Description

Belt cleaning device and soybean oil refining system for industrial production
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of soybean oil processing, in particular to a cleaning device and a refining processing system for industrial production of soybean oil.
Background
Soybean oil, also known as soybean oil, is one of the most commonly used cooking oils extracted by pressing from soybeans, commonly referred to as "soy salad oil".
The production and processing flow of soybean oil is disclosed in CN201811062385.9, and the soybean oil processing method comprises the process steps of cleaning, drying, crushing, rolling, extruding, puffing, crude oil refining and the like. Also for example, CN2201922213746.1 discloses a prepress device for soybean oil production, which cleans and dries soybeans by a collection box, a control button, a material guiding inclined plate, a cleaning nozzle, an electric heating plate, a liquid seepage containing frame, a movable connecting frame, a weighting block and a cleaning inclined plate, so as to realize pretreatment of soybeans. Further disclosed in CN201610378698.X is a soybean oil and its preparation method, which comprises screening, cleaning, washing the screened plump soybean with clear water, air drying, refrigerating, oven drying, crushing, squeezing to obtain crude oil, precipitating, decolorizing, deacidifying, refining, and making into peanut oil.
According to the technology, the cleaning treatment of the soybean surface is one of the necessary links of the soybean oil processing production in the soybean oil processing process.
The prior art of cleaning cereals such as soybeans includes several methods: a soybean cleaning device for bean product production, as disclosed in CN201921563497.2, a soybean cleaning device as disclosed in CN201921083551.3, a soybean cleaning device for bean product processing, as disclosed in CN201810665505.8, and a soybean cleaning machine as disclosed in CN201620944881.7 are disclosed, wherein grains to be cleaned, such as soybeans, are put into a cleaning bin, clean water is filled into the cleaning bin, the clean water and the soybeans are driven to be stirred in the cleaning bin for cleaning through stirring by a stirring device or a power mechanism such as ultrasonic waves, and then sewage and the soybeans are separated through sieving to realize the cleaning of the soybeans. The following technical problems are generally existed in the cleaning device: firstly, soybeans are thrown into a cleaning bin in a dispersed mode, and due to the fact that the size of grains such as soybeans is small, part of soybean grains can be clamped in corners or screened meshes of the cleaning bin in the cleaning and stirring processes, and feeding of the grains is inconvenient; secondly, because the technical scheme is that soybeans are cleaned in a dispersed mode, centralized feeding of the soybeans cannot be realized, so that the operation amount is increased in a conveying link for subsequent processes, and the technical defect that feeding is time-consuming and troublesome is further caused by the combination of the problem one; thirdly, the soybean cleaning aims to mainly remove sludge carried on the surface of the soybeans, most of the sludge can be removed under the condition of soaking, and a stirring device is adopted for stirring and cleaning, so that the cleaning efficiency can be improved, but the soybeans are easy to impact, and the breakage is aggravated; the adoption of ultrasonic wave increases the cost undoubtedly for industrial production; fourthly, the whole process linking performance of the technical scheme is not strong, namely, each link of feeding, water adding, cleaning, blanking, pollution discharging, water changing and the like is independent operation, and the device has weak synergistic effect.
Another soybean cleaning device disclosed in CN201720467727.x and a soybean cleaning apparatus disclosed in CN201711051147.3 are disclosed, in which the cleaning concept of the cleaning device is to transport soybeans into a cleaning pipe, pump clean water into the cleaning pipe in real time, and move the soybeans forward under the action of water flow to clean and clean the soybeans. The technical scheme realizes the integration of soybean conveying and cleaning, but still has the following technical problems: firstly, the cleaning time and the cleaning force are limited by factors such as water flow speed, lift, length of a pipeline and the like, and the cleaning quality is not easy to ensure; the mode is mainly used for secondary cleaning of the grains after the grains are cleaned in one step; secondly, because the soybeans are cleaned in a washing mode, the soybean cleaning amount in unit time is limited, and the consumed time is long; thirdly, the water consumption is large, and the environmental protection requirement is leftward.

