Description

Display screen brightness adjusting method and device and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of brightness adjustment, in particular to a method and a device for adjusting brightness of a display screen and electronic equipment.
Background
When a user browses information by using the terminal equipment, the browsed information is displayed on a display screen of the terminal equipment. If the user feels that the brightness of the display screen is too high or too low, the experience of the user for browsing information is affected. Therefore, the user has a demand for brightness adjustment of the display screen. The specific adjustment mode is that a user can drag a brightness bar on a display screen of a system terminal device of the terminal device, and then the terminal device responds to the operation of the user and adjusts the brightness of the display screen based on the dragging progress of the corresponding brightness bar.
At present, when the brightness level corresponding to the brightness of the display screen is greater than a certain preset value, the brightness adjusting mode is as follows: the current/voltage is changed to increase/decrease the circuit power so as to achieve the effect of brightness adjustment, and the defects are as follows: by changing the current/voltage size for dimming, the display brightness and the progress of the brightness bar show a curve relationship. When the dimming level is higher, the difference between the adjusted brightness of the display screen of the terminal device and the brightness which is actually required to be adjusted and corresponds to the dragging progress of the brightness bar is larger. When it is desired to set the specified luminance, only the approximate luminance can be obtained in practice, resulting in a large deviation in the luminance adjustment. Therefore, the adoption of such a brightness adjustment method causes a large deviation in brightness adjustment, and does not achieve an ideal effect.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiment of the application provides a method for adjusting the brightness of a display screen, which is applied to terminal equipment. The terminal device can be an electronic device such as a smart phone and a tablet computer. The terminal equipment is provided with a display screen (such as a WeChat chat interface and a web browsing interface). When a user has a requirement for adjusting the brightness of the display screen of the terminal device, an up-sliding operation, a down-sliding operation, a touch operation or the like can be input in a target area of the application display screen, and the interface is switched to the brightness adjustment interface. And a brightness bar is arranged on the brightness adjusting interface, and a user can drag the progress of the brightness bar to adjust the target brightness level, and the voltage/current supplied to the display screen is adjusted to enable the display screen to reach the target display brightness. As shown in fig. 1, the method for adjusting the brightness of the display screen may specifically include the following steps S101 to S105:
s101: and determining the target brightness level in response to the adjustment operation of the user on the brightness bar on the display screen of the terminal equipment.
As will be appreciated, the target brightness level is used to indicate the brightness level of the display screen. For example, when the user is browsing information using the terminal device, if the brightness of the display screen is considered too low (the user feels that browsing is inconvenient), the brightness bar may be dragged upwards, and the target brightness level may be determined based on the progress of the brightness bar. Assume that the set luminance level interval is 0 to 255 and the total length of the luminance bars is 50 mm. Before dragging the brightness bar upwards, the progress of the brightness bar is 10mm, and the corresponding target brightness level is 51; after dragging the brightness bar upwards, the progress of the brightness bar is 35mm, corresponding to a target brightness level of 178.
S102: and judging whether the target brightness level is higher than the lower limit value of the set first adjustable brightness interval, if so, executing S103, and optionally, if not, executing S104. Specifically, the lower limit value of the first adjustable brightness interval may be a brightness level corresponding to b times of the maximum display brightness of the display screen, b is a percentage greater than 0 and less than 1, and a specific value thereof is set according to an actual requirement, for example, b may be 30%, 50%, or the like.
Wherein the first adjustable brightness interval may be represented as (DBV)2,DBV1). Understandably, DBV2Is the lower limit value of the first adjustable brightness interval, DBV1Is the upper limit value of the first adjustable brightness interval.
If the brightness level corresponding to the brightness of the display screen is lower than or equal to the lower limit value DBV of the first adjustable brightness interval2During the process, the gray scale combination phenomenon can occur when the brightness of the display screen is adjusted by changing the current/voltage according to the linear relation between the target brightness level and the target display brightness, and then the color spots occur on the display screen. Therefore, it is necessary to determine whether the target brightness level is higher than the lower limit value of the set first adjustable brightness interval.
S103: and determining the target display brightness based on the target brightness level, the lower limit value and the upper limit value of the display brightness of the display screen of the terminal equipment and the second gray scale of the display screen of the terminal equipment.
The target brightness level and the target display brightness are in a linear relation, and the target brightness level and the target display brightness are in positive correlation. Specifically, the linear relationship may be: b ═ Gray2 K*DBV*(Bmax-Bmin)+Bmin. Where B is the target display brightness, DBV is the target brightness level, BminA lower limit value for the display brightness of the display screen of the terminal device, BmaxIs the upper limit value, Gray, of the display brightness of the display screen of the terminal equipment2For display of terminal equipmentThe second gray scale of the screen, K being a constant, K may take on values of 2.2, 2.1, etc., for example.
