The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a transaction method based on facial authentication according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where an execution subject of the method may be a transaction terminal, such as a cash register, a Point of Sale (POS), a self-service cash dispenser, a self-service payment machine, and the like. As shown in FIG. 1, the method may include steps 101-103.
In step 101, a transaction request is received, the transaction request indicating information to be transacted.
The transaction request may be initiated by the transaction party through an interactive interface of the transaction terminal, for example, in a case that a transaction scenario is a cash receiving scenario, the transaction request may be initiated by the cash receiving party through a cash register or a POS, and in a case that the transaction scenario is a payment scenario, the transaction request may be initiated by the payment party through a self-service payment machine. The transaction request may be used to indicate information to be transacted, which is associated with a particular type of the transaction request.
In step 102, a face authentication result of the transaction party is obtained in response to the transaction request.
And under the condition of receiving the transaction request, acquiring a face authentication result of the transaction party, wherein the face authentication result comprises the identity information of the transaction party.
In some embodiments, the transaction terminal is integrated with a face authentication device, such as a face brushing device, i.e. the transaction terminal has a face authentication function. For example, the transaction terminal may capture a face of a transaction party to obtain face information of the transaction party, where the face information may be a face image of the transaction party or a face feature extracted from the face image of the transaction party and used for verifying an identity of the transaction party, and the face authentication result may be obtained through a correspondence between the face information and the identity information, that is, the identity information of the transaction party is obtained.
In some embodiments, the transaction terminal may be communicatively coupled to the facial authentication device, and the communication coupling may be a wired connection or a wireless connection. In a case where the transaction request is received, the transaction terminal may transmit a face authentication trigger signal to the face authentication device to cause the face authentication device to perform face authentication on a transaction party, and may receive a face authentication result of the transaction party from the face authentication device. The way of the face authentication performed by the face authentication device is as described above, and is not described herein again.
For an enterprise employee system or a store member system, the face information can be input and the face information and the identity information can be bound when employees enter the office or members register. The identity authentication of the enterprise member or the store member can be completed through the transaction terminal or the face authentication device with the face authentication function.
In one example, the binding of the identity information and the entry of the face information can be performed through a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like, for example, through an APP, and the mobile terminal information is simultaneously bound with the identity information.
In step 103, the identity information and the information to be transacted are sent to a server, so that the server performs a transaction according to the information to be transacted through a virtual account associated with the identity information.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the server is, for example, a cloud server. By associating the identity information with the virtual account, the server can determine the virtual account corresponding to the transaction party according to the received identity information of the transaction party, and perform transaction according to the information to be transacted through the virtual account.
The transaction method based on the facial authentication provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can be used for offline payment scenes of various enterprises and public institutions, member stores and convenience stores, such as canteens, sales stores, vending machines and the like in the enterprises and public institutions. For an enterprise-utility employee system, the virtual account may be an employee's employee card, and the virtual currency in the employee card may include virtual currency circulating in the enterprise employee system, such as canteen tokens, credits, and the like; for a membership system store, convenience store membership system, the virtual account may be a loyalty card for a store or convenience store member, and the virtual currency in the loyalty card may include member points, tokens, and the like. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the virtual account may also comprise other types of accounts, and the present disclosure is not limited thereto.
The transaction via the virtual account includes the application of virtual currency in the virtual account, such as the drawing of virtual currency, the payment using virtual currency, and the like.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the face authentication result of a transaction party is triggered and obtained by receiving a transaction request, and the identity information and the information to be transacted in the face authentication result are sent to the server, so that the server determines the virtual account associated with the identity information, performs the transaction according to the information to be transacted through the virtual account, completes the identity authentication through performing the face authentication, and performs the transaction through the associated virtual account in the server, the interaction process is safe and convenient, the use of cash/credit cards is reduced, the phenomena of embezzlement, wrong account and the like are avoided, and the security of the transaction is improved; and the integration of a virtual account system and a face authentication system is realized, and the convenience of transaction is improved.
