In the prior art, when the fingerprint database of the subway station is updated, the fingerprint database either depends on crowd-sourced data of the subway station acquired manually or depends on AP acquired manually at a measuring station of the subway station, so that the labor cost for updating the fingerprint database is high, and the automatic updating of the fingerprint database of the subway station cannot be realized.

In the prior art, when the fingerprint database of the subway station is updated, crowdsourcing data of the subway station is manually acquired or the AP manually acquired at a measuring station of the subway station is manually acquired, so that the manual cost for updating the fingerprint database is high, and the automatic updating of the fingerprint database cannot be realized.
The application provides a new subway station fingerprint database updating method, which can effectively utilize the existing positioning log to update the subway station fingerprint database, improve the inside and outside discrimination precision of the subway station, and avoid the defect of frequent manual acquisition by the way of updating the subway station fingerprint database according to the existing positioning log.

The subway station fingerprint database updating method is applied to applications for providing location services, such as map applications. The electronic device may install an application (e.g., a mapping application) that provides a location service, and the application that provides the location service in the electronic device may generate a location log on the premise that a user allows the application that provides the location service in the electronic device to use the location service.
Illustratively, the positioning log is composed of one or more pieces of log information, for example, one piece of log information indicates wifi information collected by the electronic device at the positioning point, and the wifi information indicates one or more APs.
The log information mainly comprises the following two parts of information:

The manner of generating the log information indicating that the location point is located at the target subway station by the electronic device may include: the electronic equipment determines a fingerprint database of a current target subway station, wherein the fingerprint database of the target subway station indicates one or more fingerprints at each positioning point in at least one positioning point of the target subway station; determining currently scanned target wifi information and GPS information; respectively calculating the matching degree between the target wifi information and each positioning point in the at least one positioning point; determining a target positioning point to which the target wifi information belongs according to the matching degree between the target wifi information and each positioning point in the at least one positioning point; and generating log information of the target subway station by using the target positioning point, the GPS information and the target wifi information.
For example, the electronic device may determine wifi information currently scanned and GPS information (for ease of distinguishing, wifi information currently scanned is referred to as target wifi information). The target wifi information may include, among other things, the mac address, signal strength, timestamp, etc. of the currently scanned AP or APs. It should be noted that if the current electronic device does not scan the GPS information, the current scanned GPS information may be considered as empty.
After the electronic equipment determines the currently scanned target wifi information, the matching degree between the target wifi information and each positioning point in at least one positioning point indicated by the fingerprint library of the current target subway station can be determined.
It should be noted that an initial fingerprint database of the target subway station is preset, and the initial fingerprint database includes manually acquired fingerprints at each of at least one positioning point of the target subway station. Subsequently, the method for updating the subway station fingerprint database provided by the embodiment of the application can be used for updating the initial fingerprint database to obtain the fingerprint database of the target subway station.
Correspondingly, before the initial fingerprint database of the target subway station is updated, the fingerprint database of the current target subway station can be regarded as the initial fingerprint database of the target subway station; after the initial fingerprint database of the target subway station is updated, the fingerprint database of the current target subway station can be regarded as the fingerprint database of the target subway station obtained by the last updating.
Exemplarily, if the fingerprint library of the current target subway station comprises contents of 'access 1-AP1-AP2, access 2-AP3-AP4 and subway station-AP 5', the fingerprint library of the current target subway station indicates 3 positioning points, wherein the 3 positioning points are respectively access 1, access 2 and subway station; in addition, two fingerprints AP1 and AP2 exist at the entrance 1 of the current target subway station, two fingerprints AP3 and AP4 exist at the entrance 2 of the current target subway station, and one fingerprint AP5 exists in the subway station of the current target subway station.

The target wifi information includes mac addresses of one or more APs, each mac in the target wifi information indicates one AP, and the target wifi information indicates one or more APs. The fingerprint base of the current target subway station indicates at least one positioning point, and the positioning point to which each AP indicated by the target wifi information belongs in the at least one positioning point is determined, so that all the APs indicated by the target wifi information and belonging to the positioning point can be determined for each positioning point in the at least one positioning point, and the matching degree between the target wifi information and the positioning point can be calculated by using all the APs indicated by the target wifi information and belonging to the positioning point.
