Abstract

本发明涉及管道穿墙填涵技术领域,具体是一种管道穿墙填涵施工工艺,包括五个步骤。本发明设计巧妙,用料考究,整体安装简便,降低了施工难度,提高了施工进度,在管道与墙体的处接套接穿墙套管,配合支撑钢板可以对发泡填充料起到较佳的保护效果,避免管道在重力作用下以及管道抖动对发泡填充料挤压变形造成渗漏,同时发泡填充料具有防水、抗老化、抗压的性能,使用寿命久,石棉水泥作为第二道防水密封固化后具有刚性,可以对管道位置进行固定防止位移和抖动对发泡填充料挤压变形且撕裂,提升防护性能,添加有硅酮的耐候密封胶具有料弹性好、粘结力强、抗老化、密封性强的优点,进一步提升了防渗漏的作用。

一种管道穿墙填涵施工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及管道穿墙填涵技术领域,具体是一种管道穿墙填涵施工工艺。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,城市的面貌需求,原先地面上的输水管道都转变成暗线埋于地下,为了降低施工难度和成本,通常需要将管道穿墙以减少铺设线路。
但是地埋管道穿墙位置渗漏是存在于建筑施工中一种质量通病,穿墙埋管与管道之间密封有施工完成后渗漏和运行一定时间后渗漏两种情况,究其原因分析不外乎以下几种原因:1、设计选用的密封材料不可靠;2、设计选用的施工方法操作困难,施工人员不易操作;3、另外一个原因是运行的管道在重力作用下以及管道抖动对填充的柔性材料挤压变形造成渗漏。因此,本领域技术人员提供了一种管道穿墙填涵施工工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种管道穿墙填涵施工工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种管道穿墙填涵施工工艺,包括贯穿墙体的管道,包括以下施工步骤:
步骤1:在所述管道的外部对应墙体的位置处套上穿墙套管,在所述穿墙套管的内侧中段位置处等间距焊接固定三个分别与管道外壁相抵的支撑钢板,用于确保所述管道始终处于穿墙套管的中心处;
步骤2:制备发泡填充料并将其通过喷射的方式填充至穿墙套管与管道之间的空隙中,形成第一道防水密封,去除两端多余的边角料,使得所述发泡填充料整体长度短于所述穿墙套管的长度,保证穿墙套管的两端与管道之间存有预留空间;
步骤3:在两个所述预留空间内通过浇注石棉水泥形成第二道防水密封;
步骤4:在两个所述石棉水泥的端部涂上耐候密封胶,干燥后形成第三道防水密封并结束所有工序。
作为本发明更进一步的方案:所述支撑钢板采用45#钢材质的构件,且支撑钢板的长度为穿墙套管总长度的1/3。
作为本发明更进一步的方案:所述穿墙套管的外部套接固定有止水套,所述止水套采用5mm厚的橡胶套管。
作为本发明更进一步的方案:所述发泡填充料包括以下质量分数的组分:聚乙烯树脂50-70份、陶土20-30份、乳胶10-20、微硅粉3-5份、发泡剂2-4份、防水剂0.5-1份、稳定剂0.5-1份,其制备步骤如下:
将聚乙烯树脂加热熔化后加入陶土、乳胶以及微硅粉,充分搅拌后制得混料;
在混料中加入发泡剂、防水剂、稳定剂再次混合搅拌后制得所述发泡填充料。
作为本发明更进一步的方案:所述发泡剂由硅酸钠和炭黑混合而成,两者的比例为2:1。
作为本发明更进一步的方案:所述防水剂采用甲基硅醇钠,所述稳定剂采用钾锌液体稳定剂。
作为本发明更进一步的方案:所述耐候密封胶由天然橡胶、硅酮、碳酸钙、月桂酸、交联剂混合而成,其比例为5:1:3:1:1。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明设计巧妙,用料考究,整体安装简便,降低了施工难度,提高了施工进度,在管道与墙体的处接套接穿墙套管,配合支撑钢板可以对发泡填充料起到较佳的保护效果,避免管道在重力作用下以及管道抖动对发泡填充料挤压变形造成渗漏,同时发泡填充料具有防水、抗老化、抗压的性能,使用寿命久,石棉水泥作为第二道防水密封固化后具有刚性,可以对管道位置进行固定防止位移和抖动对发泡填充料挤压变形且撕裂,提升防护性能, 添加有硅酮的耐候密封胶具有料弹性好、粘结力强、抗老化、密封性强的优点,进一步提升了防渗漏的作用。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1~2,本发明实施例中,一种管道穿墙填涵施工工艺,包括贯穿墙体的管道1,包括以下施工步骤:
步骤1:在管道1的外部对应墙体的位置处套上穿墙套管7,在穿墙套管7的内侧中段位置处等间距焊接固定三个分别与管道1外壁相抵的支撑钢板4,用于确保管道1始终处于穿墙套管7的中心处;
步骤2:制备发泡填充料3并将其通过喷射的方式填充至穿墙套管7与管道1之间的空隙中,形成第一道防水密封,去除两端多余的边角料,使得发泡填充料3整体长度短于穿墙套管7的长度,保证穿墙套管7的两端与管道1之间存有预留空间;
步骤3:在两个预留空间内通过浇注石棉水泥2形成第二道防水密封;
步骤4:在两个石棉水泥2的端部涂上耐候密封胶5,干燥后形成第三道防水密封并结束所有工序。
进一步的,支撑钢板4采用45#钢材质的构件,且支撑钢板4的长度为穿墙套管7总长度的1/3。
进一步的,穿墙套管7的外部套接固定有止水套6,止水套6采用5mm厚的橡胶套管。