In some embodiments, the facial authentication-based transaction method includes activation of a virtual account. Under the condition that the transaction scene is the activation scene of the virtual account, the transaction terminal is a terminal which can be operated by staff or members in a self-service manner, such as a self-service cash dispenser or a self-service payment machine; the transaction request includes an activation request indicating a virtual currency type in a virtual account requesting activation. Before the activation is not performed, the virtual account or one of the virtual money types in the virtual account may be empty, and the virtual money of the corresponding type is deposited after the activation. For example, for an employee card of a newly registered/newly enrolled employee in an enterprise-utility-unit employee hierarchy, or a loyalty card of a new member in a member-system store, convenience-store member hierarchy, the credit or token amount in the card is empty before activation. The server stores the grade corresponding to the identity information of the transaction party in the transaction system and the amount of the virtual money to be deposited corresponding to the grade. For example, the server stores a base score corresponding to the rating of the new registered/new employee/new member.
After the identity information acquired based on the trigger of the activation request and the information to be transacted are sent to the server, the server generates information of virtual money to be deposited according to the grade information associated with the identity information of the transaction party and the type of the virtual money indicated by the information to be transacted, and sends the information of the virtual money to be deposited to the transaction terminal.
And the transaction terminal receives the information of the virtual currency to be deposited returned by the server, and the information is displayed to the transaction party on a display interface of the transaction terminal. The transaction party can input a first confirmation signal for the virtual information to be stored through an interactive interface of the transaction terminal.
In response to receiving a first confirmation signal of the information of the virtual money to be deposited, the transaction terminal sends a first trigger signal to the server, so that the server sets a virtual money balance corresponding to the type of the virtual money to the virtual account according to the information of the virtual money to be deposited, and activation of the virtual account is achieved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating an activation method based on face authentication according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the transaction terminal receives an activation request, step 201, indicating the type of virtual currency requested for activation, e.g. requesting activation of a credit account in a virtual account. In response to the transaction terminal receiving the activation request, the transaction terminal retrieves a facial authentication result of the transaction party, the facial authentication result including identity information of the transaction party, as in step 202. Next, in step 203, the transaction terminal sends the identity information of the transaction party and the activated virtual currency type to the server. The server acquires the level information associated with the identity information according to the stored level information (step 204), and generates virtual currency information to be deposited according to the level information and the virtual currency type information requested to be activated (step 205). The server sends the information of the virtual currency to be deposited to the transaction terminal and displays the information to the transaction party on the interactive interface/display interface of the transaction terminal, in step 206. The transaction part confirms the information of the virtual currency to be deposited and inputs a first confirmation signal on an interactive interface of the transaction terminal (step 207). In response to the first confirmation signal, the transaction terminal sends a first trigger signal to the server side (step 208). After receiving the first trigger signal, the server sets a balance of virtual money corresponding to the type of virtual money for the virtual account according to the information of virtual money to be deposited, in step 209.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the activation request is sent to the server, and the information of the virtual currency to be stored returned by the server is confirmed, so that the server sets the virtual currency balance corresponding to the virtual currency type in the virtual account associated with the identity information of the transaction party requesting activation, the transaction party activates the virtual account through face authentication, and the self-service operation of employees or members is facilitated. And because the transaction party needs to deposit the corresponding type of virtual money in the virtual account through face authentication, the idle rate of the virtual account is reduced.
In some embodiments, the facial authentication-based transaction method includes the drawing of virtual currency in a virtual account. Under the condition that the transaction scene is the virtual currency getting scene, the transaction terminal is a terminal which can be operated by staff or members in a self-service manner, such as a self-service cash dispenser or a self-service payment machine; the transaction request includes a pickup request indicating a type of virtual currency in a virtual account requesting pickup.
The server stores the set conditions for receiving the virtual money in the transaction system and the amount of the virtual money to be received corresponding to the set conditions. For example, old employees in the enterprise unit employee system or old members in the member store or convenience store member system can receive a certain new amount of money by face authentication when the set conditions are satisfied. For example, when the registration time meets a set deadline, a certain amount of bonus points can be received. For example, weekly/monthly/annual reward points may be earned through face authentication.
