Some embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below and the features of the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of interaction among a home control device 10, an intelligent home 20, a detection radar 30, and a user terminal 40 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the embodiment of the application, the home control device 10 is in communication connection with at least one smart home 20, and is configured to perform non-contact control on the working state of the at least one smart home 20, so that control timeliness and control intelligent degree are improved, and home use experience of a user is ensured. The at least one smart home 20 may be, but is not limited to, one or a combination of multiple pieces of home equipment such as a smart door lock, a massage sofa, a projector, a television, an air conditioner, and a washing machine; the home control device 10 may be, but is not limited to, a personal computer, a server, and the like.
The position of the detection radar 30 after being arranged is usually unchanged, and the detection radar 30 is in communication connection with the home control device 10, and can be used to inform the home control device 10 of the positions of objects located within the radar detection range of the detection radar 30, so that the home control device 10 can automatically determine whether to control the working state of each smart home 20 according to the positions of the objects uploaded by the detection radar 30.
The user terminal 40 is in communication connection with the home control device 10, and may be configured to configure a control policy for each smart home 20, and upload the configured control policy to the home control device 10 for use. The user terminal 40 may be, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a personal computer, etc.; the control strategies of different smart homes 20 may be the same or different, and the specific configuration may be configured by the user of the smart home 20 according to the requirement. For example, for a smart television, the corresponding control strategy may be to start up at eighteen points, tune to a news channel at nineteen points, and shut down at nineteen points and forty minutes in one day, or to start up at twenty points and shut down at twenty-four points in one day; for the intelligent air conditioner, the corresponding control strategy can be that the intelligent air conditioner is powered on at twenty-one and powered off at twenty-four points in one day.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, the detection radar 30 may be connected to a gateway device together with the at least one smart home 20, and is in communication connection with the home control device 10 through the gateway device, so as to perform data interaction with the home control device 10 through the gateway device.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic composition diagram of a home control device 10 according to an embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment of the application, the home control device 10 may be configured to associate the specific control of the smart home 20 with the trigger object position and the control trigger area of the smart home 20, and regulate and control the working condition of the corresponding smart home 20 by itself directly based on the relative position relationship between the trigger object position and the control trigger area of the smart home 20, so as to implement non-contact control for the smart home 20, ensure the control timeliness and the control intelligence degree of the smart home 20, and improve the home use experience of the user.
The trigger object is an object entity for triggering the home control device 10 to perform state control on each smart home 20, and the trigger object may be a specific animal, human body, or moving object, or may be any one of entities, such as a cat, a dog, a toy car, and a human body.
The control trigger area is used to indicate a specific environment area corresponding to the smart home 20, where the home control device 10 is triggered to execute a control operation. The position of the control trigger area may be the same as or different from the position of the corresponding smart home 20, and the position setting mode of the control trigger area is associated with the home type of the corresponding smart home 20.
Wherein, some smart homes 20 can provide corresponding services for the user only when operating in a state where the working part of the smart home 20 is in contact with the user, and then for such smart homes 20, the position of the control trigger area of such smart homes 20 can be set to be the same as the position of the smart home 20 itself, so as to facilitate the implementation of the contact control operation on such smart homes 20. For example, the control trigger area of the massage sofa is set as the projected ground area of the seat cushion of the massage sofa, so that when a user sits on the seat cushion of the massage sofa, it is directly indicated that the user enters the control trigger area of the massage sofa.
In addition, some smart homes 20 need to operate in a state of keeping a certain distance from the user, so as to further improve the user service experience, and then for such smart homes 20, the position of the control trigger area of such smart homes 20 may be set to be different from the position of such smart homes 20, so as to facilitate the implementation of the air-isolated control operation on such smart homes 20. For example, the control trigger area of the smart television is set to be a square area which is located 2 meters away from the television screen and has a side length of 0.5 meter, so that when a user enters the control trigger area of the smart television, the smart television is triggered and controlled to provide good movie and television watching service for the user.
