Description

Image scanning processing method, imaging scanning device, electronic device, and readable medium
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of artificial intelligence, and in particular, to an image scanning method, an image scanning device, an electronic device, and a readable medium.
Background
With the development of imaging technology, imaging devices for animal scanning are becoming more sophisticated. The acquisition and analysis of the images of the small animals can be widely applied to the imaging research of small animal goods ladders in the cardiovascular science, the oncology, the reproduction and development science, the neurobiology, the stem cell research, the pathological toxicology, the pharmacology and the like. The imaging device for the animals can meet the requirement of imaging analysis on pathological changes of various organs of various animals such as rats, mice, rabbits, dogs, monkeys and the like.
However, small animal imaging is more difficult than human imaging. Taking magnetic resonance scanning as an example, the positioning before imaging is closely related to image quality, imaging results of an organ of interest, and the like. Unlike human scanning positioning, it is difficult for animals to achieve subjective positioning control according to scanning requirements. In high-precision magnetic resonance scanning, the scanning time is longer, and the consistency of data scanning is more important.
At present, in the prior art, there is no automatic positioning technology specially aiming at image scanning of small animals, so if the small animals are to be positioned, the positioning is generally realized by adopting the following two methods:
1. the traditional manual positioning mode is adopted, but the mode is time-consuming, the positioning of the whole position of the outer contour can only be realized, and the accurate positioning according to the scanned organ or the specific anatomical position cannot be achieved, so that the consistency is difficult to ensure in high-precision scanning.
2. The technology applied to automatic positioning of the human body is adopted, the technology mainly obtains the depth of field through the three-dimensional camera to realize automatic positioning, and the positioning accuracy is improved. However, since the small animal is small in size, the three-dimensional depth-of-field image obtained by the three-dimensional camera cannot be effectively applied to automatic positioning of the small animal. Meanwhile, the target viscera of the small animal are small, and the consistency of organ and anatomical position scanning cannot be ensured through automatic positioning of the three-dimensional depth-of-field image.
Therefore, no matter which positioning mode in the prior art is adopted, various requirements on the image scanning of the small animal cannot be well met.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
In order to overcome the above-mentioned defects existing at present, the present embodiment provides an image scanning processing method, applied to an imaging scanning apparatus, the method including: acquiring scanning template information of a scanning object, wherein the scanning template information comprises scanning parameters and a template image acquired by scanning the scanning object according to the scanning parameters; scanning a scanning object to be scanned to obtain a scanning image; registering the scanned image with the template image to obtain a spatial matching parameter; and determining and outputting specific scanning adjustment information of the imaging scanning equipment according to the scanning parameters and the space matching parameters.
In the present embodiment, the imaging scanning apparatus is preferably a magnetic resonance scanning apparatus, but the type of the imaging scanning apparatus is not particularly limited, and other imaging scanning apparatuses such as a CT (computed tomography) apparatus may be used as long as the corresponding functions can be achieved.
In this embodiment, the scanning object is preferably a small animal (an animal with a small size), for example, a rat, a mouse, a rabbit, a dog, a monkey, etc., but the scanning object is not limited to a small animal, and may be a human body or other large animals, or may be other objects.
In the embodiment, the method is used for realizing accurate automatic positioning of the anatomical positions of the scanning objects such as the small animals, and the method can be applied to image scanning of the small animals, so that the image imaging quality is improved, the analysis accuracy based on the images is ensured, and the consistency and the imaging quality of high-precision scanning data are improved.
Specifically, as an embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the image scanning processing method provided by this embodiment mainly includes the following steps:
step 101, obtaining scanning template information of a scanning object.
In this step, the scanning template information mainly includes scanning parameters and a template image acquired by scanning the scanning object according to the scanning parameters, and the scanning object positioned according to the scanning data and the scanning requirement is scanned to acquire the scanning template information of the scanning object.
As a preferred embodiment, the scan data mainly includes different types of specific positioning information for the scan object, for example, specific positioning information for a mouse or a rabbit, and the like, and can be set according to actual requirements.
As a preferred embodiment, the scanning requirement mainly includes specific positioning information for different scanning parts of the scanning object, for example, specific positioning information for different parts of the head, heart, etc. of the mouse, or specific positioning information for different disease types of the same part, which can be set according to actual requirements.
As a preferred embodiment, the scan parameters mainly include a scan center, a scan position, a scan direction and a scan range, although the scan parameters are not particularly limited, and may be set according to the applied imaging scanning device.