Claims (7)

1.一种管道穿墙填涵施工工艺,包括贯穿墙体的管道(1),其特征在于, 包括以下施工步骤:
步骤1:在所述管道(1)的外部对应墙体的位置处套上穿墙套管(7),在所述穿墙套管(7)的内侧中段位置处等间距焊接固定三个分别与管道(1)外壁相抵的支撑钢板(4),用于确保所述管道(1)始终处于穿墙套管(7)的中心处;
步骤2:制备发泡填充料(3)并将其通过喷射的方式填充至穿墙套管(7)与管道(1)之间的空隙中,形成第一道防水密封,去除两端多余的边角料,使得所述发泡填充料(3)整体长度短于所述穿墙套管(7)的长度,保证穿墙套管(7)的两端与管道(1)之间存有预留空间;
步骤3:在两个所述预留空间内通过浇注石棉水泥(2)形成第二道防水密封;
步骤4:在两个所述石棉水泥(2)的端部涂上耐候密封胶(5),干燥后形成第三道防水密封并结束所有工序。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种管道穿墙填涵施工工艺,其特征在于,所述支撑钢板(4)采用45#钢材质的构件,且支撑钢板(4)的长度为穿墙套管(7)总长度的1/3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种管道穿墙填涵施工工艺,其特征在于,所述穿墙套管(7)的外部套接固定有止水套(6),所述止水套(6)采用5mm厚的橡胶套管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种管道穿墙填涵施工工艺,其特征在于,所述发泡填充料(3)包括以下质量分数的组分:聚乙烯树脂50-70份、陶土20-30份、乳胶10-20、微硅粉3-5份、发泡剂2-4份、防水剂0.5-1份、稳定剂0.5-1份,其制备步骤如下:
将聚乙烯树脂加热熔化后加入陶土、乳胶以及微硅粉,充分搅拌后制得混料;
在混料中加入发泡剂、防水剂、稳定剂再次混合搅拌后制得所述发泡填充料(3)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种管道穿墙填涵施工工艺,其特征在于,所述发泡剂由硅酸钠和炭黑混合而成,两者的比例为2:1。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种管道穿墙填涵施工工艺,其特征在于,所述防水剂采用甲基硅醇钠,所述稳定剂采用钾锌液体稳定剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种管道穿墙填涵施工工艺,其特征在于,所述耐候密封胶(5)由天然橡胶、硅酮、碳酸钙、月桂酸、交联剂混合而成,其比例为5:1:3:1:1。