Meanwhile, it should be noted that the respective control trigger areas of different smart homes 20 may be set to be partially overlapped or completely overlapped, and the respective control trigger areas of different smart homes 20 may also be set to be completely non-overlapped.
Specifically, for some smart homes 20 with no function linkage requirements, in order to ensure that the control trigger timings of the smart homes 20 are different from each other, the function execution independence of the smart homes 20 is maintained, and it is ensured that the trigger control operations of the smart homes 20 are not affected by each other, the respective control trigger areas of the different smart homes 20 can be set to be completely non-overlapping states. For example, function linkage phenomenon can not appear in the actual use process of intelligent smoke ventilator and intelligent washing machine, and the machine is irrelevant when needing the operation of these two kinds of houses on the contrary, then need then set up the control trigger region of intelligent smoke ventilator and intelligent washing machine's control trigger region to mutually independent state from this.
For some smart homes 20 with a function linkage requirement, in order to ensure that the control trigger timings of the smart homes 20 are approximately the same, or further deepen the function execution association degrees of the plurality of smart homes 20, and achieve the function linkage of the plurality of smart homes 20, the respective control trigger areas of different smart homes 20 may be set to be completely overlapped or mostly overlapped. For example, the smart television and the massage sofa can be matched with each other in the actual use process to improve the watching experience of the movie and television of the user, so that the smart television and the massage sofa have the function linkage requirement, the control trigger area of the smart television and the control trigger area of the massage sofa can be set to be in a completely overlapped or mostly overlapped state, the control operation on the smart television and the massage sofa can be triggered simultaneously when the user is in a specific area, and the watching experience of the movie and television of the user is ensured.
In this embodiment, the home control device 10 may include a memory 11, a processor 12, a communication unit 13, and an intelligent home control apparatus 100. Wherein, the respective components of the memory 11, the processor 12 and the communication unit 13 are electrically connected with each other indirectly or indirectly to realize the transmission or interaction of data. For example, the memory 11, the processor 12 and the communication unit 13 may be electrically connected to each other through one or more communication buses or signal lines.
In this embodiment, the Memory 11 may be, but is not limited to, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), an electrically Erasable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), and the like. The memory 11 is used for storing a computer program, and the processor 12 can execute the computer program after receiving an execution instruction.
The memory 11 is further configured to store distribution statuses of respective control trigger areas of different smart homes 20, where the distribution statuses may be expressed by using distribution position information of the control trigger areas of the smart homes 20 in the same electronic map, or by using mapping status information of the control trigger areas of the smart homes 20 in the radar detection map of the detection radar 30, and an expression manner of the distribution statuses may be adaptively selected according to application scene changes of the home control device 10 and the smart homes 20. For example, if the smart homes 20 connected to the home control device 10 are in the same relatively open environment and there is a part of the control trigger areas of the smart homes 20 that is beyond the radar detection range of the detection radar 30, an electronic map is required to express the distribution status of the control trigger areas of the smart homes 20. If the smart homes 20 connected to the home control device 10 are in the same indoor environment and the control trigger areas of all the smart homes 20 are within the radar detection range of the detection radar 30, in order to improve the home control accuracy of the home control device 10, the radar detection map of the detection radar 30 is usually required to express the distribution status of the control trigger areas of the smart homes 20.
The memory 11 is further configured to store respective state control policies of different smart homes 20, where the state control policies are used to indicate control policies that need to be executed correspondingly when trigger objects exist in control trigger areas corresponding to the smart homes 20, and the state control policies may have different contents according to different types of the corresponding smart homes 20. In an implementation manner of this embodiment, the state regulation policy may be configured by a user through the user terminal 40 and stored at the home control device 10.
In this embodiment, the processor 12 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. The Processor 12 may be a general-purpose Processor including at least one of a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), a Network Processor (NP), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf programmable gate array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, a discrete gate or transistor logic device, and discrete hardware components. The general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like that implements or executes the methods, steps and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present application.