In the embodiment of the application, if the AP indicated by the target wifi information is the fingerprint of a certain positioning point indicated by the fingerprint database of the current target subway station, the AP indicated by the target wifi information belongs to the positioning point. in the embodiment of the present application, after determining the anchor point to which each target AP in at least one target AP belongs, all target APs belonging to the anchor point may be determined for each anchor point in the at least one anchor point, where all target APs belonging to the anchor point may be regarded as an AP set at the anchor point. Further, for each positioning point of at least one positioning point, generating a fingerprint of the target subway station, which is related to the positioning point, according to the positioning point and the AP set of the positioning point; correspondingly, the generated fingerprint of the target subway station is formed by fingerprints related to all the positioning points in the at least one positioning point.
Illustratively, taking at least one positioning point as positioning point 1, positioning point 2 and positioning point 3 as an example, the positioning point 1 is an entrance 1, the positioning point 2 is an entrance 2, and the positioning point 3 is inside a subway station, if an AP set at the entrance 1 includes AP1 and AP2, an AP set at the entrance 2 includes AP3 and AP4, and an AP5 is included inside the subway station, a generated fingerprint related to the entrance 1 may be entrance 1-AP1-AP2, a generated fingerprint related to the entrance 2 may be entrance 2-AP3-AP4, and a generated fingerprint related to inside of the subway station may be inside-AP 5. And the gateway 1-AP1-AP2, the gateway 2-AP3-AP4 and the in-subway-station-AP 5 form the generated fingerprint of the target subway station.
And S105, combining the generated fingerprints and the effective fingerprints determined based on the positioning logs and the initial fingerprint database of the target subway station to construct a fingerprint database of the target subway station.
The embodiment of the application, the initial fingerprint database of the target subway station can be a fingerprint database of the target subway station acquired manually, the initial fingerprint database comprises fingerprints of each positioning point in at least one positioning point, one positioning point can have one or more fingerprints, and one fingerprint can be considered as an AP.
For example, for each of at least one location point of a target subway station, if a fingerprint at the location point in the target subway station indicated by the initial fingerprint database is empty, each AP at the location point in the target subway station indicated by the target log information may be determined as a valid fingerprint at the location point in the target subway station, respectively.
For example, for each of at least one location point in the target subway station, if the initial fingerprint database indicates a fingerprint at the location point, in the case that certain target log information also indicates the fingerprint at the location point, the fingerprint is considered as a valid fingerprint. For example, if the initial fingerprint library indicates a fingerprint 1 at the entrance 1 of the target subway station, the fingerprint 1 is AP 1; if the target log information indicating the AP1 at entrance and exit 1 of the target subway station exists in the positioning log, the fingerprint 1 is considered to be a valid fingerprint at entrance and exit 1 of the target subway station.
According to the embodiment of the application, for each positioning point in at least one positioning point, a union set of the generated fingerprint related to the positioning point and the determined effective fingerprint at the positioning point can be obtained, and the union set is used as a target fingerprint at the positioning point; and then the target fingerprint at each point position in at least one positioning point forms an updated fingerprint database of the target subway station.
For example, taking an anchor point as the entrance and exit 1 of the target subway station as an example, if the generated fingerprints related to the entrance and exit 1 are AP1 and AP2, respectively, and the effective fingerprint of the entrance and exit 1 determined from the location log and the initial fingerprint library of the target subway station is AP1, the target fingerprints of the entrance and exit 1 of the target subway station are AP1 and AP 2.
Exemplarily, taking an anchor point as the gateway 1 of the target subway station as an example, if the generated fingerprints related to the gateway 1 are AP1 and AP2, respectively, and the effective fingerprints of the gateway 1 determined according to the location log and the initial fingerprint library of the target subway station are AP1 and AP6, the target fingerprints of the gateway 1 of the target subway station are AP1, AP2 and AP 6.
Illustratively, taking at least one positioning point of a target subway station as an entrance 1, an entrance 2 and a subway station as an example, if target fingerprints of the entrance 1 are AP1 and AP2, target fingerprints of the entrance 2 are AP3 and AP4, and target fingerprints of the subway station are AP5 and AP6, the obtained fingerprint libraries of the target subway station are "entrance 1-AP1-0AP2, entrance 2-AP3-AP4, and AP5-AP 6" and the obtained fingerprint library of the target subway station may be considered as a fingerprint library obtained by updating an initial fingerprint library of the target subway station.
