Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical auxiliary equipment, and particularly relates to a pressure fixing device for ganglions and a pressure fixing method for the affected parts of the ganglions.
Background
Most ganglion cyst is found at the back of wrist and foot, round lump with smooth appearance and clear boundary can be touched during examination, the skin on the surface can be pushed, no adhesion exists, and cystic feeling exists; the capsule usually contains colorless transparent or orange, yellowish thick mucus, and the capsule wall is dense hard and tough fibrous connective tissue.
The non-operative treatment of ganglion comprises manual treatment, acupuncture treatment, closed treatment and the like.
The manipulations are suitable for treating the patients with thin capsule wall and obvious cystic sensation, and the methods are as follows: the joint of the patient is flexed to the cyst side to fix and raise the cyst, and the operator presses the cyst with the thumbs to break the cyst wall. Massaging the part after being broken to make the liquid in the sac flow out sufficiently, dispersing under the skin, and wrapping under pressure to gradually reduce or disappear.
Acupuncture and moxibustion is suitable for patients with thick capsule wall, low tension of capsule content, and no damage. The method comprises the following steps: after the affected part is disinfected, the affected part is vertically punctured into the cyst by a triangular needle. Squeezing the lump after withdrawing the needle to make cyst content extruded into subcutaneous part and partial colloidal mucus extruded from needle hole, and dressing with sterilized dressing.
The closed treatment method comprises the following steps: preparing a syringe with the volume of 5-20 ml and a needle head of 12-16, sucking 1mg of 2% lidocaine hydrochloride, disinfecting the surface of the cyst, puncturing the cyst wall of the cyst by using the syringe, sucking cyst fluid till the cyst fluid is clean, injecting 2ml of mixed solution of 1mg of lidocaine and 10mg of triamcinolone acetonide into the cyst cavity, pulling out the needle head, and binding under pressure. After the capsule wall is damaged by the above three methods, a semi-arc tablet (such as button) is placed on the affected part, and the pressure is properly applied for 1-2 weeks to make the capsule walls closely contact with each other to form adhesion, thereby preventing recurrence.
The process of the method is as follows: breaking the capsule wall, squeezing out the capsule liquid, and pressure dressing.
During the treatment process of the ganglion, the damage of the cyst and the outflow of cyst fluid can be easily realized, and the cyst can be cured temporarily. However, the greatest characteristic of the ganglion is that the recurrence rate is high, and only when a sufficient amount of continuous pressure is applied to the surface of the cyst after the cyst wall is damaged, the cyst wall can be stably fused together, so that the permanent cure is achieved.
Therefore, a medical auxiliary device capable of providing continuous pressure is needed to solve the defect of high recurrence rate in the prior art.

step two, pre-tightening the fixing plate on the thecal cyst affected part by using a fixing belt with an elastic function, wherein a protective pad capable of avoiding skin crush and allergy is arranged at the contact part of the fixing plate and the skin of the thecal cyst affected part, and the shape of the fixing plate is set into an arc plate which is more attached to the thecal cyst affected part;
step three, utilize the instrument to rotate the pressure regulating screw and compress tightly the pressure disk in the ganglion affected part, the pressure regulating screw can provide lasting pressure to the ganglion affected part this moment.
10. The method of pressure fixation of a schwann lesion of claim 9, further comprising:
step four, after a period of time, actively adjusting the pressure regulating screw to stretch out the pressure plate to provide sufficient pressure for the affected part of the ganglion so as to keep the pressure balance after the cyst fluid flows out.