In this embodiment, the communication unit 13 is configured to establish a communication connection between the home control device 10 and other electronic devices through a network, and transmit and receive data through the network, where the network includes a wired communication network and a wireless communication network. For example, the home control device 10 can obtain, from the user terminal 40, the state regulation and control policy configured by the user for each smart home 20 through the communication unit 13; the home control device 10 may further obtain, from the user terminal 40 through the communication unit 13, a distribution status of a control trigger area specified by the user for each smart home 20.
In this embodiment, the smart home control apparatus 100 includes at least one software function module that can be stored in the memory 11 in the form of software or firmware or solidified in the operating system of the home control device 10. The processor 12 may be used to execute executable modules stored in the memory 11, such as software functional modules and computer programs included in the smart home control device 100. The home control device 10 associates the specific control of the smart home 20 with the trigger object position and the control trigger area of the smart home 20 through the smart home control device 100, and automatically regulates and controls the working condition of the corresponding smart home 20 directly based on the relative position relationship between the trigger object position and the control trigger area of the smart home 20, so that non-contact control is realized for the smart home 20, the control timeliness and the control intelligent degree of the smart home 20 are ensured, and the home use experience of a user is improved.
It is understood that the block diagram shown in fig. 2 is only one constituent schematic diagram of the home control device 10, and the home control device 10 may further include more or fewer components than those shown in fig. 2, or have a different configuration from that shown in fig. 2. The components shown in fig. 2 may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination thereof.
In the present application, in order to ensure that the home control device 10 can associate the specific control of the smart home 20 with the trigger object position and the control trigger area of the smart home 20, implement non-contact control for the smart home 20, ensure the control timeliness and control intelligence degree of the smart home 20, and improve the home use experience of the user, the foregoing object is achieved by providing an intelligent home control method according to an embodiment of the present application, and the following describes the intelligent home control method provided by the present application in detail.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a smart home control method provided in an embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment of the application, the smart home control method shown in fig. 3 may include steps S210 to S230.
Step S210, obtaining the position information of the trigger object, and determining whether the trigger object is located in the control trigger area of at least one smart home according to the position information.
In this embodiment, if the trigger object is a specific entity object, a GPS (Global Positioning System) System may be used to directly locate the trigger object to obtain the location information of the trigger object, and then the home control device 10 compares the trigger object and the distributed location information of the control trigger areas of the smart homes 20 in the same electronic map according to the location information to determine whether the trigger object is located in the control trigger area of one or more smart homes 20.
If the trigger object is any one entity object, the detection device of the control trigger area of all the smart homes 20 at present can be covered by the detection range, each entity object entering the detection range of the detection device is respectively used as one trigger object, the position information of the entity object in the detection range of the detection device is correspondingly obtained, and then the home control device 10 compares the position information of the trigger object in the detection range with the distributed position information of the control trigger area of each smart home 20 to determine whether the trigger object is in the control trigger area of one or more smart homes 20. In one implementation of the present embodiment, the detection radar 30 may be used as the detection device to determine whether there is a trigger object in the control trigger area of at least one smart home 20.
Optionally, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating the sub-steps included in step S210 in fig. 3. In this embodiment, the step S210 may include substeps S211 to substep S213, and the application may perform the substeps 211 to substep S213 to effectively detect the trigger condition of the control trigger area of each smart home 20 through the detection radar 30, so as to avoid a trigger detection error.
And a substep S211 of calling the detection radar to detect the position of the trigger object, and obtaining the corresponding detection position of the trigger object in the radar detection map of the detection radar.
In this embodiment, the home control device 10 may correspondingly control the detection radar 30 to operate in real time, and the detection radar 30 transmits an electromagnetic wave signal to the periphery by itself and receives a reflected electromagnetic echo signal, so as to accurately determine the distribution information of the trigger object within the radar detection range of the detection radar 30 according to the transmitted electromagnetic wave signal and the received electromagnetic echo signal. Then, the detection radar 30 feeds back the obtained distribution information of the trigger object within the radar detection range to the home control device 10, and the home control device 10 determines the detection position of the trigger object in the radar detection map of the detection radar 30. Taking the radar detection map shown in fig. 5 as an example, the intersection points of a plurality of straight lines in the radar detection map may represent the radar position information of the detection radar 30, and the dots in the radar detection map may represent the detection positions of the trigger objects within the radar detection range of the detection radar 30 in the radar detection map.