After the identity information acquired by triggering based on the getting request and the information to be traded are sent to the server, the server judges whether the party requesting to get the transaction meets the set conditions or not according to the identity information, generates the information of the virtual money to be got, and sends the information of the virtual money to be got to the trading terminal.
And the transaction terminal receives the information of the virtual currency to be received returned by the server, and the information is displayed to the transaction party on a display interface of the transaction terminal. And the transaction party can input a second confirmation signal for the virtual information to be received through an interactive interface of the transaction terminal.
And in response to receiving a second confirmation signal of the information of the virtual money to be received, the transaction terminal sends a second trigger signal to the server so that the server adds corresponding virtual money amount to the virtual account according to the information of the virtual money to be received. And under the condition that the information of the virtual currency to be received is a new amount, the new amount can also cover the original amount.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a face authentication-based claiming method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the transaction terminal receives a collect request, step 301, indicating the type of virtual currency requested to be collected, e.g. requesting to collect points in a virtual account. In response to the transaction terminal receiving the pickup request, the transaction terminal picks up a face authentication result of the transaction party, the face authentication result including identity information of the transaction party, as in step 302. Next, in step 303, the transaction terminal sends the identity information of the transaction party and the type of the virtual currency to be drawn to the server. The server determines the satisfaction of the transaction party to the set conditions according to the identity information of the transaction party, determines whether the transaction party meets the condition of drawing the week/month/year reward points according to the virtual account activation time of the transaction party as in step 304, and generates the virtual money information to be drawn according to the satisfaction and the virtual money type information requested to be drawn (step 305). The server sends the information of the virtual currency to be picked up to the transaction terminal, and displays the information to the transaction party on the interactive interface/display interface of the transaction terminal, as in step 306. And the transaction party confirms the information of the virtual currency to be received and inputs a second confirmation signal on an interactive interface of the transaction terminal (step 307). In response to the second confirmation signal, the transaction terminal sends a second trigger signal to the server (step 308). After receiving the second trigger signal, the server adds the corresponding amount of virtual money to the virtual account according to the information of the virtual money to be received, in step 309.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the server adds corresponding virtual currency amount in the virtual account associated with the identity information of the transaction party requesting to be received by sending the receiving request to the server and confirming the to-be-received virtual currency information returned by the server, so that the transaction party receives new amount through face authentication, and the employee or member can receive rewards and benefits by self.
In some embodiments, the facial authentication-based transaction method includes making a payment through a virtual account. In the case that the transaction scenario is payment, the transaction request is input by the payer through a transaction terminal, such as a self-service payment machine; in the case that the transaction scenario is cash collection, the transaction request is input by the payee through a transaction terminal, such as a cash register, a POS, or other cash collection terminal. In a payment scenario, the transaction request includes a payment request indicating an amount to be paid.
After the identity information acquired based on the triggering of the payment request and the information to be transacted are sent to the server, the server determines a virtual account corresponding to the identity information and generates virtual currency deduction information according to balance information of the virtual account and the amount to be paid indicated by the information to be transacted.
And when the information to be transacted comprises the amount of the virtual money to be paid, generating the virtual money deduction information according to the balance information of the virtual account and the amount of the virtual money to be paid. For example, in the case that the payee inputs a credit to be paid on the interactive interface of the cash register terminal, the virtual currency deduction information is generated according to the credit balance of the virtual account and the credit to be paid.
And when the information to be transacted comprises the amount of the real money to be paid, the virtual money deduction information is generated according to the balance information of the virtual account, the amount of the real money to be paid and the conversion relation between the virtual money and the real money. For example, in a case that the payee inputs the amount of the real money to be paid on the interactive interface of the cash register terminal, the amount of the virtual money to be paid may be determined according to the amount of the real money to be paid and the conversion relationship between the virtual money and the real money, and the virtual money deduction information may be generated according to the balance information of the virtual account and the determined amount of the virtual money to be paid.
And the transaction terminal receives the virtual currency deduction information returned by the server, and the virtual currency deduction information is displayed to the transaction party on a display interface of the transaction terminal. And the transaction party can input a third confirmation signal for the virtual information to be received through an interactive interface of the transaction terminal.
