Background
In order to improve the contrast ratio of the liquid crystal display, the liquid crystal display may be manufactured using a display scheme of a dual liquid crystal panel (BD cell). The structure of the double-layer liquid crystal panel comprises: the liquid crystal display panel comprises a first liquid crystal panel and a second liquid crystal panel which are stacked. The first liquid crystal panel is used for displaying pictures, and the second liquid crystal panel can adjust the brightness of each area of the backlight according to the pictures to be displayed by the first liquid crystal panel. Generally, when the size of the second liquid crystal panel is different, the second liquid crystal panel with different size needs to be designed, and the development cost is high.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks and deficiencies of the prior art, it is desirable to provide a panel and a display panel that can be cut to any size.

The display panel is provided with N pixels, one pixel is usually controlled by one channel, and the position of each chip on film can be used as one channel, so that the chip on film with the same number as or slightly more than the number of the pixels is arranged on each panel to be used as an optional channel to realize the control of the pixels.
Further, the edge of the panel 1 adjacent to the first edge is a second edge, a plurality of chip on films 2 are also arranged on the second edge, and the number of the chip on films 2 on the second edge is 1.1N-1.2N.

The number of the flip chips is increased to ensure that the cut panel has sufficient channels for use, and the arrangement of the flip chips is not completely the same to ensure the effectiveness of panel cutting.
Furthermore, a plurality of size cutting lines 3 are arranged on the panel, and each cutting line 3 is positioned between the adjacent chip on films 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the dotted line positions in the figures are schematic positions of the dicing lines, and in order to ensure the dicing effectiveness, the dicing lines that may need to be diced are not provided with the flip chips, that is, each dicing line is located between adjacent flip chips, and when dicing is needed, the dicing lines are not diced to the positions of the flip chips.
The panel in this embodiment can be cut downward compatibly, for example, when the size of the panel is 55 inches, the 55-inch panel can be cut to manufacture panels with sizes less than 55 inches, such as 31.5 inches, 34 inches, 43 inches, and the like, and when the flip chips are arranged, the cutting lines with the common size can be reserved, that is, the cutting lines with the common size are ensured to be located between two flip chips. In order to ensure the cutting effect and not cause excessive waste, the panel of 31.5-55 inches is preferably arbitrarily cut, and the panel of 55-75 inches is preferably arbitrarily cut, namely, the cutting line of the common panel size below 55 inches is arranged on the panel of 55 inches, and the cutting line of the common panel size between 55-75 inches is arranged on the panel of 75 inches, so as to cut the panel of 55-75 inches, and avoid causing waste.
The present embodiment further provides a display panel, which includes a first liquid crystal panel and a second liquid crystal panel stacked on each other, where the second liquid crystal panel is the above panel or is formed by cutting the above panel which can be cut in any size.
The second liquid crystal panel in the display panel with the stacked screen provided in this embodiment generally needs to be cut, and the panel which can be cut in any size is used for manufacturing the second liquid crystal panel, so that resources can be saved, and the purpose of saving development cost is achieved.