The invention has the advantages that: firstly, in the cleaning process, crops are always limited in the material bearing net cage, and batch centralized descending (namely sedimentation) feeding, cleaning and lifting discharging of the crops can be realized, so that the mode that the crops are dispersedly put into a cleaning device and are centralized after being cleaned and discharged in a dispersed mode in the prior art is abandoned, and the centralized cleaning can save the treatment link of the whole process and improve the timeliness. Wash with concentrated mode and avoided crops direct and belt cleaning device contact and lead to the less material card of part particle diameter in belt cleaning device's washing storehouse turning or the mesh that sieves, drive inconvenience for its unloading to the convenience, the thoroughness of unloading have been improved. The crops are intensively cleaned, meanwhile, the crops are contacted with clear water and are not mixed, a mode that the water and the crops are mutually independently separated is adopted in the stage of lifting and discharging the crops, namely, the water and the crops can be synchronously separated, multiple continuous operations of discharging the crops screened on a screen after the water is discharged in the prior art are not needed, the quick discharging of the cleaned crops is convenient, and when the surfaces of the crops contain less mud, the mode of the invention can meet the requirement that the crops are cleaned for multiple times on the premise of not changing the water, and the discharged water is not required to be secondarily pumped into a cleaning bin through a circulating pump for secondary use in the prior art. Secondly, the invention adopts a mode that the animal material bearing net cage can be descended to be matched with the supporting rotating piece through single descending movement of the lifting end of the lifting device, and the trigger piece triggers the rotating piece to rotate to be carried out in sequence, optimizes the mode that the clear water is driven to stir through the rotation of the stirring slurry in the prior art into a mode that the clear water is driven to stir through the rotation of the material bearing net cage to be cleaned, and avoids the aggravation of the increase of the crushing probability of crops due to the impact between the crops and the stirring slurry and the influence on the discharging quality. Thirdly, the sequence of procedures such as concentrated feeding, rotary cleaning and the like of crops is integrated only by controlling the single descending motion of the lifting end of the lifting device, and compared with the mode of independently arranging the motor to drive the material bearing net cage to rotate, the mechanical cooperation effect is strong, the control source is reduced, and the operation is more convenient.
Furthermore, the material bearing mesh cage placing frame with the structure is used as a matched link between the material bearing mesh cage and the lifting device and between the material bearing mesh cage and the supporting rotating piece, the material bearing mesh cage is limited in the material bearing mesh cage placing frame, and the material bearing mesh cage can be conveniently and fully suspended in the cleaning tank in the cleaning stage. The structure of the material bearing cylinder mould placing frame realizes the sequence of the intermittent lifting fit and the intermittent rotation fit of the material bearing cylinder mould placing frame and the lifting device, and meets the requirements of sequential fit of first blanking and then rotary cleaning. Because the material holds dress cylinder mould and places the frame when doing the rotation, the bottom of limiting plate and the edge contact at the top of wasing the pond, cooperation end net and support rotating member are inserted mutually and are closed, play upper and lower dual spacing effect, guarantee its stationarity under the rotation.
Furthermore, the rotating mechanism provided by the invention can realize that the lifting end of the lifting device descends once at a time, and the material bearing net cage can rotate forward and backward, so that the flowing direction of a water body is changed, and the cleaning effect is improved. The invention adopts the matching mode of the big gear and the small gear, can realize that the rotating piece swings for a certain angle and the material bearing cylinder mould actually rotates for a plurality of circles, and further increases the cleaning force.
