The main functions realized by the invention are as follows: by granulating the poultry breeding medicines, the granule forming speed can be effectively improved, the working efficiency is improved, the feed is prevented from being pressed in equipment and blocking the equipment, the service life of the equipment is prolonged, meanwhile, the extrusion force required by the equipment is effectively reduced, the equipment cost is reduced, and extrusion damage of parts in the equipment is prevented; the suction pump 25 is opened, the suction pump 25 sucks air in the collection bin 20 through the first air pipe 26, the air suction channel 23 and the filter plate 24, the collection bin 20 sucks air on the lower side inside the working bin 1 through a plurality of groups of sieve holes at the bottom of the working bin 1, dusty raw materials generated during granulation of the raw materials in the working bin 1 can enter the collection bin 20 through the plurality of groups of sieve holes, particles in the working bin 1 can roll down along the bottom of the inner wall of the working bin 1 rightwards, the filter plate 24 can block the dusty raw materials in the collection bin 20, the dusty raw materials fall into the collection bin 21 to be collected, the air in the collection bin 20 passes through the filter plate 24 to enter the air suction channel 23, the cleaning plate 22 is opened, the dusty raw materials collected in the collection bin 21 can be discharged into an external collection device through a cleaning port, so that the dusty raw materials can be conveniently collected, secondary utilization can be conveniently carried out, and can be conveniently separated from the particles after, the purity of the particles is improved, and the air pumped by the suction pump 25 can be discharged to the outside through the second air pipe 27; when the two groups of second rotating shafts 16 rotate around the first rotating shaft 6, the two groups of second rotating shafts 16 drive the third supporting plate 29 and the rotating ring 28 to rotate on the inner gear ring 18, and the rotating ring 28 and the third supporting plate 29 are arranged, so that the two groups of second rotating shafts 16, the front side gear 17 and the rear side gear 17 can be conveniently supported and fixed, and the firmness and the operation stability of the equipment are improved; when the two groups of right-angle cutters 15 rotate, the two groups of right-angle cutters 15 respectively drive the six groups of fourth supporting plates 35 to rotate, the six groups of fourth supporting plates 35 respectively drive the three groups of second annular sliding grooves 34 to respectively rotate on the three groups of second annular guide rails 33, and the three groups of second annular sliding grooves 34 and the six groups of fourth supporting plates 35 are arranged, so that the two groups of right-angle cutters 15 can be conveniently supported, the stability of the rotation of the right-angle cutters is improved, and the two groups of right-angle cutters 15 are conveniently contacted with the outer walls of the four groups of annular grooves all the time; the raw materials in the feed hopper 3 pass through gaps among the plurality of groups of intercepting rods 36 and fall into the material guide cylinder 5, and the plurality of groups of intercepting rods 36 are arranged, so that the raw materials with larger shapes in the feed hopper 3 can be conveniently blocked, and the raw materials can be conveniently screened; through setting up observation glass 37 and opening, can conveniently carry out real-time detection to the equipment operation condition in the working bin 1, improve practicality and reliability.
According to the granulating equipment for poultry breeding drug production, the installation mode, the connection mode or the arrangement mode are common mechanical modes, and the granulating equipment can be implemented as long as the beneficial effects of the granulating equipment can be achieved.

