Drawings
FIG. 1 is a top view of one embodiment of a pole structure of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a front view of one embodiment of a pole structure of the present invention;
fig. 3 is a schematic view of a compact of the pole structure of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the pole structure of the present invention includes a cover plate 1 and two press blocks 3; two briquetting 3 are installed in the both ends of apron 1 through rivet 2 respectively in order to form anodal utmost point post and negative pole utmost point post, and wherein, briquetting 3 is stainless steel.
According to the invention, two stainless steel pressing blocks 3 are respectively arranged at two ends of the cover plate 1 through the rivets 2, and the pressing blocks 3 are made of stainless steel and have very thin thickness, so that the pole has very light weight, and the mass energy density of the battery is correspondingly increased.
In order to effectively prolong the service life of the battery, the rivet 2 at the anode pole is made of aluminum, and the rivet 2 at the cathode pole is made of red copper nickel plating. Because the positive electric potential of battery is high, the rivet of aluminium material has the advantage that the aluminium foil oxide layer is fine and close, can prevent the mass flow body oxidation, and the electric potential of battery negative pole is low, and red copper nickel plating material oxide layer is more loose, is easily oxidized, consequently is applicable to the negative pole that the electric potential is lower.
In order to prevent the short circuit phenomenon caused by the direct contact between the cover plate 1 and the press block 3, optionally, the pole structure includes a first insulating sheet 4, and the first insulating sheet 4 is disposed between the cover plate 1 and the press block 3.
It should be understood that the first insulating sheet 4 may be installed between the pressing block 3 and the cover plate 1 in various ways, and in one embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the first insulating sheet 4 is provided with a first through hole through which the rivet 2 passes to install the first insulating sheet 4 between the cover plate 1 and the pressing block 3. In the above embodiment, the first insulating sheet 4 also contributes to further improving the firmness of the pole structure during the riveting process of the compact 3 and the cover plate 1.
In order to enable the positive electrode pole and the negative electrode pole to be conveniently connected with the pole lugs of the battery cell, optionally, the pole structure comprises a connecting sheet 5 for connecting with the pole lugs of the battery cell, and the connecting sheet 5 is connected with the pressing block 3 through a rivet 2; the connecting piece 5 is mounted on the cover plate 1 such that the cover plate 1 is located between the connecting piece 5 and the pressing piece 3.
In order to prevent the connecting sheet 5 from directly contacting the cover plate 1 to cause a short circuit, optionally, the pole structure includes a second insulating sheet 6, and the second insulating sheet 6 is disposed between the connecting sheet 5 and the cover plate 1.
It should be understood that the second insulation sheet 6 can be installed between the connection sheet 5 and the cap plate 1 in various ways, and in an embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the second insulation sheet 6 is provided with a second through hole, and the rivet 2 penetrates through the second through hole to install the second insulation sheet 6 between the connection sheet 5 and the cap plate 1. In the above embodiment, the second insulating sheet 6 also contributes to further improving the firmness of the pole structure during the riveting of the connecting sheet 5 and the cover plate 1.
In order to facilitate manufacturing and reduce production and processing costs, optionally, the two press blocks 3 have the same shape.
When the pole structure is used for a battery module, the pressing block 3 is fixed by the rivet 2, and when the riveting firmness of the pressing block 3 is increased, the nail head of the rivet 2 can greatly shield the pressing block 3, so that the problem that the welding area of the pressing block 3 is sharply reduced is caused, and the subsequent connection and assembly of the battery module are influenced. To solve this problem, as shown in fig. 3, the pressing piece 3 may alternatively have a circular portion 31 and a rectangular portion 32, the circular portion 31 having a shape corresponding to the head of the rivet 2, and the rectangular portion 32 being connected to the circular portion 31 and extending toward the center of the cover plate 1 along the length direction of the cover plate 1. Because the rectangle portion 32 of briquetting 3 has stretched out the range of sheltering from of the pin fin of rivet 2, promptly, rectangle portion 32 can not sheltered from by the pin fin, consequently, the briquetting 3 of above-mentioned form can guarantee to have sufficient area of welding when fully guaranteeing the riveting fastness to can satisfy subsequent battery module's connection equipment requirement.
The invention also provides a lithium ion battery, which comprises a battery cell and the pole column structure, wherein the two pressing blocks 3 of the pole column structure are respectively connected with the two pole lugs of the battery cell.
In order to reduce the influence of the vibration of the battery during operation on the battery cell, optionally, the lithium ion battery includes a support, and the support is disposed between the battery cell and the pole structure to provide support for the pole structure. Through leg joint electric core and utmost point post structure, can prevent that battery electric core from taking place the displacement thereupon when the vibration to improve the stability of battery operation.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, many simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the invention, and in order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various possible combinations of the invention will not be described further. Such simple modifications and combinations should be considered within the scope of the present disclosure as well.
