Abstract
本发明公开了一种水冷降温除湿机,包括一体成型的集水盘和水槽,所述集水盘上设置有用于对空气进行蒸发吸热和冷凝放热的蒸发装置和冷凝装置,所述水槽位于冷凝装置和蒸发装置的一侧,所述冷凝装置外接有用于冷却的异型管,所述异型管设置于水槽内。本发明一种水冷降温除湿机,通过冷凝装置、异型管以及水槽相互配合,通过采集蒸发器蒸发吸热所产生的冷凝水,通过该冷凝水对异型管进行冷却,从而对冷凝器整体进行冷却,在不改变冷凝装置和蒸发装置结构以及工作环境的情况下,降低了功率消耗,提高了除湿能效,大大提高了冷凝装置的冷却效率。

技术领域
本发明属于除湿机技术领域,具体涉及一种水冷降温除湿机。
背景技术
除湿机工作时,制冷剂在压缩机、毛细管、蒸发器、冷却凝器中循环运行,制冷剂在冷凝器中冷凝吸热,仅毛细管节流降压后,在蒸发器中蒸发吸热。室内湿空气经过蒸发器时,冷却至露点形成冷凝水珠流至水箱。现有技术中,常规的除湿机,只能通过循环风机对冷凝器进行降温,达到降低功率的目的。但是在一些周围空气温度比较高的情况下,该风冷效果不佳,且功率较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种水冷降温除湿机。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种水冷降温除湿机,包括一体成型的集水盘和水槽,所述集水盘上设置有用于对空气进行蒸发吸热和冷凝放热的蒸发装置和冷凝装置,所述水槽位于冷凝装置和蒸发装置的一侧,所述冷凝装置外接有用于冷却的异型管,所述异型管设置于水槽内。
为优化上述技术方案,采取的具体措施还包括:
进一步地,冷凝装置包括壳体,所述壳体内部设置有若干个互相连接贯通的长U型管,所述长U型管与异形管连接贯通。
进一步地,长U型管水平放置,在竖直方向上位于同一个平面内,最下方的长U型管与异形管连接贯通。
进一步地,异形管包括两个L型管,两个L型管的一端与长U型管连接,另一端互相连接贯通。
进一步地,异形管和长U型管的材质为铜管或铝管。
进一步地,集水盘不与水槽接触的三条边均设置有突起。
进一步地,水槽排水口处设置有挡板。
进一步地,蒸发装置采用中央循环管式蒸发器。
进一步地,蒸发装置和冷凝装置内的制冷剂型号为R410A、R134A或R290。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明一种水冷降温除湿机,通过冷凝装置、异型管以及水槽相互配合,通过采集蒸发器蒸发吸热所产生的冷凝水,通过该冷凝水对异型管进行冷却,从而对冷凝器整体进行冷却,在不改变冷凝装置和蒸发装置结构以及工作环境的情况下,对冷凝水加以收集并循环利用,同时降低了功率消耗,提高了除湿能效,大大提高了冷凝装置的冷却效率。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的实施例作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,本发明为一种水冷降温除湿机,包括一体成型的集水盘10和水槽20,集水盘10不与水槽20接触的三条边均设置有突起11,所述集水盘10上设置有用于对空气进行蒸发吸热和冷凝放热的蒸发装置40和冷凝装置30,通过该蒸发装置40和冷凝装置30实现对空间除湿的作用。
蒸发装置40采用中央循环管式蒸发器,该蒸发装置40和冷凝装置30内的制冷剂型号为R410A、R134A或R290。通过突起的结构设计,避免冷凝水散落在除湿机内部,可以将冷凝水进行收集汇聚在水槽内进行循环利用。
且水槽20位于冷凝装置30和蒸发装置40的一侧,水槽20排水口处设置有挡板21,所述冷凝装置30外接有用于冷却的异型管50,所述异型管50设置于水槽20内。充分利用蒸发装置产生的冷凝水,对异型管50进行冷却降温。当冷凝水的温度过高,无法满足冷凝效果时,可以通过挡板21进行自主切换打开水槽20的排水口。
如图2和3所示,冷凝装置30包括壳体31,所述壳体31内部设置有若干个互相连接贯通的长U型管32,所述长U型管32与异形管50连接贯通,异形管50包括两个L型管,两个L型管的一端与长U型管32连接,另一端互相连接贯通,异形管50和长U型管32的材质为铜管或铝管。
本发明的使用方法如下:
首先蒸发装置4工作,进行蒸发吸热,从而使得蒸发装置40周围的空气温度降低达到冷凝点,从而凝结成冷凝水,通过集水盘10进行冷凝水的收集,集水盘10四周的突起11确保了冷凝水不会外流,而是均流向水槽20。
然后冷凝装置30进行冷凝放热,使得长U型管32的温度上升,从而使得异型管50的温度一同上升,此时,通过冷凝水对异型管50进行冷却降温。

1.一种水冷降温除湿机,其特征在于:包括一体成型的集水盘(10)和水槽(20),所述集水盘(10)上设置有用于对空气进行蒸发吸热和冷凝放热的蒸发装置(40)和冷凝装置(30),所述水槽(20)位于冷凝装置(30)和蒸发装置(40)的一侧,所述冷凝装置(30)外接有用于冷却的异型管(50),所述异型管(50)设置于水槽(20)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水冷降温除湿机,其特征在于:所述冷凝装置(30)包括壳体(31),所述壳体(31)内部设置有若干个互相连接贯通的长U型管(32),所述长U型管(32)与异形管(50)连接贯通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种水冷降温除湿机,其特征在于:所述长U型管(32)水平放置,在竖直方向上位于同一个平面内,最下方的长U型管(32)与异形管(50)连接贯通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种水冷降温除湿机,其特征在于:所述异形管(50)包括两个L型管,两个L型管的一端与长U型管(32)连接,另一端互相连接贯通。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种水冷降温除湿机,其特征在于:所述异形管(50)和长U型管(32)的材质为铜管和/或铝管。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种水冷降温除湿机,其特征在于:所述集水盘(10)不与水槽(20)接触的三条边均设置有突起(11)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种水冷降温除湿机,其特征在于:所述水槽(20)排水口处设置有挡板(21)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种水冷降温除湿机,其特征在于:所述蒸发装置(40)采用中央循环管式蒸发器。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种水冷降温除湿机,其特征在于:所述蒸发装置(40)和冷凝装置(30)内的制冷剂型号为R410A、R134A或R290。