It can be understood that when the target brightness level and the target brightness have a linear relationship, the target display brightness may change uniformly with the dragging of the progress of the brightness bar. Namely, the progress length of the brightness bar is in a linear function relation with the target brightness. Specifically, assuming that the total length of the luminance bar is 50mm and the luminance range is 0nit to 1000nit, the target luminance of the change corresponding to each progress bar sliding 1mm is 20 nit.
After S103 is executed, S105 is directly executed.
S104: and determining the target display brightness based on the preset corresponding relation.
The corresponding relation is the corresponding relation between the target brightness level and the target display brightness, and the target brightness level is positively correlated with the target display brightness.
S105: and adjusting the voltage/current supplied to the display screen so that the display screen reaches the target display brightness.
Wherein voltage/current refers to voltage or current. Assuming that the brightness level interval is 0 to 255 and the target brightness level is 150, the terminal device generates a driving voltage corresponding to the target brightness level of 150, and loads the driving voltage on the display screen of the terminal device, and further, based on the adjustment of the voltage/current supplied to the display screen, the display screen reaches the target display brightness, and the display brightness is 58.8% of the maximum brightness of the display screen.
The following describes in detail how the linear relationship between the target luminance level and the target display luminance is obtained. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
s201: and determining a second gray scale corresponding to the lower limit value of the display brightness of the display screen of the terminal equipment.
Specifically, the lower limit value DBV of the first adjustable brightness interval is found according to the set lower limit value-brightness adjustment factor table2Corresponding brightness adjusting factor Gamma2And when the holding brightness adjustment factor Gamma of the terminal equipment2Display brightness B of display screen when gray scale is maximum when unchanged2Display, displayBrightness B2That is, the maximum brightness, and the brightness level corresponding to the maximum brightness is the lower limit value DBV of the display brightness of the display screen of the terminal device2. According to the display brightness B2And the brightness adjusting factor of the terminal equipment is Gamma1Time Gray level to brightness mapping relation B ═ GrayK*(Bmax1-Bmin1)+Bmin1And finding out the second gray scale. Specifically, B is defined as B2Put into the above formula, due to the maximum brightness Bmax1Minimum brightness Bmin1And K is a known value, a second Gray level Gray is obtained2
Next, how to determine the second gray scale is exemplified. As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 includes when the brightness adjustment factor of the terminal device is Gamma2Time-of-day display luminance and Gray level mapping relationship (B ═ Gray)K*(Bmax1-Bmin1)+Bmin1) The mapping relationship between the display brightness and the gray scale is shown as curve 1 in FIG. 2, and FIG. 2 further includes when the brightness adjustment factor of the terminal device is Gamma2Time-of-day display luminance and Gray level mapping relationship (B ═ Gray)K*(Bmax2-Bmin2)+Bmin2) The mapping relationship between the display brightness and the gray scale is shown as curve 2 in FIG. 2.
When the display brightness range is 0-500, the gray scale range is 0-255, and the brightness adjustment factor is Gamma2Then, the maximum display brightness corresponding to the gray scale is 300 according to the curve 1. Then, in curve 1, the second gray scale corresponding to the display brightness of 300 (i.e., the maximum display brightness when the brightness adjustment factor is Gamma 2) is determined to be 204.
It should be noted that the display content and brightness of the display screen of the terminal device are based on red, green, and blue rendering. The red, green and blue are respectively corresponding to a brightness adjusting factor. The brightness adjusting factor Gamma1Brightness regulating factor Gamma2The brightness adjustment factors corresponding to red, green and blue can be obtained through weighting calculation. In addition, since the contribution of the brightness adjustment factor corresponding to green to the display brightness is the largest, the brightness adjustment factor Gamma is the same as the brightness adjustment factor Gamma1Brightness regulating factor Gamma2The brightness adjustment factor corresponding to green can also be directly adopted.
S202: the second gray scale is converted into the first gray scale.
Wherein the first and second Gray levels satisfy Gray1=Gray2DBV1/K100% of, wherein, Gray1Is the first gray scale.