Further, the method for updating a subway station fingerprint database provided in the embodiment of the present application further relates to determining the weight of the fingerprint of the location point indicated by the updated fingerprint database of the target subway station, the weight of the fingerprint in the subway station fingerprint database may be related to the occurrence frequency of the fingerprint in the subway station, and a person skilled in the art may set a determination mode of the weight of the fingerprint according to his own needs, which is not limited herein.
According to the embodiment of the application, the generated fingerprints can be regarded as the fingerprint database of the target subway station constructed according to the positioning logs, and besides the fingerprint database constructed through the positioning logs, the fingerprints in the initial fingerprint database manually acquired through electronic equipment are also merged into the fingerprint database. Because fingerprint positioning accuracy can decline gradually along with time lapse, the fingerprint that this application will be artifical through electronic equipment collection is added in the fingerprint storehouse through certain tactics.
In particular, the fingerprints in the initial fingerprint repository may be referred to as old fingerprints, and the fingerprints in the fingerprint repository constructed from the location log may be referred to as new fingerprints. For each Access Point (AP) of an access point in an initial fingerprint library, as long as the AP of the access point appears in target log information of a target subway station of a positioning log, the AP of the access point is combined into a new fingerprint; and if the new fingerprint of a certain entrance is empty but the old fingerprint is not empty, all the old fingerprints of the entrance are combined into the new fingerprint, and all the finally obtained new fingerprints can be regarded as the fingerprint library after the target subway station is updated.
In an embodiment of the present application, the fingerprint condition includes a first condition and a second condition. See fig. 2 for a method of determining at least one target AP among the at least one AP that satisfies the fingerprint condition. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s201, deleting the AP meeting a first condition from at least one AP to obtain at least one updated AP, wherein the first condition is related to the environment where the AP is located;
in this embodiment of the present application, taking one AP of the at least one AP as an example, the manner of determining whether the AP is an AP that satisfies the first condition may be: generating first information according to the first number of all target log information indicating the AP and the second number of all target log information indicating the AP and carrying the GPS information; generating second information by using the third number of all target log information of the indicated locating point which is located in the target subway station and the fourth number of all target log information of the indicated locating point which is located in the target subway station and carries GPS information; if the first information and the second information meet the first condition, determining the AP as the AP meeting the first condition; and if the first information and the second information do not meet the first condition, determining the AP as the AP which does not meet the first condition.
Illustratively, filtering of the AP based on the first condition involves GPS filtering. A user may scan many APs while at a target subway station. Some of the APs are originally inside or inside the subway station, but some of the APs may be outside the subway station. In order to eliminate the interference of the APs, when the fingerprint of the target subway station is constructed, the GPS information in the positioning log is used for filtering the APs.
The GPS signals are sensitive to high-rise shelters and generally do not exist indoors. Therefore, the AP can be screened according to whether the positioning log has the GPS information. But on the other hand, some subway stations are on the ground, and when the user is at the subway stations, the GPS signal can be scanned. For the above reasons, for a target subway station, if a certain AP satisfies the following conditions, it is filtered out:

S202, aiming at each positioning point indicated by the positioning log, determining each AP positioned at the positioning point from the updated at least one AP, and deleting the APs positioned at the positioning point and meeting a second condition to obtain an AP set positioned at the positioning point.
In the embodiment of the present application, after obtaining the updated at least one AP, the occurrence frequency of the updated at least one AP may be filtered to obtain an AP set at each location point in the at least one location point, which is specifically as follows:
among the plurality of APs scanned by the user, there may be an abnormal AP or a mobile AP. In order to eliminate the interference, the application filters the occurrence number of each AP in the positioning log. That is, for each entrance/exit of the target subway station, only those APs with the top-ranked number of occurrences are retained. It should be noted that the inside of the subway station of the target subway station can also be regarded as an entrance of the target subway station.
Specifically, for a certain entrance and exit of the target subway station, if a certain AP of the entrance and exit satisfies the following second condition, it is filtered out:

For example, taking an AP at an entrance and an exit of a target subway station as an example, the number of pieces of target log information indicating the entrance and the exit and indicating the AP in all target log information of the target subway station may be taken as the number of occurrences of the AP at the entrance and the exit; the number of pieces of target log information indicating the gateway among all the target log information of the target subway station may be taken as the total number of APs of the gateway.
