Technical Field

The filtering material is generally used when the air quality of the closed environment is poor, such as a mask and the like, and has a certain filtering effect. Chinese patent CN103520999A discloses an antibacterial composite nanofiber high-efficiency air filtering material and a preparation method thereof, mainly used in the fields of mask protective face masks, protective clothing and the like, the high-efficiency air filtering material is formed by electrostatic spinning, and sequentially comprises a non-woven fabric supporting layer, an antibacterial fiber and micron fiber blended filtering layer and a nanofiber filtering layer, and harmful gas containing bacteria and viruses passes through the filtering material, so that the filtering material has a certain filtering effect and is anti-toxic and antibacterial. However, the antibacterial filter material needs to be additionally provided with an antibacterial layer, needs to be provided with a multilayer structure, needs to be manufactured by combining an electrostatic spinning process, can ensure a higher filtering effect, and has complex preparation steps.

The above purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
an antibacterial melt-blown material comprises the following components in parts by mass:
92-95 parts of melt-blown polypropylene resin;
1-5 parts of a metal ion polymer;
3-6 parts of water electret master batch;
the metal ion polymer is polyethylene resin containing metal ions, and the melt index of the polyethylene resin containing metal ions is more than or equal to 50g/10 min; the components of the water electret master batch comprise melt-blown polypropylene and an organic electret, the organic electret is hindered amine and stearate, and the antibacterial melt-blown material is prepared by adopting water electret treatment.
The invention adopts melt-blown polypropylene resin as a base material, utilizes metal ionic polymer with larger melt index, and adds organic electret agent with stronger charge storage capacity into the electret master batch through improving the formula of the water electret master batch, so that the melt-blown polypropylene resin can obtain good charge storage capacity after water electret treatment, thereby greatly improving the filtration efficiency of the non-woven material.
Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by mass:
92-94 parts of melt-blown polypropylene resin;
2-3 parts of a metal ion polymer;
4-5 parts of water electret master batch.
Preferably, the melt index of the polyethylene resin containing metal ions is 50-80 g/10 min.
The test conditions of the melt index are as follows: 230 ℃ and 2.16Kg under the test conditions.
Preferably, the metal ions are one or more of copper, silver, zinc and nickel ions.
Preferably, the mass content of the polyethylene resin in the metal ion polymer is 85-90%.
Preferably, the preparation method of the metal ion polymer comprises the steps of uniformly mixing the polyethylene resin, the inorganic particles containing metal ions and the silicone oil dispersant, melting and extruding, wherein the temperature of each area of the screw is 190-230 ℃, and carrying out vacuum granulation to obtain the metal ion polymer.

1. Test method
(1) Oily Particle Filtration Efficiency (PFE): test standard YY 0469-2011.
(2) And (3) testing the antibacterial rate: the bacterial number is measured by a colony counting method, the antibacterial rate is (average colony number of a control group-average colony number of a test group)/average colony number of the control group multiplied by 100 percent, and when the bactericidal rate is more than or equal to 90 percent, the product can be reported to have bactericidal effect.

As can be seen from table 2, the melt-blown material prepared in the embodiments 1 to 8 of the present invention not only has a higher filtering performance, but also has a better antibacterial property, and it can be obtained through the above embodiments and comparative examples that, compared to using commercially available electret masterbatches in the proportion of 3, the self-made water electret masterbatches can significantly improve the filtering efficiency of the filtering material, and especially the filtering efficiency of a nonwoven material with 50 g/square meter can reach 99.999%, the filtering capacity is excellent and exceeds the requirement of 99.97% filtering efficiency of an air filtering material, and meanwhile, the material with 25 g/square meter can also meet the requirement of the air filtering material for generality of 99.5%.
The content of the electret master batch and the metal ion polymer added in the comparative example 1 is only 1 part, the effective components are too small, and the filtering effect and the antibacterial effect are difficult to guarantee, although the antibacterial master batch added in the comparative example 2 can achieve a certain antibacterial effect, the filtering efficiency is too low to meet the requirement of general application because the specific water electret master batch is not added, and the metal ion polymer is not added in the comparative examples 3 and 4, so that the antibacterial effect is avoided, and the filtering efficiency is reduced to a certain extent; comparative example 5 a PE resin having a lower melt index was used as the matrix for the silver ion resin, and there was a significant decrease in filtration efficiency due to the poor compatibility of the meltblown with the metal ion polymer.

3. The antibacterial melt-blown material according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the melt index of the metal ion-containing polyethylene resin is 50 to 80g/10 min.

5. The antibacterial melt-blown material according to claim 1, wherein the mass content of the polyethylene resin in the metal ion polymer is 85-90%.
6. The antibacterial melt-blown material according to claim 1, wherein the water electret master batch is prepared by mixing, by mass, 85-95 parts of melt-blown polypropylene and 5-15 parts of an organic electret.
7. The antibacterial meltblown material according to claim 1 wherein said stearate is zinc stearate and/or magnesium stearate.
8. A method for preparing the antibacterial melt-blown material according to any one of claims 1 to 7, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the melt-blown polypropylene resin, the metal ion polymer and the water electret master batch are uniformly mixed, melt-blown spinning is carried out to prepare non-woven fabric, and then the non-woven fabric is subjected to water electret treatment to prepare the antibacterial melt-blown material.
