Abstract
The invention relates to a liquid drop and liquid film coupled rotational flow humidifier and a working method thereof, which utilizes oscillation jet atomization and heat and mass transfer with air to realize the humidification of the air. The cyclone humidifier comprises a cyclone chamber, three tangential inlets, a turbulence column, 5-8 jet oscillators and a filter screen, wherein each jet oscillator comprises an inlet power nozzle, a mixing chamber, two feedback channels and an outlet nozzle. The jet oscillator without any movable part is adopted to generate downward self-sustaining oscillation jet, liquid films are formed on the wall surfaces of the cyclone chamber and the turbulence column, meanwhile, air spirally rises, and gas and liquid reversely flow under the coupling action of liquid drops and the liquid films, so that the heat and mass transfer of the air and the water is effectively enhanced, and the humidifying effect is remarkable. The equipment is easy to maintain, the fault rate is low, the water stain formation of the outlet and the shell is reduced, the service life of the equipment is prolonged, and the quality of wet air is improved. The invention has long service life, saves water resources and meets the national requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction and sustainable development of water resources.
