Abstract
The invention is suitable for the technical field of alarm monitoring, and provides a method, a device, a terminal and a computer readable storage medium for controlling the sending of an alarm short message. Claims (10)
1. A method for controlling the sending of an alarm short message is characterized in that the method is applied to an alarm short message sending system, the alarm short message sending system comprises a master short message modem and a slave short message modem, and the method comprises the following steps:
monitoring the short message sending amount of the main short message cat in a time period;
if the short message sending amount of the master short message cat in the duration period reaches a preset first limit, the master short message cat is stopped and the slave short message cat is started;
monitoring the short message sending amount of the slave short message modem in a time period;
and carrying out convergence transmission on the short message to be transmitted after the short message transmission amount of the slave short message modem in the time period reaches a preset second limit.
2. The method for controlling sending of the warning message as claimed in claim 1, wherein the convergent sending of the message to be sent after the sending amount of the message in the time period from the short message modem reaches the preset second limit includes:
after the sending amount of the short messages in the time period of the slave short message modem reaches a preset second limit, the short messages to be sent in each preset time interval are collected into one short message to be sent.
3. The method for controlling sending of the warning message as claimed in claim 1, wherein the convergent sending of the message to be sent after the sending amount of the message in the time period from the short message modem reaches the preset second limit includes:
after the sending amount of the short messages in the time period of the slave short message modem reaches a preset second limit, summarizing the short messages to be sent reaching the specified amount into one short message to be sent.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the monitoring the sending amount of the short message of the main SMM in a specified time comprises:
detecting whether the main short message cat communicates normally;
and if the communication of the main SMM cat is normal, monitoring the short message sending quantity of the main SMM cat within the specified time.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the deactivating the master SMIF and activating the slave SMIF comprises:
detecting whether the slave short message cat communicates normally;
and if the communication of the slave short message cat is normal, the master short message cat is stopped, and the slave short message cat is started.
6. The method for controlling sending of the warning message according to any of claims 1 to 5, wherein after the convergent sending of the message to be sent after the sending amount of the message in the time period of the slave SMM reaches the preset second quota, the method further comprises:
if the starting duration of the slave short message cat reaches the duration corresponding to a time period, or the sending amount of the short messages of the slave short message cat in the time period reaches a preset third limit, the slave short message cat is stopped and the master short message cat is started, wherein the third limit is not less than the first limit.
7. The method for controlling sending of warning messages according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that after the deactivation of the master SMIF and the activation of the slave SMIF, the method further comprises:
and taking the used time when the short message sending quantity of the master short message cat in the time length period of the master short message cat reaches a preset first limit as a first time, taking the stop time of the master short message cat in the time length period of the master short message cat as a second time, stopping the slave short message cat when the sum of the first time and the second time reaches the time length of one time length period, and starting the master short message cat.
8. A device for controlling sending of alarm short messages is applied to an alarm short message sending system, the alarm short message sending system comprises a master short message cat and a slave short message cat, and the device comprises:
the first monitoring unit is used for monitoring the short message sending quantity of the main short message cat in a time period;
the switching control unit is used for stopping the master short message cat and starting the slave short message cat if the short message sending quantity of the master short message cat in the duration period reaches a preset first limit;
the second monitoring unit is used for monitoring the short message sending quantity of the slave short message modem in a long period;
and the sending control unit is used for carrying out convergence sending on the short message to be sent after the short message sending quantity of the slave short message modem in the time period reaches a preset second limit.

A terminal comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and operable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method for controlling sending of alert messages according to any of the preceding claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method for controlling sending of alert messages according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