According to the embodiment of the application, all target log information of the target subway station indicates at least one AP, the at least one AP is filtered based on the first condition, the AP meeting the first condition in the at least one AP can be determined, and the AP meeting the first condition in the target log information of the target subway station is deleted to obtain updated target log information; for each positioning point in at least one positioning point, each AP in the positioning point may be determined according to the updated target log information, and then the remaining APs in the positioning point that satisfy the second condition at the positioning point are filtered to form an AP set at the positioning point.
For example, taking a positioning point as an example, each AP in the set of APs at the positioning point may be considered as a target AP; in this way, the union of the target APs at each of the at least one anchor points may be considered to be the at least one target AP.
On the basis of the obtained at least one target AP, the locating point to which each target AP in the at least one target AP belongs is respectively determined, and a manner of generating a fingerprint of the target subway station according to the locating point to which the target AP belongs may be as shown in fig. 3. As shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
s301, determining each positioning point to which a target AP belongs according to an AP set to which the target AP belongs;
in the embodiment of the present application, for each target AP in at least one target AP, each AP set to which the target AP belongs is determined, and one AP set corresponds to one anchor point, so that each anchor point to which the target AP belongs can be determined.
Exemplarily, if at least one positioning point includes a positioning point 1, a positioning point 2 and a positioning point 3, an AP set at the positioning point 1 is an AP set 1, an AP set at the positioning point 2 is an AP set 2, and an AP set at the positioning point 3 is an AP set 3; if the target AP exists in both AP set 1 and AP set 3, the target AP belongs to anchor point 1 and anchor point 3.
S302, determining a target AP set to which a target AP belongs by using the occurrence probability of the target AP at each positioning point to which the target AP belongs;
in the embodiment of the present application, determining a target AP set to which a target AP belongs by using an occurrence probability of the target AP at each positioning point to which the target AP belongs includes: calculating the occurrence probability of the target AP at the positioning point according to the fourth number of the target log information indicating the target AP and indicating the positioning point and the fifth number of the target log information indicating the positioning point; calculating target information of the target AP at each positioning point to which the target AP belongs respectively by using the occurrence probability of the target AP at each positioning point to which the target AP belongs; and determining a target AP set to which the target AP belongs according to the target information of the target AP at each positioning point to which the target AP belongs.
For example, taking a target AP as an example, after determining each positioning point to which the target AP belongs, multiple access point AP filtering may be performed on the target AP, and it should be noted that a subway station of the target subway station may also be regarded as an access point of the target subway station.
Some APs have high power and can be scanned in a subway station and at a plurality of entrances and exits. For this purpose, for an AP, the number of times it appears at the ith gateway is first calculated

S303, deleting the AP from other AP sets except the target AP set to which the AP belongs;
exemplarily, the at least one positioning point includes a positioning point 1, a positioning point 2 and a positioning point 3, the AP set at the positioning point 1 is an AP set 1, the AP set at the positioning point 2 is an AP set 2, and the AP set at the positioning point 3 is an AP set 3; if the at least one target AP comprises two target APs, respectively target AP1 and target AP 2; if the target AP1 exists in both the AP set 1 and the AP set 3, in the case that it is determined that the target AP1 belongs to the AP set 3 based on the occurrence probability of the target AP1 at the anchor point 1 and the occurrence probability of the target AP1 at the anchor point 3, the AP set 3 may be considered as a target AP set to which the target AP1 belongs, and the target AP1 in the AP set 1 is deleted; if the target AP2 exists in both AP set 1 and AP set 2, in the case that it is determined that the target AP2 belongs to the AP set 1 based on the occurrence probability of the target AP2 at anchor point 1 and the occurrence probability of the target AP2 at anchor point 2, it may be considered that the AP set 1 is a target AP set to which the target AP2 belongs, and delete the target AP2 in the AP set 2; this makes it possible to obtain an updated AP set 1, an updated AP set 2, and an updated AP set 3.
S304, for each positioning point in at least one positioning point, generating a fingerprint of the target subway station at the positioning point based on the AP set at the current positioning point.
As an implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, after the AP set at each of the at least one positioning point is updated according to each of the at least one target AP, the updated AP set at each of the at least one positioning point may be obtained; and then aiming at each positioning point in at least one positioning point, the fingerprint of the target subway station at the positioning point can be generated according to the AP set at the current positioning point. For example, each AP in the set of APs at the current location may be considered a fingerprint of the target subway station at the location.
It should be noted that, after completing steps S301 to S303 for each target AP in the at least one target AP, step S304 provided in the embodiment of the present application may be executed.