And S212, comparing the detection position with each mapping area range according to the corresponding mapping area range of each prestored control trigger area of each intelligent home in the radar detection map.
In this embodiment, the home control device 10 may store a mapping area range of the control trigger area of each smart home 20 in the radar detection map, and taking the radar detection map shown in fig. 5 as an example, a square frame of an area a in the radar detection map may represent the mapping area range corresponding to the control trigger area of one or some smart homes 20. On this basis, the home control device 10 may compare the detection position of the trigger object with each mapping region range in the radar detection map, and check which mapping region range the detection position of the trigger object is located in, so as to improve the trigger detection accuracy and avoid the occurrence of a trigger detection error.
And step S213, if the position comparison result is that the detection position is located in the target mapping region range, determining that the trigger object is located in the control trigger region of the target smart home corresponding to the target mapping region range.
In this embodiment, when the position comparison result between the detection position and each mapping area range indicates that the detection position is located in a certain target mapping area range, it may be indicated that the trigger object is really located in the control trigger area of the target smart home 20 corresponding to the target mapping area range.
Therefore, by executing the substeps S211 to S213, the detection radar 30 is used to effectively detect the trigger condition of the control trigger area of each smart home 20, so as to avoid the occurrence of a trigger detection error.
Step S220, under the condition that the trigger object is determined to be in the control trigger area of the target intelligent home, a state regulation and control strategy of the target intelligent home is obtained.
In this embodiment, when the home control device 10 determines that a trigger object is located in a control trigger area of one or more target smart homes 20, the home control device 10 correspondingly obtains a state regulation and control policy of the target smart home 20 corresponding to the control trigger area where the trigger object is located. The respective state regulation and control strategies of different smart homes 20 may be stored in the home control device 10 in advance, and the state regulation and control strategy of the target smart home 20 may be obtained in a data search manner; the home control device 10 also sends a regulation and control policy acquisition request for the target smart home 20 to the user terminal 40, and the user terminal 40 responds to the regulation and control policy acquisition request and feeds back a state regulation and control policy configured by the user for the target smart home 20 through the user terminal 40 to the home control device 10, so that the control experience of the user on the target smart home 20 is met.
And step S230, controlling the working state of the target smart home according to the state regulation strategy.
In this embodiment, when the home control device 10 determines that the trigger object is located in the control trigger area of the target smart home 20 and obtains the state regulation and control policy of the target smart home 20, the obtained state regulation and control policy may be correspondingly referred to obtain the condition parameters required for executing the state regulation and control policy, and when the obtained condition parameters satisfy the corresponding state regulation and control policy, a control instruction is transmitted to the target smart home 20 to control the working state of the target smart home 20.
Taking the smart television as an example, if the state regulation strategy of the smart television is "when the trigger object stays in the control trigger area of the smart television for 3 minutes, the smart television is controlled to be powered on, and when the trigger object stays in the control trigger area of the smart television for more than 5 minutes, the smart television is controlled to tune to any news channel", the condition parameter corresponding to the state regulation strategy is "the residence time of the trigger object in the control trigger area of the smart television", therefore, when the home control device 10 determines that the trigger object stays in the control trigger area of the smart television, the residence time of the trigger object in the corresponding control trigger area is correspondingly counted, and the residence time is compared with 3 minutes and 5 minutes, so that when the residence time is equal to 3 minutes, a power-on instruction is sent to the smart television to power on the smart television, and then when the retention time exceeds 5 minutes, sending a channel tuning instruction to the intelligent television to tune the channel of the intelligent television to a certain news channel. The control triggering area of the smart television can be overlapped with the position of the sofa cushion, so that when a user sits on the sofa cushion, the control operation of the home control equipment 10 on the smart television can be triggered, and the smart television can provide a film watching service.