Specifically, in this embodiment, taking a mouse as an example, as shown in fig. 2a, for the scanning of the same animal, the mouse is positioned according to the scanning data and the scanning requirement of the mouse, the scanning parameters are determined, and the mouse is scanned according to the scanning parameters to acquire the image of the mouse. If the requirement is met, storing the image as a template image; if the image does not meet the requirement, the scanning protocol and the scanning parameters are adjusted until a template image meeting the scanning requirement is obtained. The template image for positioning can be obtained by fast scanning without long-time fine scanning.
In this embodiment, the number of the template images is at least 1, and if the robustness of the software is low, it may be considered to acquire a plurality of template images. Moreover, at least one template image can be respectively collected according to different types or different body types of mice.
Step 102, scanning a scanning object to be scanned to acquire a scanning image.
In this step, the initially positioned scanning object to be scanned is scanned to obtain a scanning image with a resolution greater than or equal to the lowest resolution that meets the image registration requirement.
Specifically, a mouse to be scanned is placed on a magnetic resonance scanner, and as shown in fig. 2b, a sequence (three-dimensional volume data) of the mouse, i.e., a scanned image, is rapidly scanned, and the sequence is only used for initial positioning, so that the scanning accuracy can be properly reduced as long as a scanned image with a resolution greater than or equal to the lowest resolution (which can be set by itself) meeting the requirement of image registration can be obtained, so as to improve the efficiency of initial positioning.
And 103, registering the scanning image with the template image to acquire a space matching parameter.
In this step, as an optional implementation manner, at least one preset key feature point is identified from the scanned image; the method comprises the steps of respectively registering at least one preset key feature point in a scanned image with a corresponding preset key feature point in a template image to obtain a spatial matching parameter, wherein the registration of the key feature points can be realized by comparing the spatial coordinate values of the key feature points, but the registration mode is not particularly limited, and the corresponding selection can be carried out according to actual requirements.
In this step, as another optional embodiment, a key organ and/or an anatomical structure is extracted from the scanned image, and the key organ and/or the anatomical structure in the scanned image is registered with a corresponding key organ and/or anatomical structure in the template image to obtain a spatial matching parameter, where the registration of the key organ and/or the anatomical structure may be achieved by comparing positions of the key organ and/or the anatomical structure in the image, but the registration manner is not particularly limited, and may be selected according to actual requirements.
Of course, the registration structure is not limited to a critical organ or anatomical structure, and may be other specific structures or positions, which may be selected according to actual requirements.
In this step, as another optional implementation manner, the image information of the scanned image and the image information of the template image are registered to obtain the spatial matching parameter, specifically, information representing the spatial transformation relationship may be selected from the image information for registration, and a specific implementation manner may be correspondingly selected according to actual requirements.
As another optional embodiment, at least two of the three registration methods may be arbitrarily combined to obtain the spatial matching parameter.
For example, the combination process may be a process of performing fusion according to a correlation algorithm, or a process of verifying a result of another registration manner using a result of one registration manner.
By combining the at least two registration modes, the accuracy of the obtained spatial matching parameters can be further verified, so that the stability and reliability of obtaining the spatial matching parameters are effectively improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2c, the scan image is registered with the template image, and a spatial transformation relationship with respect to the template image is obtained.
In this embodiment, the spatial matching parameter may be a parameter for representing a three-dimensional spatial coordinate difference, and a spatial position translation parameter of a scanning position adjustment mechanism of the imaging scanning apparatus may be obtained through template mapping.
And step 104, determining specific scanning adjustment information of the imaging scanning equipment according to the scanning parameters and the space matching parameters.
In this step, the spatial matching parameters are converted into scanning parameter adjustment information; and determining specific scanning adjustment information of the imaging scanning equipment based on the acquired scanning parameter adjustment information.
In this embodiment, the scanning parameter adjustment information may be adjustment information of a scanning center, a scanning position, a scanning direction, a scanning range, and the like, and the specific scanning adjustment information may be a rotation position, an angle, and the like of the scanning position adjustment mechanism.
And 105, outputting the specific scanning adjustment information to a scanning position adjusting mechanism of the imaging scanning equipment to adjust the scanning position.
In this step, the specific scanning adjustment information is output to a scanning position adjustment mechanism of the imaging scanning device, so that the scanning position adjustment mechanism adjusts the current scanning position to the scanning position indicated by the specific scanning adjustment information, the spatial matching parameter includes information representing the scanning position and angle, after the information is obtained, scanning can be performed according to the angle and position consistent with the template, that is, the spatial matching parameter obtained after registration is the position parameter, and the process of converting the spatial matching parameter into the scanning position adjustment information can be regarded as a conversion process between the same type information matching different scanning templates.