As another implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, after determining, for each target AP in at least one target AP, a target AP set to which the target AP belongs, the target AP may be used as a fingerprint of a target subway station at a positioning point corresponding to the target AP set to which the target AP belongs, so as to generate the fingerprint of the target subway station at the positioning point.
Illustratively, if the at least one anchor point includes anchor point 1 and anchor point 2, if the at least one target AP includes target AP1, target AP2 and target AP3, the target AP set to which target AP1 belongs is the AP set at anchor point 1, the target AP set to which target AP2 belongs is the AP set at anchor point 2, and the target AP set to which target AP3 belongs is the AP set at anchor point 1, the generated fingerprint of the target subway station includes anchor point 1-AP1-AP3 and anchor point 2-AP 2.
The application provides a subway station fingerprint database updating method, which can determine a positioning log of electronic equipment using position service, and acquire at least one AP indicated by all target log information of a positioning point positioned in a target subway station from the positioning log; determining at least one target AP satisfying the fingerprint condition in the at least one AP; respectively determining a positioning point to which each target AP in at least one target AP belongs, and generating a fingerprint of a target subway station according to the positioning point to which the target AP belongs; and then combining the generated fingerprint and an effective fingerprint determined based on the positioning log and the initial fingerprint database of the target subway station to construct a fingerprint database of the target subway station. This application can directly rely on the location log of the electronic equipment who uses the position service to realize the update to the initial fingerprint storehouse of target subway station, need not rely on artifical collection to crowdsourcing data to the update in-process of target subway station fingerprint storehouse, also need not rely on the artifical AP of gathering in survey website department, has realized the automatic update to the target subway station fingerprint storehouse, has reduced the cost of labor who updates the target subway station fingerprint storehouse.
According to the method for updating the subway station fingerprint database, the subway station fingerprint database can be automatically updated, the updating result can reach certain accuracy, and the accuracy of the updating result of the subway station fingerprint database can be reflected through the evaluation indexes.
The evaluation index is mainly divided into 2 parts:
a. and (4) the recall rate of the subway station. Namely, the real position of the user is in all the requests of the subway station port or station, and the ratio of the real position of the user to the subway station port or station is judged.
b. And (4) the in-station misjudgment rate. Namely, the proportion that the real position is not in the subway station in all the requests in the subway station is judged.
The evaluation is carried out by adopting 18 stations of Beijing subway No. 2 line. In order to avoid the defect that evaluation data needs manual acquisition, the method evaluates the subway station recall rate and the station misjudgment rate respectively through the following methods:
the subway station recall ratio: in connection with fig. 4, a rectangular frame is drawn for each subway station, and the corresponding subway station and all its exits are contained within the frame.
For different fingerprints of a certain subway station, the ratio of the number of subway station requests to the number of requests in the rectangular frame can reflect the recall rate of the subway station. Therefore, the method and the device adopt the ratio of the number of subway station requests to the number of requests in the rectangular frame to evaluate the subway station recall rate.
b. The in-station misjudgment rate: because 18 stations of Beijing subway No. 2 line are all arranged underground, the real request in the subway station generally does not carry GPS signals, so the request with GPS signals is not in the subway station generally. Therefore, the ratio of the number of requests in the station with the GPS signals to the total number of requests in the station is adopted to reflect the misjudgment rate in the station.
The following explains the evaluation result of the updated fingerprint database of the subway station:
according to the subway station fingerprint database updating method provided by the embodiment of the application, the subway station fingerprint data is updated in 17 days 4 months 2020, the subway station recall rate and the in-station misjudgment rate are evaluated according to the two evaluation indexes, and fingerprint change graphs before and after updating are shown in fig. 5 a-b.