In response to receiving a third confirmation signal for the virtual currency deduction information, the transaction terminal sends a third trigger signal to the server so that the server completes payment according to the virtual currency deduction information.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating a payment method based on facial authentication according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the cash register terminal receives a payment request, as in step 401, indicating an amount to be paid, including an amount of virtual currency to be paid or an amount of real currency to be paid. In response to the cashier terminal receiving the payment request, the cashier terminal takes a face authentication result of the payer, the face authentication result containing identity information of the payer, as in step 402. Next, in step 403, the cashier terminal sends the identity information of the payer and the amount to be paid to the server. The server determines a virtual account corresponding to the payer according to the binding relationship between the identity information and the virtual account, in step 404, and generates virtual currency deduction information according to the balance information of the virtual account and the amount to be paid indicated by the information to be transacted (step 405). The server sends the virtual currency deduction information to the cash register terminal and displays the information to the payer on an interactive interface/display interface of the cash register terminal, as in step 406. The payer confirms the virtual currency deduction information and inputs a third confirmation signal on the interactive interface of the cash register terminal (step 407). In response to the third confirmation signal, the cashier terminal sends a third trigger signal to the server side (step 408). After receiving the third trigger signal, the server completes payment through the virtual account according to the virtual currency deduction information, in step 409.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the payment request is sent to the server, and the deduction information of the virtual currency returned by the server is confirmed, so that the server finishes payment through the virtual account according to the deduction information of the virtual currency, a payer can realize payment through the virtual account according to facial authentication, the use of cash/credit cards is reduced, phenomena of embezzlement, error account and the like are avoided, and the payment safety is improved; and the integration of a virtual account system, a member system and a face authentication system is realized, and the payment convenience is improved.
And under the condition that the virtual currency deduction information indicates that the virtual account does not meet the deduction condition, the conditions include that the balance of the virtual account is insufficient, the account is abnormal, the virtual account does not have payment authority and the like, the balance of the virtual account is insufficient, for example, the balance of the virtual account is insufficient for payment, the amount available for payment in the virtual account is insufficient for payment, or the amount to be paid currently exceeds the upper payment limit of the virtual currency and the like, prompt information is output on an interactive interface of the cash register terminal to prompt a payer whether to pay through a signed bank card or a third-party payment mechanism.
In response to receiving the fourth confirmation information of the prompt information, that is, the payer confirms that the payment is performed through the signed bank card or the third-party payment mechanism, the cash register terminal sends a fourth trigger signal to the server, so that the server completes the payment through the bank card or the third-party payment mechanism signed with the payer.
In one example, the subscription of the debit card and/or third party payment authority agreement may be accomplished through the mobile terminal, for example through the APP.
The transaction method based on the face authentication provided by the embodiment of the disclosure supports the transactions of real money based on the face authentication of a plurality of channels, and reduces the hardware investment on the cash register terminal; the face authentication is used for simultaneously realizing the payment of the virtual currency and the payment of the real currency, and realizing the combined payment of the virtual currency and the real currency, thereby improving the payment convenience.
In some embodiments, after the payment is completed, the cash register terminal receives payment information returned by the server, and displays the payment information on a display interface of the cash register terminal, where the payment information includes at least one of a payment amount, payment details, and balance information of the virtual account after the payment is completed.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating a face authentication-based point payment method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, the cash register terminal receives a credit payment request, which indicates the amount of credit to be paid, as in step 501. In response to the credit payment request, the cashier terminal sends a face authentication trigger signal to the face authentication device, as in step 502. After receiving the face authentication trigger signal, the face authentication device performs face authentication on the payer, and obtains a face authentication result, where the face authentication result includes identity information of the payer, as in step 503. The face authentication device sends the face authentication result to the cashier terminal (as in step 504), and the cashier terminal sends the identity information of the payer and the credit amount to be paid to a server (as in step 505). The server determines a virtual account associated with the payer according to the identity information of the payer (step 506), and deducts the credit to be paid from the credit balance of the virtual account to complete credit payment.
