The electric float level meter can be used for measuring liquid level, interface level or density, outputting 4-20 mADC standard direct current signals and providing HART communication protocol output, and is widely applied to measurement of various liquids in normal-pressure or pressure containers in petroleum, chemical industry, pharmacy and other industries. The electric float level meter has the measuring principle that the torque arm is connected with the torque tube according to the gravity of the float and the buoyancy of liquid, so that the torque tube generates torsional moment, and the torsional deformation of the torque tube is utilized to change the angle of the reflecting plate, thereby generating 4-20mA current output. The electric float level meter measures by means of torsion, resistance needs to be overcome, and the precision and the sensitivity of liquid level measurement by adopting the Hall element are low.
Disclosure of Invention

The other end of the torsion tube 13 is fixedly connected with a buffer adjuster 14, and the buffer adjuster 14 adopts the existing structure, so that the bending deformation of the torsion tube 13 is reduced. The middle part of buffer adjustment ware 14 and the one end fixed connection of moment arm 5, the other end of moment arm 5 passes through connecting rod 4 to be connected with barrel 3, and the both ends of connecting rod 4 are articulated with barrel 3 and moment arm 5 respectively.
The outside of buffer regulator 14 is provided with protection casing 1, and protection casing 1 passes through sleeve 6 and fixing base 7 fixed connection. The fixed seat 7 and the sleeve 6 are both covered outside the torsion tube 13. During the use, according to the height of liquid level, the buoyancy of liquid to barrel 3 is different, and the torsional deformation volume that torque tube 13 received is different, and torque tube 13 transmits the moment of torsion for the center tube, and torsional deformation takes place for the center tube to drive reflecting plate 16 and rotate, and the incident light position of laser 11 is unchangeable, because the rotation of reflecting plate 16, has changed the size of incident angle, thereby has changed the position of reflection light irradiation point on photoelectric sensor 12, and photoelectric sensor 12 launches different electrical signals, thereby detects different liquid level values.
Therefore, the electric float liquid level meter measuring device adopting the structure and the electric float liquid level meter with the measuring device can improve the measuring precision and sensitivity of the existing electric float liquid level meter.