According to fig. 5a-b, it can be seen that the subway station fingerprint database updating method provided by the application can effectively improve the recall rate and the in-station misjudgment rate of subway station positioning, effectively assist the positioning technology of map application, improve the positioning accuracy of electronic equipment, and optimize user experience.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a subway station fingerprint database updating device according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 6, the apparatus includes:
a positioning log determining unit 601, configured to determine a positioning log of an electronic device using a location service, where the positioning log is formed by one or more pieces of log information, and the log information indicates wifi information acquired by the electronic device at a positioning point, and the wifi information indicates one or more wireless access points AP;
an AP obtaining unit 602, configured to obtain, from the positioning log, at least one AP indicated by all target log information of a positioning point located in a target subway station;
a target AP determining unit 603, configured to determine at least one target AP satisfying a fingerprint condition, where the fingerprint condition is related to at least one of an environment in which the AP is located and an abnormal/moving situation of the AP;
a fingerprint generating unit 604, configured to determine a location point to which each target AP in the at least one target AP belongs, and generate a fingerprint of the target subway station according to the location point to which the target AP belongs;
a fingerprint repository generation unit 605 for building a fingerprint repository of the target subway station in combination with the generated fingerprint and the valid fingerprint determined based on the location log and the initial fingerprint repository of the target subway station.
The subway station fingerprint database updating device provided by the embodiment of the application further comprises a log information generating unit, wherein the log information generating unit comprises:
the system comprises a fingerprint base determining unit, a fingerprint base determining unit and a processing unit, wherein the fingerprint base determining unit is used for determining a fingerprint base of a current target subway station by using electronic equipment of a position service, the fingerprint base indicates one or more fingerprints at each positioning point in at least one positioning point of the target subway station, and one fingerprint is an AP;
the scanning unit is used for determining wifi information and GPS information of a currently scanned target;
the matching degree calculation unit is used for calculating the matching degree between the target wifi information and each positioning point in the at least one positioning point respectively;
the target positioning point determining unit is used for determining a target positioning point to which the target wifi information belongs according to the matching degree between the target wifi information and each positioning point in at least one positioning point;
and the log information generating subunit is used for generating the log information of the target subway station by using the target positioning point, the GPS information and the target wifi information.
In this embodiment, preferably, the fingerprint database further indicates a weight of each fingerprint at a location in the target subway station, and correspondingly, the matching degree calculating unit includes:
the first determining unit is used for respectively determining the positioning point of each AP indicated by the target wifi information in at least one positioning point;
and the matching degree operator unit is used for calculating the matching degree between the target wifi information and the positioning point by utilizing the weight of all APs belonging to the positioning point and indicated by the target wifi information aiming at each positioning point in at least one positioning point.
In this embodiment, preferably, the fingerprint condition includes a first condition and a second condition, and the target AP determining unit, configured to determine at least one target AP satisfying the fingerprint condition among the at least one AP, includes:
a first updating unit, configured to delete an AP meeting a first condition from the at least one AP to obtain an updated at least one AP, where the first condition is related to an environment where the AP is located;
a second updating unit, configured to determine, for each location point indicated by the location log, each AP located at the location point from the updated at least one AP, and delete the AP located at the location point and meeting the second condition to obtain an AP set located at the location point;
wherein, each AP indicated by the AP set at each positioning point indicated by the positioning log is a target AP, and the second condition is related to the abnormal/moving condition of the AP.
In this embodiment, preferably, the fingerprint generating unit includes:
a second determining unit, configured to determine, according to the AP set to which the target AP belongs, each positioning point to which the target AP belongs;
a third determining unit, configured to determine a target AP set to which the target AP belongs by using an occurrence probability of the target AP at each positioning point to which the target AP belongs;
a deleting unit configured to delete the AP from the other AP sets other than the target AP set to which the AP belongs;
and the generating unit is used for generating the fingerprint of the target subway station at each positioning point based on the AP set at the current positioning point aiming at each positioning point in at least one positioning point.
In this embodiment of the present application, preferably, the first updating unit for determining whether the AP is an AP satisfying the first condition includes:
the first information generating unit is used for generating first information according to the first number of pieces of all target log information indicating the AP and the second number of pieces of all target log information indicating the AP and carrying the GPS information;
the second information generating unit is used for generating second information by utilizing the third number of all target log information of which the indicated locating points are positioned in the target subway station and the fourth number of all target log information of which the indicated locating points are positioned in the target subway station and carry the GPS information;
a fourth determining unit, configured to determine, if the first information and the second information satisfy the first condition, the AP as an AP satisfying the first condition;
and a fifth determining unit, configured to determine, if the first information and the second information do not satisfy the first condition, the AP as an AP that does not satisfy the first condition.
