioning roller (26).