Therefore, the application can associate the specific control of the smart home 20 with the trigger object position and the control trigger area of the smart home 20 by executing the steps S210 to S230, and automatically regulate and control the working condition of the corresponding smart home 20 directly based on the relative position relationship between the trigger object position and the control trigger area of the smart home 20, so that the non-contact control is realized for the smart home 20, the control timeliness and the control intelligent degree of the smart home 20 are ensured, and the home use experience of the user is improved.
In the present application, in order to implement the non-contact control function for the smart home 20, respective control trigger areas of different smart homes 20 need to be configured effectively, so that the foregoing object is achieved by providing a trigger area configuration scheme in the embodiment of the present application, and a detailed implementation process of the trigger area configuration scheme is described below.
Optionally, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a second flowchart of the smart home control method provided in the embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment, the smart home control method may further include step S240 and step S250, so as to perform effective configuration on respective control trigger areas of different smart homes 20 through step S240 and step S250.
And step S240, calling a detection radar to configure a control trigger area of at least one smart home.
In this embodiment, in order to improve the trigger detection accuracy of the non-contact control function, while the detection radar 30 is used to sense the trigger object, an area is directly defined in the radar detection range of the detection radar 30 as the control trigger area of a certain smart home 20, so that the detection radar 30 is directly used to accurately detect the area trigger condition of each smart home 20 in a small spatial range.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, an exclusive roadblock may be set for each smart home 20 within a radar detection range of the detection radar 30, and then a rectangular frame with a preset size is constructed by the home control device 10 in a radar detection map of the detection radar 30 with a detection position corresponding to the exclusive roadblock as a center, and then an area corresponding to the rectangular frame is used as a control trigger area corresponding to the smart home 20.
Optionally, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating sub-steps included in step S240 in fig. 6. In another implementation manner of this embodiment, the step S240 may further include sub-steps S241 to S243, so as to provide a simple trigger area configuration manner for the user through the sub-steps S241 to S243, so that the user can select a satisfactory control trigger area for each smart home 20.
And a substep S241 of acquiring a radar detection map of the detection radar and transmitting the radar detection map to the user terminal.
In this embodiment, the home control device 10 may directly construct a radar detection map by taking the radar position of the detection radar 30 as a center, and then directly send the radar detection map to the user terminal 40, so that a user can define an appropriate mapping area range for each smart home 20 on the radar detection map displayed by the user terminal 40.
And a substep S242, receiving the annotated radar map sent by the user terminal, wherein the annotated radar map records distribution information and size information of the mapping area range corresponding to each intelligent home in the radar detection map.
In this embodiment, after a user defines a suitable mapping area range for each smart home 20 on the radar detection map displayed by the user terminal 40 to obtain a corresponding endorsement radar map, the user terminal 40 may send the endorsement radar map to the home control device 10, so that the home control device 10 directly determines the distribution position of the control trigger area of each smart home 20 according to the distribution information and the size information of the mapping area ranges corresponding to different smart homes 20 in the radar detection map.
It can be understood that, when the user uses the user terminal 40 to perform the mapping region range delineation operation, the user may use the user terminal as a teaching mark corresponding to the smart home 20 for indicating the center position of the control trigger region. In this case, after the user enters the radar detection range of the detection radar 30, the detection position of the user as the teaching mark is correspondingly displayed in the radar detection map of the detection radar 30, so that the user can fully combine the real distribution situation of each smart home 20 and the detection position of the user as the teaching mark, and a mapping area range meeting the user experience is selected on the radar detection map for each smart home 20 to obtain a corresponding annotation radar map.
And a substep S243, determining the distribution condition of the control trigger area of each smart home according to the radar position of the detection radar and the distribution information and the size information of each mapping area range in the radar detection map.
Therefore, the present application can provide a simple trigger area configuration manner for the user through the sub-steps S241 to S243, so that the user can select a satisfactory control trigger area for each smart home 20.
And step S250, storing the distribution condition of the control trigger area of at least one smart home.