In the embodiment of the present application, preferably, the third determining unit includes:
a first calculation unit configured to calculate an occurrence probability of the target AP at the positioning point based on a fourth number of pieces of target log information indicating the target AP and indicating the positioning point and a fifth number of pieces of target log information indicating the positioning point;
a second calculating unit, configured to calculate target information of the target AP at each of the positioning points to which the target AP belongs, respectively, using an occurrence probability of the target AP at each of the positioning points to which the target AP belongs;
and the determining subunit is used for determining a target AP set to which the target AP belongs according to the target information of the target AP at each positioning point to which the target AP belongs.
The computer device provided in the embodiment of the present application may be the electronic device described above, and the computer device includes:
a memory for storing a program;
a processor for executing a program, the program specifically for:
determining a positioning log of the electronic equipment using the location service, wherein the positioning log is composed of one or more pieces of log information, the log information indicates wifi information acquired by the electronic equipment at a positioning point, and the wifi information indicates one or more wireless Access Points (APs);
acquiring at least one AP indicated by all target log information of a positioning point positioned in a target subway station from the positioning log;
determining at least one target AP meeting a fingerprint condition in the at least one AP, wherein the fingerprint condition is related to at least one of the environment where the AP is located and the abnormal/moving condition of the AP;
respectively determining a positioning point to which each target AP in at least one target AP belongs, and generating a fingerprint of a target subway station according to the positioning point to which the target AP belongs;

The control device may further comprise a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the memory, the processor and the communication interface communicate with each other via the communication bus.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored, and the computer program is loaded and executed by a processor, so as to implement each step of the method for updating a fingerprint database of a subway station.

The processor of the computer device reads the computer instruction from the computer-readable storage medium, and executes the computer instruction, so that the computer device executes the methods provided in the various optional implementation manners in the aspect of the method for updating the fingerprint database of the subway station or in the aspect of the device for updating the fingerprint database of the subway station.
The application provides a method and a device for updating a subway station fingerprint database, computer equipment and a storage medium, which can determine a positioning log of electronic equipment using a position service, and acquire at least one AP indicated by all target log information of a positioning point positioned in a target subway station from the positioning log; determining at least one target AP satisfying the fingerprint condition in the at least one AP; respectively determining a positioning point to which each target AP in at least one target AP belongs, and generating a fingerprint of a target subway station according to the positioning point to which the target AP belongs; and then combining the generated fingerprint and an effective fingerprint determined based on the positioning log and the initial fingerprint database of the target subway station to construct a fingerprint database of the target subway station. This application can directly rely on the location log of the electronic equipment who uses the position service to realize the update to the initial fingerprint storehouse of target subway station, need not rely on artifical collection to crowdsourcing data to the update in-process of target subway station fingerprint storehouse, also need not rely on the artifical AP of gathering in survey website department, has realized the automatic update to the target subway station fingerprint storehouse, has reduced the cost of labor who updates the target subway station fingerprint storehouse.
According to the subway station fingerprint database updating method based on the positioning logs, statistical indexes are mostly used when AP is screened during fingerprint updating, and similar effects can be achieved by adopting some clustering models.
The method, the device, the computer equipment and the storage medium for updating the fingerprint database of the subway station provided by the invention are introduced in detail, a specific example is applied in the text to explain the principle and the implementation mode of the invention, and the description of the embodiment is only used for helping to understand the method and the core idea of the invention; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A subway station fingerprint database updating method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a location log of an electronic device using location services, the location log being composed of one or more pieces of log information, the log information indicating wifi information acquired by the electronic device at a location point, the wifi information indicating one or more wireless Access Points (APs);
acquiring at least one AP indicated by all target log information of a positioning point positioned in a target subway station from the positioning log;
determining at least one target AP meeting a fingerprint condition in the at least one AP, wherein the fingerprint condition is related to at least one of environment in which the AP is located and abnormal/moving conditions of the AP;
respectively determining a positioning point to which each target AP belongs in the at least one target AP, and generating a fingerprint of the target subway station according to the positioning point to which the target AP belongs;
and combining the generated fingerprint and a valid fingerprint determined based on the positioning log and the initial fingerprint library of the target subway station to construct the fingerprint library of the target subway station.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the process of generating log information that a location point is located at the target subway station by using an electronic device of a location service comprises:
determining, using an electronic device of a location service, a fingerprint database of the current target subway station, the fingerprint database indicating one or more fingerprints at each of at least one location point of the target subway station, one fingerprint being an AP;
determining currently scanned target wifi information and GPS information;
respectively calculating the matching degree between the target wifi information and each positioning point in the at least one positioning point;
determining a target positioning point to which the target wifi information belongs according to the matching degree between the target wifi information and each positioning point in the at least one positioning point;
and generating log information of the target subway station by using the target positioning point, the GPS information and the target wifi information.

