Abstract
The disclosed embodiment relates to the technical field of mobile internet, in particular to an information processing method, an information processing system, a computer device and a computer readable storage medium, wherein the information processing method comprises the steps of firstly receiving a coupon request which is sent by a first application program and carries user information, then identifying the user information in the coupon request as a unique identifier, sending the coupon request to a second application program after the identification is finished, controlling the second application program to issue an electronic coupon after the second application program receives the coupon request, and transmitting the issued electronic coupon to a corresponding first user account in the first application program, so that the second application program which sends the electronic coupon can only send the electronic coupon to one account, the problem that the user information cannot correspond to the account in the first application program one by one is avoided when the electronic coupon is received and issued, the user experience is improved.

In this embodiment, before the electronic coupon is sent, the unique identifier needs to be verified, it is determined whether the unique identifier has received the electronic coupon previously, if the unique identifier has received the electronic coupon previously, the second application program is not controlled to generate the electronic coupon any more, when the unique identifier has not received the electronic coupon previously, the unique identifier is stored and is associated with the electronic coupon, after the electronic coupon is sent to the first user account, the user information input by the user through the second application program is received, the user information is logged into the second user account corresponding to the user information, the second user account is the account corresponding to the user information in the second application program, the electronic coupon is displayed in the second user account, and the electronic coupon is received by the user through the user information in the first application program, although the electronic coupon is received in the first application program, the electronic coupon can still be used in the second application program, so that the user can display the electronic coupon after inputting the second user account into which the user information is logged, and the user is informed that the electronic coupon is successfully received. In this embodiment, after receiving a consumption request for the electronic coupon, which is input by the user through the second application program, indicating that the user needs to consume the received electronic coupon, verifying the use condition of the electronic coupon, judging whether the electronic coupon is not consumed in any application program in the system, allowing a consumption request of the second application program when the electronic coupon is not consumed as a result of being certified, and using the electronic coupon in the second application program, after the electronic coupon is consumed in the second application program, the information that the electronic coupon is consumed is sent to the first user account corresponding to the unique identifier associated with the electronic coupon, so that the first application program may be controlled to deduct the electronic coupon from the first user account.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the coupon information includes a time of getting the electronic coupon and/or an application of getting the electronic coupon.
In this embodiment, the pickup information displayed after logging in the second application includes the time of picking up the electronic coupon and/or the application program of picking up the electronic coupon, and the user is reminded to know the pickup route and related information of the electronic coupon.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic block diagram of an information processing system according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, an information processing system 300 according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure includes:
a receiving unit 302, configured to receive a coupon request carrying user information sent by a first application, where content of the coupon request is a request for getting an electronic coupon in a second application;
an identifying unit 304 for identifying the unique identifier contained in the user information;
a first sending unit 306, configured to send a coupon request to the second application;
and the first control unit 308 is used for controlling the second application program to issue the electronic coupon, and transmitting the electronic coupon to the first user account with the unique identifier corresponding to the first application program.
In this embodiment, the information processing system 300 first receives, through the receiving unit 302, a coupon request carrying user information sent by a first application program, where the first application program is an application program requesting to receive an electronic coupon, then identifies, through the identifying unit 304, the user information in the coupon request as a unique identifier, and one user information in the first application program corresponds to only one unique identifier, after the identification is completed, the receipt request is sent to a second application program through the first sending unit 306, where the second application program is an application program issuing an electronic coupon, and after the second application program receives the receipt request, the second application program is controlled to issue an electronic coupon through the first control unit 308, and the issued electronic coupon is transmitted to a corresponding first user account in the first application program, where the first user account is an account uniquely corresponding to the identified unique identifier, therefore, the second application program which sends the electronic coupon can only send the electronic coupon to one account, the problem that the user information cannot correspond to the account in the first application program one by one when the electronic coupon is received and issued is solved, and user experience is improved.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic block diagram of an information processing system according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, an information processing system 400 according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure includes:
a receiving unit 402, configured to receive a coupon request carrying user information sent by a first application, where content of the coupon request is a request for getting an electronic coupon in a second application;
an identifying unit 404 for identifying the unique identifier contained in the user information;
a first sending unit 406, configured to send a coupon request to the second application;
a judging unit 408 for judging whether the unique identifier has previously received the electronic coupon;
a storage unit 410 for storing the unique identifier and associating the unique identifier with the electronic coupon when the electronic coupon is not previously received by the unique identifier;
a first control unit 412, configured to control the second application to issue the electronic coupon, and transmit the electronic coupon to a first user account corresponding to the unique identifier in the first application;
the login unit 414 is configured to receive user information input by a user through a second application program, and login the user information to a second user account corresponding to the user information;
a display unit 416, configured to display, in the second user account, the electronic coupon and the pickup information that are picked up by the user information in the first application;
the verification and cancellation unit 418 is configured to verify and cancel the usage condition of the electronic coupon after receiving a consumption request for consuming the electronic coupon, which is input by the user through the second application program;
a second control unit 420 for allowing the consumption request and using the electronic coupon when the electronic coupon is not consumed as a result of being certified;
and a second sending unit 422, configured to send information that the electronic coupon is consumed to the first user account corresponding to the unique identifier associated with the electronic coupon.
