In an embodiment of the present application, the method further includes: in response to the operation of a user, converting the flexible display screen from a folded state to an extended state; and displaying information through the first display area.
For example, in response to an unfolding instruction input by a user on the flexible display screen, the flexible display screen is converted from a folded state (see fig. 1b) to an extended state (see fig. 1a), and then information is displayed through the unfolded first display region.
In the embodiment of the application, electronic equipment's flexible display screen has extension state and fold condition to through first display area display information when extension state, through at least one second display area display information when fold condition, can carry out display area's extension like this under the special case, and then realize increasing display area on limited area, satisfy the user demand of user in different scenes.
Referring to fig. 7, an information display method is provided in an embodiment of the present application, which is performed by an electronic device, the electronic device including a flexible display screen having a plurality of sub-display areas, the flexible display screen having an extended state and a folded state, the flexible display screen having a first display area when the flexible display screen is in the extended state, the plurality of sub-display areas being unfolded to form the first display area, the method including:
step 701: determining a folding mode of the flexible display screen under the condition that the flexible display screen is in a folding state;
fig. 2a to 2c illustrate folding modes of the flexible display, fig. 2a illustrates a folding mode with a radian, and fig. 2b and 2c illustrate folding modes with an angle.
Step 702: determining one or more second display areas and the display directions of the second display areas according to the folding mode;
referring to fig. 2b, in the folded state of the flexible display, the flexible display is folded angularly, an included angle between the first sub-display region and the second sub-display region may be an acute angle or an obtuse angle, and a display direction of the plurality of first sub-display regions 21 is different from a display direction of the plurality of second sub-display regions 22, so that two second display regions may be formed, see fig. 3.
Step 703: determining a fourth direction representing a direction in which a user's eyes are gazing at the flexible display screen;
the fourth direction may be configured by a user or determined by the electronic device according to the usage habits of the user.
Step 704: determining the display priority of each second display area according to the fourth direction and the display direction of the second display area;
if the display direction of a certain second display area is matched with the direction in which the user habitually watches the flexible display screen, the display priority of the second display area is highest, that is, the user can see the information displayed by the certain second display area according to the habit (without adjusting the watching angle), the display priority of the second display area is highest, the information displayed by the certain second display area can be clearly seen only by adjusting the watching angle, and the display priority of the second display area is lower.
In this embodiment, the display priorities of the plurality of second display areas are sorted according to the fourth direction and the display direction of the second display area, and the second display area with the highest display priority preferentially displays important information or displays information that is most concerned by a user.
Step 705: acquiring the display priority of information to be displayed;
in the embodiment of the application, the display priority of the information to be displayed may be set according to one or more of a current use scene of the electronic device, an importance degree of the information, a degree of a user's attention, and the like.
Optionally, a current usage scenario of the electronic device is obtained, and a display priority of information to be displayed is determined according to the scenario, for example, if the current usage scenario is a sports scenario (such as running, cycling, etc.), a display priority of heart rate information is highest, and for example, if the current usage scenario is an outdoor scenario (such as mountain climbing, hiking, etc.), a display priority of weather information is highest.
Step 706: displaying corresponding information to be displayed through one or more second display areas according to the display priority of the second display areas and the display priority of the information to be displayed;
that is, the display priority of the second display region is matched with the display priority of the information to be displayed, so that the user can see the most concerned or important information according to the habit (without adjusting the gaze angle).
Step 707: determining the display effect of the information to be displayed on the first display area;
step 708: and adjusting the display effect of the information to be displayed on the second display area according to the display effect of the information to be displayed on the first display area.
It will be appreciated that step 707 and step 708 are optional steps.
It should be noted that, when the flexible display screen is not unfolded, the flexible display screen is an interface that is folded for multiple times, so that a user may deform the display pattern of the second display area in a normal condition, so that the display pattern of the second display area can be visually compensated, for example, fig. 8a is the display pattern displayed in the second display area in the original normal condition, the pattern of the folding area shown in the drawing has a certain deformation compared with the patterns on both sides, fig. 8b is a complete pattern obtained through compensation, and the pattern of the folding area shown in the drawing has the same display effect as the patterns on both sides, so that the folding flexible display screen can be normally used by the user as long as the system compensates the display interface of the folding flexible display screen in advance.
Taking the folding mode shown in fig. 2B as an example, referring to fig. 9a, which is a cross-sectional view of a folding interface, assuming that the included angle between the folding interface and the flat interface is α, and the 1/2 area of the flat interface is a, then the unfolded 1/2 area B can be obtained: a is 1: cos α, i.e., the developed area S ═ 2 × (a/cos α);
taking the folding pattern shown in fig. 2a as an example, and referring to fig. 9b, which is a cross-sectional view of the folded circular form, the area of the folding interface is S1 (the diameter of the circle is d), and the area after unfolding is S, it can be calculated as follows: s pi/2S 1.
In the embodiment of the application, when the user needs to use the large screen, the user only needs to stretch the flexible display screen in the folded state to form the flexible display screen in the extended state for the user to use, so that the use comfort level of the normal state is guaranteed, the size of the screen can be expanded under special conditions, and different application interfaces can be displayed through the second display area of the flexible display screen under the condition of the folded state. The user can freely switch different application interfaces only by moving the angle of the electronic equipment watched by the user, and further, the information displayed in each second display area can be adjusted according to the display priority of the second display area and the display priority of the information to be displayed, so that the user can see the most concerned or important information according to habits (without adjusting the watching angle).