The method of claim 2, wherein the fingerprint database further indicates a weight of each fingerprint at a location point in the target subway station, and the calculating the matching degree between the target wifi information and each of the location points in the at least one location point respectively comprises:
respectively determining the anchor point of each AP indicated by the target wifi information in the at least one anchor point;
and aiming at each positioning point in the at least one positioning point, calculating the matching degree between the target wifi information and the positioning point by using the weights of all APs belonging to the positioning point and indicated by the target wifi information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the fingerprint condition comprises a first condition and a second condition, and wherein the determining at least one target AP of the at least one AP that satisfies the fingerprint condition comprises:
deleting the APs meeting the first condition from the at least one AP to obtain at least one updated AP, wherein the first condition is related to the environment where the APs are located;
for each positioning point indicated by the positioning log, determining each AP located at the positioning point from the updated at least one AP, and deleting the AP located at the positioning point and meeting the second condition to obtain an AP set located at the positioning point;
wherein each AP indicated by the set of APs at the respective positioning points indicated by the positioning log is a target AP, and the second condition relates to an abnormal/moving condition of the AP.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the determining the location point to which each of the at least one target AP belongs respectively, and generating the fingerprint of the target subway station according to the location point to which the target AP belongs comprises:
determining each positioning point to which the target AP belongs according to the AP set to which the target AP belongs;
determining a target AP set to which the target AP belongs by using the occurrence probability of the target AP at each positioning point to which the target AP belongs;
deleting the AP from other AP sets except the target AP set to which the AP belongs;
and for each positioning point in the at least one positioning point, generating a fingerprint of the target subway station at the positioning point based on the AP set at the current positioning point.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein determining whether the AP is an AP satisfying a first condition comprises:
generating first information according to the first number of all target log information indicating the AP and the second number of all target log information indicating the AP and carrying GPS information;
generating second information by using the third number of all target log information of which the indicated locating points are located at the target subway station and the fourth number of all target log information of which the indicated locating points are located at the target subway station and carry GPS information;
if the first information and the second information meet a first condition, determining the AP as the AP meeting the first condition;
and if the first information and the second information do not meet the first condition, determining the AP as the AP which does not meet the first condition.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the determining the set of target APs to which the target AP belongs using the probability of occurrence of the target AP at each location to which the target AP belongs comprises:
calculating the probability of occurrence of the target AP at the positioning point according to the fourth number of the target log information indicating the target AP and indicating the positioning point and the fifth number of the target log information indicating the positioning point;
calculating target information of the target AP at each positioning point to which the target AP belongs by using the occurrence probability of the target AP at each positioning point to which the target AP belongs;
and determining a target AP set to which the target AP belongs according to the target information of the target AP at each positioning point to which the target AP belongs.
8. A subway station fingerprint database updating device is characterized by comprising:
the positioning log determining unit is used for determining a positioning log of the electronic equipment using the position service, wherein the positioning log is composed of one or more pieces of log information, the log information indicates wifi information acquired by the electronic equipment at a positioning point, and the wifi information indicates one or more wireless Access Points (AP);
the system comprises an AP acquisition unit, a positioning unit and a processing unit, wherein the AP acquisition unit is used for acquiring at least one AP indicated by all target log information of a positioning point positioned in a target subway station from a positioning log;
a target AP determining unit, configured to determine at least one target AP satisfying a fingerprint condition, where the fingerprint condition is related to at least one of an environment in which the AP is located and an abnormal/moving situation of the AP, from among the at least one AP;
the positioning point determining unit is used for respectively determining the positioning point to which each target AP belongs in the at least one target AP and generating the fingerprint of the target subway station according to the positioning point to which the target AP belongs;
and the fingerprint generating unit is used for combining the generated fingerprint and a valid fingerprint determined based on the positioning log and the initial fingerprint library of the target subway station to construct the fingerprint library of the target subway station.

A computer device, comprising: the system comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the processor and the memory are connected through a communication bus; the processor is used for calling and executing the program stored in the memory; the memory is used for storing a program, and the program is used for realizing the subway station fingerprint database updating method as claimed in any one of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program, which is loaded and executed by a processor, to implement the steps of the method for updating a fingerprint repository for a subway station according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