In this embodiment, after the electronic coupon is sent to the first user account, the user information input by the user through the second application program is received, the user information is logged into the second user account corresponding to the user information through the login unit 414, the second user account is the account corresponding to the user information in the second application program, the display unit 416 controls to display the electronic coupon in the second user account, the electronic coupon is obtained by the user through the user information in the first application program, although the electronic coupon is obtained in the first application program, the electronic coupon can still be used in the second application program, so the user can display the electronic coupon after inputting the second user account into which the user information is logged, the user is informed that the electronic coupon is obtained successfully, the unique identifier needs to be verified before sending the electronic coupon, judging whether the unique identifier has received the electronic coupon previously through the judging unit 408, if the unique identifier has received the electronic coupon previously, not continuing to control the second application to generate the electronic coupon, if the unique identifier has not received the electronic coupon previously, storing the unique identifier through the storage unit 410, associating the unique identifier with the electronic coupon, after receiving a consumption request for the electronic coupon inputted by the user through the second application, indicating that the user needs to consume the received electronic coupon at that time, checking the use condition of the electronic coupon through the checking unit 418, judging whether the electronic coupon has not been consumed in any application program in the system, if the electronic coupon is not consumed as a result of checking, the second control unit 420 allows a consumption request of the second application program, and the electronic coupon is used in the second application program, after the electronic coupon is consumed in the second application program, the information that the electronic coupon has been consumed is transmitted to the first user account corresponding to the unique identifier associated with the electronic coupon through the second transmission unit 422, so that the first application program can be controlled to deduct the electronic coupon from the first user account.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the coupon information includes a time of getting the electronic coupon and/or an application of getting the electronic coupon.
In this embodiment, the pickup information displayed after logging in the second application includes the time of picking up the electronic coupon and/or the application program of picking up the electronic coupon, and the user is reminded to know the pickup route and related information of the electronic coupon.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic structural diagram of a computer apparatus 1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, according to a third object of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides a computer apparatus 1, where the computer apparatus 1 includes a processor 14, and the processor 14 is configured to implement the steps of the information processing method provided in any embodiment of the first aspect when executing the computer program stored in the memory 12, and therefore, the computer apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure has all the beneficial effects of the information processing method provided in any embodiment of the first aspect, which are not listed here.
According to a fourth object of the embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the information processing method provided in any embodiment of the first aspect, and therefore, the computer device provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure has all the advantages of the information processing method provided by any embodiment of the first aspect, which are not listed here.
For example, when a user in a first application program in the smart device picks up an electronic coupon to a second application program by sending a mobile phone number, the second application program will send the electronic coupon to a user account to which the Unique Identifier belongs by identifying a Unique Identifier (UID, Unique Identifier) corresponding to the mobile phone number in the first application program. The mechanism defines a coupon returning way when the electronic coupons are picked up through the third-party application program, avoids user troubles and improves the user experience of products.
In the description herein, reference to the term "one embodiment," "some embodiments," "a specific embodiment," or the like, means that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the embodiments of the disclosure. Claims (13)
1. An information processing method comprising:
receiving a coupon request carrying user information from a first application program, wherein the user information comprises a unique identifier;
sending the coupon request to a second application program;
receiving an electronic coupon returned by the second application; and
sending the electronic coupon to a first user account in the first application, the first user account corresponding to the unique identifier.
2. The information processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
sending the electronic coupon to a second user account in the second application that corresponds to the unique identifier.
3. The information processing method according to claim 2, further comprising:
and receiving the user information input by the user through the second application program so as to execute login of the second user account, so that the electronic coupon and the receiving information thereof received in the first application program are displayed.
4. The information processing method of claim 1, wherein receiving the electronic coupon returned by the second application comprises:
if it is determined that the unique identifier has not previously received the electronic coupon, storing the unique identifier and associating the unique identifier with the electronic coupon.
5. The information processing method according to claim 4, further comprising:
verifying and canceling the electronic coupon if it is determined that a consumption request for the electronic coupon, which is input by a user through the second application program, is received;
and if the electronic coupon is determined not to be consumed as a result of being checked out, allowing the consumption request.
6. The information processing method according to claim 5, further comprising:
and sending the information that the electronic coupon is consumed to the first user account corresponding to the unique identifier associated with the electronic coupon.
7. The information processing method according to claim 3, wherein the pickup information includes a time at which the electronic coupon is picked up and/or an application program which picks up the electronic coupon.
8. An information processing method comprising:
receiving, at an application configured with a coupon issuance function, a coupon request carrying user information, the user information including a unique identifier;
associating the unique identifier with the electronic coupon corresponding to the coupon request if it is determined that the unique identifier did not previously receive the electronic coupon; and
returning the electronic coupon to the first user account corresponding to the unique identifier.
9. An information processing apparatus comprising:
a request receiving module configured to receive a coupon request carrying user information from a first application, the user information including a unique identifier;
a request sending module configured to send the coupon request to a second application;
a coupon receiving module configured to receive an electronic coupon returned by the second application; and
a coupon sending module configured to send the electronic coupon to a first user account in the first application, the first user account corresponding to the unique identifier.
10. An information processing apparatus provided at an application configured to have a coupon issuance function, comprising:
a request receiving module configured to receive a coupon request carrying user information, the user information including a unique identifier;
an association module configured to associate the unique identifier with an electronic coupon corresponding to the coupon request if it is determined that the unique identifier did not previously receive the electronic coupon; and
a coupon return module configured to return the electronic coupon to the first user account corresponding to the unique identifier.
11. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory and a processor;
wherein the memory is to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are to be executed by the processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
12. A computer readable storage medium having one or more computer instructions stored thereon, wherein the one or more computer instructions are executed by a processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
13. A computer program product comprising computer executable instructions, wherein the computer executable instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