Further, when the trigger piece moves downwards until the bottom of the trigger piece is contacted with the top of the movable piece, the trigger piece moves downwards to drive the rotating piece to rotate integrally because the part of the bottom of the movable piece is contacted with the inner bottom of the limit groove body, when the trigger piece moves upwards until the top of the trigger piece is contacted with the bottom of the moving piece, the moving piece can rotate without a limiting device above the moving piece, the swing elastic piece deforms currently until the trigger piece is separated from the moving piece upwards, the swing elastic piece resets to reset the moving piece, when the trigger piece moves upwards, the rotating piece body does not rotate or the rotating amplitude is very small, therefore, the one-way transmission matching of the trigger piece and the rotating piece is realized, and the loss of elastic coefficient caused by reverse deformation of the elastic piece of the rotating mechanism due to large-amplitude reverse rotation of the rotating piece along with the upward reset motion of the trigger piece is avoided.
Furthermore, the elastic part of the limiting baffle is assembled, so that the inner side surface of the limiting baffle can be contacted with or close to the corresponding side surface of the material bearing mesh cage limited on the material bearing mesh cage placing frame, and the two limiting baffles are utilized to play a role in clamping or limiting the material bearing mesh cage limited on the material bearing mesh cage placing frame under the combined action of the two limiting baffles, thereby ensuring the position stability of the limiting baffle when the limiting baffle is limited on the material bearing mesh cage placing frame.
Furthermore, the invention can realize one-step completion of the operation procedures of unlocking the previous material bearing net cage, feeding the next material bearing net cage, blanking the previous material bearing net cage, fastening and limiting the next material bearing net cage and the like only through the pushing movement and the resetting movement of the pushing end of the pushing device, has extremely strong industrial water flow, and further improves the repeated continuity of the whole cleaning link.
Furthermore, when the lifting end of the lifting device moves downwards, the sliding block is not changed under the supporting action of the supporting elastic resetting piece, and the water drain valve is always closed at the water outlet of the cleaning pool. When the lifting end of the lifting device moves upwards in a resetting mode, the supporting plate moves upwards to be in contact with the bottom of the sliding block to drive the sliding block to slide upwards, the drain valve rotates to the water outlet of the cleaning pool to be opened, and sewage in the cleaning pool is discharged from the water outlet. When the lifting end of the lifting device descends again, the water drain valve is closed again on the water outlet of the cleaning pool under the reset action of the supporting elastic reset piece. Therefore, the lifting blanking of the previous material bearing net cage after the cleaning work is finished and the opening of the water outlet of the cleaning pool are synchronous, and the descending preparation of the next material bearing net cage is synchronous with the closing of the water outlet.

In this way, when the lifting end of the lifting device 103 moves downward, the sliding block 1094 is not changed in position under the supporting action of the supporting elastic restoring element 1093, and the water discharge valve is always closed at the water outlet of the cleaning tank 101. When the lifting end of the lifting device 103 moves upwards to return, the supporting plate 1096 moves upwards to contact with the bottom of the sliding block 1094 to drive the sliding block 1094 to slide upwards, the drain valve rotates to open the water outlet of the cleaning tank 101, and sewage in the cleaning tank 101 is discharged from the water outlet. When the lifting end of the lifting device 103 descends again, the water drain valve closes again on the water outlet of the cleaning tank 101 under the reset action of the supporting elastic reset piece 1093. Therefore, the lifting and blanking of the previous material loading net cage 102 after the cleaning work is finished are synchronous with the opening of the water outlet of the cleaning pool 101, and the descending of the next material loading net cage 102 is prepared for the cleaning work and the closing of the water outlet.
In some embodiments, the top of the plate 1096 contacts the bottom of the slide block 1094 after the lifting end of the elevator apparatus 103 has been lifted up to the point where the material containment netpen 102 is completely above the water surface. Therefore, the condition that the same material loading net cage 102 is soaked for multiple times without changing water can be met, and when the water needs to be changed or the material needs to be lifted to a blanking position, the lifting end of the lifting device 103 is further lifted to the supporting plate 1096 to drive the sliding block 1094 to move.
In some embodiments, the supporting elastic restoring element 1093 is preferably a tension spring, and the upper and lower ends of the supporting elastic restoring element are connected to or abutted against the sliding block 1094 and the fixing frame 1092, respectively, or may be a compression spring or other elastic devices.
