Abstract
The invention discloses a hearing test system and a hearing test method of a hearing aid with environmental adaptability. Before testing, an application program opens an intelligent terminal microphone to collect surrounding environment sound and record the noise intensity of the current environment, and meanwhile, according to an identification algorithm carried by the application program, the sound field environment parameters corresponding to the current environment are calculated; and the user finishes the whole hearing test process according to the prompt of the application program, the test data is recorded in the terminal, and the terminal corrects the audiometric result according to the previously determined noise intensity and the corresponding sound field environment and the written mapping relation formula to obtain the real hearing threshold result of the user, and the real hearing threshold result is displayed in the form of a hearing graph. The invention has better environmental adaptability and accuracy.

Technical Field

Background

In a sound field environment laboratory, noise tests are sequentially carried out from 40dB to 90dB, different hearing loss patients are subjected to hearing threshold tests, and hearing threshold data under different noise intensity backgrounds are counted and collected to obtain corresponding actual test data.
According to the sound field environment parameters obtained when the user performs the hearing test, different mapping relation formulas are called, the actual hearing threshold test result is corrected in the audiogram, and the hearing threshold value consistent with the standard hearing threshold test result is obtained.

The hearing aid hearing test system with environmental adaptability provided by the invention can utilize the environmental sound data collected by an intelligent mobile terminal, such as an intelligent terminal microphone, as reference to correct the hearing threshold result of the hearing test under the environment, has better environmental adaptability and accuracy, and can obtain a better hearing test result.
According to the data obtained by collection, the corresponding mapping relation is solved through a fitting formula tool carried by the MATLAB, the parameters of the formula are recorded, and the real hearing threshold of the hearing loss patient is reversely verified, so that the reliability is improved.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and specific examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The object of the present invention is to solve two problems:
one is manual operation, namely, the hearing test can be automatically completed without the guidance of professional hearing experts, so that a user can automatically complete the whole set of hearing test according to the guidance of APP and obtain accurate audiogram results which are the same as those of the professional hearing test;
and the other is environment removing, so that a user is not limited to a quiet or sound-proof room environment any more, a hearing test can be carried out in any living environment, and the hearing test result can be corrected according to a corresponding mapping relation formula to obtain an audiogram result which is more accurate and closer to the actual living environment.
Referring to fig. 2, a hearing test system of a hearing aid with environmental adaptability includes a smart mobile terminal, where the smart mobile terminal is installed with an application program, the application program can implement wireless connection with the hearing aid, and can implement wireless transmission of operations to be performed into a configuration of the hearing aid through a human-computer interaction interface, so that the smart mobile terminal interacts with the hearing aid, thereby implementing a test of the hearing aid:

The method comprises the steps of obtaining actual test data in a simulated sound field environment laboratory, analyzing and solving a statistical fitting formula through a fitting formula tool of MATLAB software, obtaining a mapping relation from a certain sound field environment to a hearing threshold between quiet or sound insulation room environments, and writing the mapping relation into an application program APP. Therefore, the application program APP for hearing test is designed, wireless, such as Bluetooth, interconnection with the hearing aid is realized, the mapping relation existing in the application program APP can be called to carry out the hearing test provided by the invention, and the hearing threshold is corrected according to different sound field environments, so that the audiogram data of the user is obtained.

after the steps are finished, the hearing test of the user is started, the user can finish the whole hearing test process according to the prompt in the APP, data can be recorded in the intelligent terminal locally, and meanwhile, the audiometric result is corrected according to the noise intensity judged before and the corresponding sound field environment, so that the real hearing threshold result of the user is obtained and displayed in the form of an audiogram.