The conversion process is as follows: according to equation M1=(Gray2) N, determining the intermediate variable M1Wherein n is a preset display screen gray scale level. Based on the query of the intermediate variable M from a preset intermediate variable-brightness level relation table1Corresponding actual brightness level DBVx. Fig. 3 includes a discrete point diagram showing a mapping relationship between the actual luminance level and the intermediate variable. In the discrete point diagram, the mapping relation between the actual brightness level and the intermediate variable is as follows: m1DBV x 1/k100%. As shown in FIG. 3, when the intermediate variable is M1Then, from the above-mentioned discrete point diagram, an intermediate variable M can be obtained1Corresponding to actual brightness level DBVx
Furthermore, the actual brightness level DBV can be usedxA first adjustable brightness interval (DBV)2,DBV1) Mapped to a second adjustable brightness interval (DBV)X,DBV1)。
After the mapping is completed, a first adjustable brightness interval (DBV)2,DBV1) Value of (1) and a second adjustable brightness interval (DBV)X,DBV1) The values in (a) are in a proportional relationship: DBVy=(DBVm-DBV2)*(DBV1-DBVx)/(DBV1-DBV2)+DBVxWherein, DBVyIs the second adjustable brightness interval (DBV)X,DBV1) Any one value of (1), DBVmIs a first adjustable brightness interval (DBV)2,DBV1) Any value of (a).
Further, the target brightness level DBV is determined for each adjustment operation of the brightness bar by the usermCan be calculated by the above formula DBVy=(DBVm-DBV2)*(DBV1-DBVx)/(DBV1-DBV2)+DBVxTo obtain a target brightness level DBVmCorresponding actual brightness level DBVy. As shown in fig. 4, when the first adjustable-luminance section is 0.5 to 1 and the second adjustable-luminance section is 0.5 to 1, when the target luminance level DBVmWhen it is 0.77, the value is represented by the formula DBVy=(DBVm-DBV2)*(DBV1-DBVx)/(DBV1-DBV2)+DBVxCan obtain corresponding actual brightness level DBVyIs 0.77.
Then, the actual brightness level DBV can be found from the preset brightness level-intermediate variable relation tableyCorresponding intermediate variable M2. Wherein, in the relationship table of brightness grade and intermediate variable, the intermediate variable M2And brightness level DBVyThe relationship is as follows: DBVyM 2 k100%, and further, M can be obtained2DBV y 1/k100%. Due to M2DBV y 1/k100%, then can be according to the formula Gray1=Gray2*DBV y 1/k100% converts the second gray scale to the first gray scale.
In order to reduce the resource consumption and cost of the terminal device, the relationship table between the intermediate variable and the brightness level and the relationship table between the brightness level and the intermediate variable may be pre-fixed in the memory of the terminal device.
The process of acquiring the above-described second gray scale will be described below by way of specific examples:
assuming that in a terminal device of a certain model, the intermediate variable M has a value range of 0 to 1023, a brightness level interval of 0 to 255, and a first adjustable brightness interval (127, 255), the upper limit value DBV of the first adjustable brightness interval is2255, the lower limit value DBV of the first adjustable brightness interval2127. The process of acquiring the second gray scale includes:
step 1: according to the lower limit value DBV of the first adjustable brightness interval2Value 127 of, pre-stored luminance, etcDetermining the brightness adjustment factor Gamma according to the relation between the level and the brightness adjustment factor2647. At Gamma2647, by Gamma2647 when finding out the gray scale equal to 255 (maximum gray scale), the corresponding display brightness B of the display screen2
Then, searching an upper limit value DBV of the first adjustable brightness interval1Is a brightness adjustment factor Gamma corresponding to 2551777. According to Gamma1777, inquiring the second Gray level Gray2Is 185. For the convenience of subsequent calculation, Gray can be obtained according to the formula3185 x 1023, a third Gray level Gray is determined3. 1023 are conversion variables.
Step 2: when n is 255, M can be calculated according to the formula1=(Gray3) N, obtaining a third Gray level Gray3Corresponding intermediate variable M1(185 x 1023)/255 ═ 742. Then, M is found in the relation table of intermediate variable-brightness level1Linear brightness level DBV corresponding to 742xObtaining DBVx126; then, when the target brightness level DBVm127, the upper limit value DBV of the first adjustable brightness interval2255, lower limit value DBV of first adjustable brightness interval2127, DBV can be calculated according to the formulay=(DBVm-DBV2)*(DBV1-DBVx)/(DBV1-DBV2)+DBVxDetermining the actual brightness level DBVy=126。
Finally, according to the linear brightness level DBVy126, a preset brightness level relation-intermediate variable relation table, and determining a linear brightness level DBVyIntermediate variable M corresponding to 1262Obtaining M2908. Furthermore, it can be according to Gray1=Gray2*M2Can obtain the first Gray scale Gray1The corresponding second gray scale. In particular, the second Gray level Gray2=255*(908/1023)=226。
S203, based on the formula B ═ Gray1 K*(Bmax-Bmin)+BminAnd determining a linear relation.