A granulating device for producing poultry breeding medicines is characterized by comprising a working bin (1), four groups of supporting legs (2), a feed hopper (3), a discharge channel (4), a guide cylinder (5) and a first rotating shaft (6), wherein the bottom of the working bin (1) is provided with an inclined plane, the four groups of supporting legs (2) are uniformly arranged at the lower side of the working bin (1), the feed hopper (3) is arranged at the left side of the top of the working bin (1), the discharge channel (4) is arranged at the right side of the bottom of the working bin (1) and is communicated with the inside of the working bin (1), the guide cylinder (5) is positioned in the working bin (1), the left side of the guide cylinder (5) is fixed at the left side of the inner wall of the working bin (1), the right end of the guide cylinder (5) is sealed, the inner wall of the guide cylinder (5) is communicated with the four groups of annular grooves, the four groups of annular grooves are transversely distributed side, the outer walls of the four groups of ring grooves and the right end of the guide cylinder (5) are uniformly communicated with each other and provided with a plurality of groups of extrusion holes, the lower output end of the feed hopper (3) penetrates through the working bin (1) and is communicated with the interior of the guide cylinder (5), the first rotating shaft (6) is positioned in the guide cylinder (5), the left side of the first rotating shaft (6) is rotatably arranged on the left side of the inner wall of the working bin (1), the right side of the first rotating shaft (6) penetrates through the right end of the guide cylinder (5) and is rotatably arranged on the right side of the inner wall of the working bin (1), the left end of the working bin (1) is provided with a motor (7), the right output end of the motor (7) penetrates through the left side of the working bin (1) and is in transmission connection with the left end of the first rotating shaft (6), the outer wall of the first rotating shaft (6) is provided with a spiral pushing blade (8), the spiral guide, each group of compression rollers (9) can roll on the inner wall of the corresponding annular groove, a plurality of groups of material pressing grooves are uniformly communicated and arranged in the circumferential direction of the outer wall of each group of compression rollers (9), a support (10) is uniformly arranged on each group of compression rollers (9) in a rotating manner, the inner side of each group of support (10) is fixed on a first rotating shaft (6), three groups of material pressing plates (11) are uniformly arranged on the right side of the outer wall of the first rotating shaft (6) in an annular manner, the right lower side of a rear side material pressing plate (11) is in contact with the right side of the inner wall of the guide cylinder (5), the right upper side of the rear side material pressing plate (11) is separated from the right side of the inner wall of the guide cylinder (5), the three groups of material pressing plates (11) are inclined and correspond to the inclined directions of the three groups of material pressing plates (11), the three groups of material pressing plates (11) are mutually staggered with the three groups of compression rollers (9) in the annular groove on, a first annular sliding groove (13) is sleeved on the outer side of the first annular guide rail (12) in a sliding manner, first supporting plates (14) are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the first annular sliding groove (13), right-angle cutters (15) are arranged on the right sides of the two groups of first supporting plates (14), the directions of the two groups of right-angle cutters (15) are opposite, the inner sides of the two groups of right-angle cutters (15) are in contact with the outer walls of the four groups of annular grooves and the right end of the material guide cylinder (5) and slide relatively, the inner sides of the right ends of the two groups of right-angle cutters (15) are separated from the outer wall of the first rotating shaft (6), second rotating shafts (16) are arranged on the right sides of the two groups of right-angle cutters (15), gears (17) arranged on the middle parts of the two groups of second rotating shafts (16) and the first rotating shaft (6) on the right side of the material, gear (17) on first pivot (6) all with gear (17) intermeshing on two sets of second pivot (16), the number of teeth of gear (17) is greater than the number of teeth of gear (17) on first pivot (6) on two sets of second pivot (16), the outside meshing of two sets of gear (17) is provided with interior ring gear (18), the outer wall left side annular of interior ring gear (18) evenly is provided with four sets of second backup pad (19), the inner wall right side at working bin (1) is all fixed on the right side of four sets of second backup pad (19).

The granulating device for poultry farming drug production according to claim 1, further comprising a collection bin (20), a collection bin (21), a cleaning plate (22), an air suction channel (23), a filter plate (24), an air suction pump (25), a first air pipe (26) and a second air pipe (27), wherein the collection bin (20) is installed at the bottom of the working bin (1), the bottom of the collection bin (20) is provided with an inclined surface, the bottom of the working bin (1) is uniformly communicated with a plurality of groups of sieve holes, the plurality of groups of sieve holes are all located in the collection bin (20) and are communicated with the inside of the working bin (1), the collection bin (21) is installed at the left side of the bottom of the collection bin (20) and is communicated with the inside of the collection bin (20), the bottom of the collection bin (21) is communicated with the cleaning port, the cleaning plate (22) is covered on the cleaning port, the air suction channel (23) is installed at the left side of the collection bin (20), the right side of air suction channel (23) stretches into to collect the inside left side of storehouse (20), and the right side input of air suction channel (23) sets up to the inclined plane, and filter plate (24) slope is installed in the right side input of air suction channel (23), and the left downside at working bin (1) is installed in suction pump (25), and first trachea (26) and second trachea (27) are all installed on suction pump (25), and the left side at air suction channel (23) is installed to the downside input of first trachea (26).

The poultry farming drug production pelletization apparatus of claim 2, further comprising a rotating ring (28) and a third support plate (29), wherein the rotating ring (28) is rotatably sleeved on the right side of the outer wall of the inner gear ring (18), the front side and the rear side of the third support plate (29) are fixed on the right side of the rotating ring (28), the middle of the third support plate (29) is rotatably sleeved on the first rotating shaft (6), and the right sides of the two sets of second rotating shafts (16) are fixed on the left front side and the left rear side of the third support plate (29), respectively.

The poultry farming drug production pelletization apparatus of claim 3, further comprising a buckle cover (30) and a support ring (31), wherein the buckle cover (30) is located outside the three sets of gears (17), the inner gear ring (18) and the four sets of second support plates (19), the left side of the buckle cover (30) is sleeved on the two sets of second rotating shafts (16) and the first rotating shaft (6), the buckle cover (30) is fixedly connected with the two sets of second rotating shafts (16), the buckle cover (30) is rotatably connected with the first rotating shaft (6), the support ring (31) is slidably mounted on the right side of the buckle cover (30), and the right side of the support ring (31) is fixed on the right side of the inner wall of the working chamber (1).