The scanning position adjusting mechanism does not need to move the object to be scanned according to the obtained specific scanning adjusting information, and the equipment automatically carries out self-adaptive adjustment of the adjusting mechanism so as to realize automatic positioning.
And step 106, scanning the scanning object to be scanned based on the adjusted scanning position to acquire a complete scanning image.
In this step, the scanning object to be scanned is scanned based on the adjusted scanning position to acquire a complete scanning image.
As shown in fig. 2d, since the registration is performed based on the image anatomy, it can be seen that the scanned image after automatic positioning has high consistency with the template image scanning position, scanning angle, scanning direction, and the like. Scan consistency of the anatomical site is not achievable by manual positioning. And the mouse volume is less, and the deviation of manual positioning is great. Therefore, the automatic positioning mode based on scanning template matching is more accurate and efficient, and fine scanning of the small animals is more automatic and intelligent.
According to the image scanning processing method based on the anatomical structure and the position, the scanning template is set after the position and the range of data scanning are preset, the subsequent scanning data with the same requirements can be matched with the template image, the scanning position, the scanning angle and the scanning range of the data are automatically estimated, so that full-intelligent automatic positioning is realized, the specific anatomical position and organ can be accurately obtained, manual operation is not needed, and the consistency and the imaging quality of high-precision scanning data are improved.
In order to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present embodiment further provides an imaging and scanning apparatus using the image scanning processing method as described above.
Specifically, as another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the imaging scanning device mainly includes an imaging scanning device processor 21, a scanning position adjusting mechanism 22, and a scanning module 23 disposed on the scanning position adjusting mechanism 22 and used for acquiring an image through scanning.
In the present embodiment, the imaging scanning apparatus is preferably a magnetic resonance scanning apparatus, but the type of the imaging scanning apparatus is not particularly limited, and other imaging scanning apparatuses such as a CT apparatus may be used as long as the corresponding functions can be achieved.
In this embodiment, the scanning object is preferably a small animal, for example, a rat, a mouse, a rabbit, a dog, a monkey, etc., but it does not mean that the scanning object is only a small animal, and may be a human body or other large animals, or may be other objects.
The imaging scanning device processor 21 is configured to scan the scan object placed according to the scan data and the scan requirement by invoking the scan module 23 to obtain scan template information of the scan object, where the scan template information mainly includes scan parameters and a template image acquired by scanning the scan object according to the scan parameters.
The imaging scanning device processor 21 is further configured to scan the initially-positioned scanning object to be scanned by invoking the scanning module 23 to obtain a scanned image with a resolution greater than or equal to a lowest resolution that meets the image registration requirement.
As an optional embodiment, the imaging scanning device processor 21 is further configured to identify at least one preset key feature point from the scanned image, and register the at least one preset key feature point in the scanned image with a corresponding preset key feature point in the template image to obtain the spatial matching parameter.
As another alternative, the imaging scanning device processor 21 is further configured to extract key organs and/or anatomical structures from the scanned image, and register the key organs and/or anatomical structures in the scanned image with the corresponding key organs and/or anatomical structures in the template image to obtain the spatial matching parameters.
As another optional embodiment, the imaging scanning device processor 21 is further configured to register image information of the scanned image with image information of the template image to obtain spatial matching parameters.
As another alternative embodiment, the imaging scanning device processor 21 is further configured to select any combination of at least two of the three registration methods described above to obtain the spatial matching parameters.
The imaging scanning device processor 21 is further configured to convert the spatial matching parameters into scanning parameter adjustment information, and determine specific scanning adjustment information of the scanning position adjustment mechanism 22 based on the acquired scanning parameter adjustment information.
The imaging scanning device processor 21 is further configured to output the determined specific scan adjustment information to the scan position adjustment mechanism 22.
The scanning position adjusting mechanism 22 is configured to adjust the current scanning position to the scanning position indicated by the received specific scanning adjustment information, so as to adjust the scanning module 23 to the corresponding scanning position.
The imaging scanning device processor 21 is further configured to scan the scanning object to be scanned by invoking the scanning module 23 to acquire a complete scanning image based on the adjusted scanning position.
The imaging scanning equipment based on the anatomical structure and the position, provided by the embodiment, sets the scanning template after presetting the position and the range of data scanning, subsequently, the scanning data with the same requirement can be matched with the template image through the scanning data, and the scanning position, the scanning angle and the scanning range of the data are automatically estimated, so that the full-intelligent automatic positioning is realized, the specific anatomical position and organ can be accurately obtained, the manual operation is not needed, and the consistency and the imaging quality of high-precision scanning data are improved.