In this embodiment, after the home control device 10 determines the distribution status of the control trigger area of each smart home 20 by using the detection radar 30, the control trigger area of each smart home 20 may be position-labeled in the same electronic map or a radar detection map of the detection radar 30, and then the labeled electronic map or radar detection map is stored, so as to complete the storage operation of the distribution status of the control trigger area of each smart home 20.
Therefore, the application can perform the steps S240 and S250 to effectively configure the respective control trigger areas of different smart homes 20, thereby ensuring that the non-contact control function of the smart homes 20 can be effectively implemented.
In this application, in order to implement the non-contact control function of the smart home 20, it is necessary to effectively configure the state regulation and control strategy used when different smart homes 20 are triggered in the corresponding control trigger areas in advance, so that the foregoing object is achieved by providing a state regulation and control strategy configuration scheme in the embodiment of the present application, and a detailed implementation process of the state regulation and control strategy configuration scheme is described below.
Optionally, referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a third schematic flowchart of a smart home control method provided in the embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment, the smart home control method may further include step S260 and step S270, so as to effectively configure the respective state regulation and control strategies, matched with the corresponding control trigger areas, of the different smart homes 20 through the step S260 and the step S270.
And step S260, configuring the respective state regulation strategy of at least one smart home.
In this embodiment, the state regulation and control policy of each smart home 20 may be configured remotely by the user through the user terminal 40, where the home control device 10 may request the user to perform policy content configuration operation to the corresponding user terminal 40, or the user actively uploads the corresponding policy content to the home control device 10 through the user terminal 40, and finally the home control device 10 generates a matched state regulation and control policy for each smart home 20 according to the corresponding policy content.
In an implementation manner of this embodiment, the step of configuring the respective state regulation policy of at least one smart home 20 may include:
sending a trigger control configuration request matched with each intelligent home 20 to the user terminal 40 for each intelligent home 20;
and receiving a configuration response reply corresponding to the trigger control configuration request sent by the user terminal 40, and generating a state regulation and control strategy of the intelligent home 20 according to the configuration response reply.
The trigger control configuration request carries home identity information (e.g., home number, home MAC address, or home nickname) corresponding to the smart home 20, so that a user can determine which smart home 20 a currently-formulated regulation and control policy content belongs to through the home identity information in the trigger control configuration request. Meanwhile, the configuration response reply also carries the home identity information recorded by the corresponding trigger control configuration request, so that the home control device 10 establishes a corresponding relationship between the smart home 20 to which the home identity information belongs and the state regulation and control strategy based on the home identity information and the regulation and control strategy content carried by the configuration response reply.
In another implementation manner of this embodiment, the step of configuring the respective state regulation policy of at least one smart home 20 may include:
receiving a home control file uploaded by a user terminal 40, wherein the home control file comprises home operation planning content corresponding to the smart home 20;
and extracting target planning content corresponding to the control trigger area corresponding to the smart home 20 from the home operation planning content, and generating a state regulation and control strategy of the smart home 20 according to the target planning content.
The home control file is used for representing a complete operation scheme which is formulated and actively uploaded by a user for the smart home 20, and the home control file records home identity information corresponding to the smart home 20 and home operation planning content for the smart home 20. Therefore, after acquiring a home control file of a certain smart home 20, the home control device 10 extracts target planning content associated with a control trigger area of the smart home 20 from the home operation planning content of the home control file, and directly sorts the target planning content based on the extracted target planning content for the smart home 20 to obtain a state regulation and control policy of the smart home 20.
And step S270, storing the respective state regulation strategy of at least one smart home.
In this embodiment, after the home control device 10 generates a matched state control policy for each smart home 20 based on policy content transmitted by a user through the user terminal 40, the state control policy of each smart home 20 may be correspondingly adjusted in the memory 11, so that when a control trigger area of a certain smart home 20 is triggered, the state control policy of the smart home 20 may be directly invoked to adjust an operating condition of the smart home 20, thereby implementing a non-contact control function.
Therefore, the present application can perform the above steps S260 and S270 to effectively configure the respective state regulation and control strategies of different smart homes 20, so as to ensure that the home control device 10 can effectively implement the non-contact control function of the smart home 20.
