the information extraction submodule is used for extracting certificate validity period and annual assessment information from the certificate information;
the certificate information invalidity judgment submodule is used for judging that the certificate information is invalid if the validity period of the certificate is larger than the current date and/or the annual assessment information shows that the certificate information does not pass or is not assessed;
and the certificate information validity judging submodule is used for judging that the certificate information is valid if the certificate validity period is less than or equal to the current date and the annual assessment information is displayed as passing.
Optionally, the lawyer identity authentication terminal is provided with a biometric component and an identity card slot, and the biometric information obtaining module 403 includes:
the identity document detection submodule is used for detecting whether the identity document exists in the identity document slot or not if the document information is judged to be valid;
the identity document information reading sub-module is used for reading the identity document information in the identity document when the identity document is detected;
the verification submodule is used for verifying the certificate information by adopting the identity certificate information and judging whether the certificate information is correct or not;
and the biological information acquisition sub-module is used for acquiring the current biological information through the biological identification component if the certificate information is judged to be correct.
Optionally, the current biological information includes current face information, the lawyer identity authentication terminal is in a state of being connected to a preset lawyer management system, and the lawyer identity validity determining module 404 includes:
the practice information acquisition submodule is used for acquiring practice information corresponding to the current face information from the lawyer management system;
the first comparison sub-module is used for comparing the certificate information, the practice approval information and the current face information;
the first identity validity judging submodule is used for judging that the lawyer identity corresponding to the lawyer certificate to be identified is valid if the certificate information is the same as the license information and the first face image in the certificate information is the same as the current face information;
and the first identity invalidity judgment submodule is used for judging that the lawyer identity corresponding to the lawyer certificate to be identified is invalid if the certificate information is different from the license information and/or the first face image is different from the current face information.
Optionally, the current biological information includes current face information, the lawyer identity authentication terminal is in an offline state, and the lawyer identity validity determining module 404 includes:
the second comparison submodule is used for comparing the certificate information with the current face information;
the second identity invalidity judgment submodule is used for judging that the lawyer identity corresponding to the lawyer certificate to be identified is valid if a second face image in the certificate information is the same as the current face information;
and the second identity invalidity judgment submodule is used for judging that the lawyer identity corresponding to the lawyer certificate to be identified is invalid if the second face image is different from the current face information.
Optionally, the current biometric information includes current fingerprint information, the lawyer identity authentication terminal is in a connection state with a preset fingerprint management system, and the lawyer identity validity determining module 404 includes:
the personnel identity information acquisition sub-module is used for acquiring personnel identity information corresponding to the current fingerprint information from the fingerprint management system;
the third comparison sub-module is used for comparing the certificate information with the personnel identity information;
the third identity invalid judgment submodule is used for judging that the lawyer identity corresponding to the lawyer certificate to be authenticated is valid if the certificate information is the same as the personnel identity information;
and the third identity invalidity judgment submodule is used for judging that the lawyer identity corresponding to the lawyer certificate to be authenticated is invalid if the certificate information is different from the personnel identity information.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
and the alarm output module is used for outputting an alarm if the lawyer identity corresponding to the lawyer certificate to be authenticated is judged to be invalid.
The present invention further provides an electronic device, comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the lawyer identification method according to any of the embodiments of the present invention.
The invention also provides a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by the processor, implements a lawyer identification method according to any of the embodiments of the invention.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A lawyer identity authentication method is applied to a lawyer identity authentication terminal and comprises the following steps:
when the lawyer certificate to be identified is detected, reading certificate information in the lawyer certificate to be identified;
checking whether the certificate information is valid;
if the certificate information is judged to be valid, acquiring the current biological information;
and judging whether the lawyer identity corresponding to the lawyer certificate to be identified is effective or not according to the certificate information and the current biological information.
2. The lawyer identification method of claim 1 wherein the step of verifying that the credential information is valid comprises:
extracting certificate validity period and annual assessment information from the certificate information;
if the validity period of the certificate is larger than the current date and/or the annual assessment information shows that the certificate does not pass or is not assessed, judging that the certificate information is invalid;
and if the validity period of the certificate is less than or equal to the current date and the annual assessment information is displayed as pass, judging that the certificate information is valid.
3. The lawyer identification method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the lawyer identification terminal is provided with a biometric component and an identification document slot, and the step of acquiring the current biometric information if the document information is determined to be valid includes:
if the certificate information is judged to be valid, whether the identity certificate exists in the identity certificate slot or not is detected;
when the identity document is detected, reading identity document information in the identity document;
verifying the certificate information by adopting the identity certificate information, and judging whether the certificate information is correct or not;
and if the certificate information is judged to be correct, acquiring the current biological information through the biological identification component.
4. The lawyer identity authentication method according to claim 1, wherein the current biometric information includes current face information, the lawyer identity authentication terminal is in a connection state with a preset lawyer management system, and the step of determining whether the lawyer identity corresponding to the lawyer document to be authenticated is valid according to the document information and the current biometric information includes:
the legal administrator management system obtains the current face information from the face information database;
comparing the certificate information, the practice approval information and the current face information;
if the certificate information is the same as the license information and the first face image in the certificate information is the same as the current face information, judging that the lawyer identity corresponding to the lawyer certificate to be identified is valid;
and if the certificate information is different from the license information and/or the first face image is different from the current face information, judging that the lawyer identity corresponding to the lawyer certificate to be identified is invalid.
5. The lawyer identity authentication method of claim 1, wherein the current biometric information includes current face information, the lawyer identity authentication terminal is in an off-line state, and the step of determining whether the lawyer identity corresponding to the lawyer document to be authenticated is valid according to the document information and the current biometric information includes:
comparing the certificate information with the current face information;
if the second face image in the certificate information is the same as the current face information, judging that the lawyer identity corresponding to the lawyer certificate to be identified is valid;
and if the second face image is different from the current face information, judging that the lawyer identity corresponding to the lawyer certificate to be identified is invalid.
6. The lawyer identity authentication method according to claim 1, wherein the current biometric information includes current fingerprint information, the lawyer identity authentication terminal is in a connection state with a preset fingerprint management system, and the step of determining whether the lawyer identity corresponding to the lawyer certificate to be authenticated is valid according to the certificate information and the current biometric information includes:
acquiring personnel identity information corresponding to the current fingerprint information from the fingerprint management system;
comparing the certificate information with the personnel identity information;
if the certificate information is the same as the personnel identity information, judging that the lawyer identity corresponding to the lawyer certificate to be authenticated is valid;
and if the certificate information is different from the personnel identity information, judging that the lawyer identity corresponding to the lawyer certificate to be authenticated is invalid.
7. The lawyer identification method of claim 4, 5 or 6, further comprising:
and if the lawyer identity corresponding to the lawyer certificate to be authenticated is judged to be invalid, outputting an alarm.
8. A lawyer authentication apparatus applied to a lawyer authentication terminal, the apparatus comprising:
the certificate information reading module is used for reading certificate information in the lawyer certificate to be identified when the lawyer certificate to be identified is detected;
the certificate information validity checking module is used for checking whether the certificate information is valid;
the biological information acquisition module is used for acquiring the current biological information if the certificate information is judged to be valid;
and the lawyer identity validity judging module is used for judging whether the lawyer identity corresponding to the lawyer certificate to be identified is valid or not according to the certificate information and the current biological information.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the lawyer identification method of any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a lawyer authentication method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
