In the scheme, the lighting device is flexible in use method and convenient to adjust; the whole structure of the lighting device is simple, the number of parts is small, the lighting device is easy to disassemble, assemble, carry and transport, and the lighting device can ensure that the test light is adjustable within a certain range.

Claims (10)

1. A method for using a lighting device for an automatic emergency braking test of a vehicle is disclosed, wherein the lighting device comprises a base body, a telescopic adjusting rod, a mounting base, a lamp bracket and an angle adjusting mechanism; the lamp holder is provided with a lamp and is hinged to the mounting seat; the angle adjusting mechanism is connected between the lamp holder and the mounting seat and used for driving the lamp holder to rotate relative to the mounting seat so as to adjust the illumination angle of the lamp; the mounting seat is arranged on the telescopic adjusting rod, and the telescopic adjusting rod is arranged on the seat body; the using method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
arranging the seat body at a first preset position;
adjusting an angle adjusting mechanism between the lamp holder and the mounting seat to enable the illumination angle of the lamp to meet the requirement of a preset illumination angle;
and adjusting the position of the mounting seat relative to the telescopic adjusting rod and/or adjusting the length of the telescopic adjusting rod to enable the lighting height of the lamp to reach the preset height requirement.

The use method of the lighting device for the automatic emergency braking test of the vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the angle adjusting mechanism comprises a first screw rod, an adjusting nut and a second screw rod which are sequentially connected in a threaded manner; one end of the first screw rod, which is far away from the adjusting nut, is hinged with the mounting seat, and one end of the second screw rod, which is far away from the adjusting nut, is hinged with the lamp holder;
and rotating the adjusting nut to enable the first screw rod and the second screw rod to be close to each other or be away from each other, so that the illumination angle of the lamp reaches a preset illumination angle.

The use method of the lighting device for the vehicle automatic emergency braking test according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the mounting seat is provided with a sleeve, the sleeve is sleeved on the telescopic adjusting rod, and the sleeve can slide and rotate along the telescopic adjusting rod; a first locking piece is movably arranged between the sleeve and the telescopic adjusting rod;
and after the position of the mounting base relative to the telescopic adjusting rod is adjusted, the first locking piece is adjusted to lock the mounting base on the telescopic adjusting rod.
4. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein before the mounting seat is locked on the telescopic adjusting rod, the sleeve is driven to rotate around the telescopic adjusting rod so as to adjust the lamp to the second preset position.
5. The use method of the lighting device for the vehicle automatic emergency braking test according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a telescopic adjustable lampshade is arranged on the lamp holder, and the lamp is positioned in the lampshade;
and after the lighting height of the lamp reaches a preset height requirement, the lampshade is telescopically adjusted so as to achieve a preset light condensation effect.

The method for using the lighting device for the automatic emergency braking test of the vehicle as claimed in claim 5, wherein the lampshade comprises a plurality of layers of shells, and two adjacent shells can slide up and down relatively to adjust the size of the lampshade and adjust the light condensing effect of the lampshade.

The use method of the lighting device for the automatic emergency braking test of the vehicle according to claim 6, wherein the cover comprises a first cover, a second cover and a third cover which are arranged in sequence; a first sliding block is arranged on the outer wall of the first housing, a first sliding groove is arranged on the inner wall of the second housing, and the first sliding block is slidably arranged in the first sliding groove;
the outer wall of the second housing is provided with a second sliding block, the inner wall of the third housing is provided with a second sliding groove, and the second sliding block is slidably arranged in the second sliding groove.
8. The method for using the lighting device for the automatic emergency braking test of the vehicle as claimed in claim 6, wherein the lamp housing is arranged in a conical shape.

The use method of the lighting device for the automatic emergency braking test of the vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein the telescopic adjusting rod comprises a supporting rod and a telescopic rod, the supporting rod is arranged on the seat body, and the telescopic rod is inserted into the supporting rod and can move up and down and rotate along the supporting rod; a second locking piece is movably arranged between the telescopic rod and the supporting rod;
after adjusting the length of flexible adjusting lever, or order about the telescopic link rotates the third preset position around the bracing piece after, adjust the second locking piece, will the telescopic link locking is on the bracing piece.
