Abstract

Background

In daily use, a rolling brush of the sweeper is often wound with some fibrous impurities such as hair, thin lines and the like, so that a small cleaning accessory such as a hook knife or a brush is given to a plurality of sweeper merchants during sale, and when the rolling brush is wound with excessive impurities, the impurities can be cut off by the hook knife and the impurities can be cleaned by the brush. Some merchants place the cleaning accessories in a product box of the machine, and others place the cleaning accessories in a containing position inside the machine. Such an approach can easily result in the loss of the cleaning kit.

The invention provides a rolling brush with built-in cleaning accessories and a sweeper using the same, aiming at solving the problems in the prior art that the cleaning accessories for cleaning the rolling brush are troublesome to find when in use and easy to lose.

The invention provides a rolling brush which comprises two sections, namely a first section and a second section, wherein the first section and the second section are respectively provided with a first connecting part and a second connecting part which can be connected in a matched manner; the segment is provided with a cleaning accessory capable of cleaning sundries wound on the rolling brush, and the other segment is provided with an accommodating position capable of accommodating the corresponding cleaning accessory.

The second connecting component on the second segment 120 is a connecting column, which is a cylinder 124, and the circular hole 114 is in interference fit with the cylinder 124, so that the roller brush 100 can be driven closely without affecting the normal operation. The present embodiment proposes a roll brush 100 as shown in fig. 1, the roll brush 100 being dividable into a first segment 110 and a second segment 120. Referring to fig. 6 to 9, in the present embodiment, the first connecting component is a buckle 115, the second connecting component is a buckle position 125, the buckle 115 can be connected with the buckle position 125 in a clamping manner, the first segment 110 and the second segment 120 can be connected to form a complete rolling brush 100, and the rolling brush 100 can be driven closely after being assembled without affecting the normal operation of the rolling brush 100. The first section 110 further has a first cleaning accessory, which is a first hook blade 112 in this embodiment, and the second section 120 also has a second cleaning accessory with the same structure, i.e., a second hook blade 122; the first segment 110 is provided with a first accommodating part 111, the first accommodating part 111 can accommodate a second hooking knife 122, and when the first segment 110 and the second segment 120 are connected together through a buckle 115 and a buckle position 125, the second hooking knife 122 is hidden inside the first accommodating part 111; correspondingly, the second segment 120 has a second accommodating portion 121 thereon, and the second accommodating portion 121 can accommodate the first hook blade 112. Example 3

The present embodiment proposes a roll brush 100 as shown in fig. 1, the roll brush 100 being dividable into a first segment 110 and a second segment 120. Referring to fig. 10 to 11, in the embodiment, the first connecting part on the first segment 110 is a connecting hole, the connecting hole is a square hole 118, the second connecting part on the second segment 120 is a connecting column, the connecting column is a square column 128, the square hole 118 and the square column 128 are in interference fit, the first segment 110 and the second segment 120 can be connected to form a complete rolling brush 100, and the rolling brush 100 can be driven closely after being assembled without affecting the normal operation of the rolling brush 100. The cleaning accessory in this embodiment is a hook knife 130, and a brush 133 is further disposed on the hook knife 130. The second segment 120 has a slot 131 for mounting the hook blade 130 thereon, and the hook blade 130 is detachable from the slot 131. The first segment 110 has a receiving portion 132, and when the first segment 110 and the second segment 120 are connected together, the hooking knife 130 is inserted into the slot 131 and hidden in the receiving portion 132. When the rolling brush 100 needs to be cleaned, the two sections of the rolling brush 100 are separated, the hook-shaped knife 130 is detached, and then the hook-shaped knife 130 and the brush 133 can be used for cleaning sundries and garbage wound on the rolling brush 100.

Example 4

Referring to fig. 12-14, the sweeper of the present embodiment includes a main body 300, and the main body 300 further includes a receiving groove 200. The sweeper further comprises the rolling brush 100 as described in embodiment 2, and when the sweeper works, the rolling brush 100 can be mounted in the accommodating groove 200 to normally rotate, so that the performance of the sweeper is not affected. When the sweeper works for a long time and sundries are wound on the roller brush 100 to cause the cleaning effect to be poor, the roller brush 100 is detached from the accommodating groove 200 on the sweeper body 300, the roller brush 100 is detached into two sections, and the roller brush 100 is cleaned by using the cleaning accessories hidden in the roller brush 100.

3. The roll brush of claim 1, wherein one of the first section and the second section has a cleaning accessory thereon, and the other has a receiving location thereon; and the sanitary fitting can be removed from the section in which it is located.

4. The roller brush of claim 1 wherein the first attachment member is a snap and the second attachment member is a snap; the buckle and the buckling position can be clamped together.

5. The roll brush according to claim 1, wherein the first connecting member is a circular hole, and the second connecting member is a cylinder, each of which is 2 or more in number; the round hole and the cylinder can be connected together in a matching way.

The roller brush according to claim 1 wherein the first connecting member is a connecting hole having a non-circular cross-section, and the second connecting member is a connecting post having a non-circular cross-section; the connecting holes and the connecting columns can be connected together in a matching way.

7. The roller brush of claim 1 wherein the cleaning accessory is a hook blade.

8. The roll brush of claim 1 wherein the cleaning accessory is a hook blade having a brush at a distal end thereof.

9. A sweeper, which comprises a main body, wherein the lower part of the main body is provided with a containing groove, and the rolling brush as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 is installed in the containing groove.
