Background
The collet chuck may be classified into a movable collet chuck or a fixed collet chuck, and the collet chuck may be classified into a forward-push collet chuck and a backward-pull collet chuck according to a manner of fixing the collet chuck, as shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic cross-sectional view of a conventional fixed collet chuck, and a backward-pull collet chuck. In contrast, in the conventional pull-back collet chuck 10 shown in fig. 1, the pull-back strength is related to the area of the action surface 111 of the piston 11, and the pull-back strength is small when the area of the action surface 111 is small, and the pull-back strength is large when the area of the action surface 111 is large. Therefore, the minimum area of the active surface 111 of the existing pull-back collet chuck 10 must meet the effective clamping strength under the limitation of the effective clamping strength, resulting in the fact that the outer diameter of the existing pull-back collet chuck 10 must be large enough to accommodate the large area of the active surface 111. However, the number of the collet chucks which can be placed on the workbench is much smaller, and the collet chucks need to be locked by screws so as not to rotate, so that the total height of the existing rear pull type collet chuck 10 is increased by a large amount, and the existing rear pull type collet chuck 10 is long and thick. There is thus considerable room for improvement.
Therefore, in order to solve the above problems of the conventional structure, how to develop an innovative structure with more ideal practicability is desired by consumers, and related manufacturers need to make efforts to develop and break through the objective and direction.
In view of the above, the present inventors have made various experiments on the manufacturing, development and design of related products for many years, and have conducted detailed design and judicious evaluation with respect to the above objects to finally obtain the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
The main objective of the present invention is to provide a fixed multi-cylinder chuck, which has at least one set of external members assembled in the internal space of the chuck, and uses the piston assembly action surfaces of all the external members to match the collet rear pull seat piston member action surface, so as to generate the output pulling force increased by multiple times in the collet fixture with the smallest outer diameter.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a fixed multi-cylinder chuck, comprising:
a chuck base;
the collet chuck rear-pulling seat is assembled in the collet chuck base and integrally provided with a piston piece and a left fixing part, and is provided with a through internal thread for locking an external thread of a collet chuck;
at least more than one group of kits, each group of kits comprises a movable cylinder wall and a matched piston assembly, each group of piston assembly is provided with a left fixing part and a right fixing part, the last group of piston assembly is provided with the right fixing part separately, the right fixing part of each group of piston assembly and the left fixing part of the left piston assembly are fixed with each other, the right fixing part of the foremost group of piston assembly and the left fixing part of the rear pull seat of the collet chuck are fixed with each other, and two sides of each movable cylinder wall are separated into an air chamber;
the chuck panel seat is provided with a cylinder clamp jack and a circular ring column which are integrally formed, all the piston assemblies and the cylinder clamp rear pull seat are arranged on the periphery of the circular ring column to slide, all the movable cylinder walls are mutually abutted, and the chuck base and the chuck panel seat are clamped and fixed on two sides of all the movable cylinder walls respectively;
an air inlet pipe, which penetrates the collet chuck rear pulling seat and all the piston components from the outer peripheral surface of the collet chuck base inwards, and is communicated with the action surfaces of the collet chuck rear pulling seat piston components and all the piston components, so that air can be sent to the action surfaces of the piston components and all the piston components, and the collet chuck rear pulling seat generates a rear pulling action; and
a reset air pipe, which penetrates all the movable cylinder walls from the outer peripheral surface of the chuck base inwards to be conducted to the piston components of the collet chuck rear pulling seat and the reset surfaces of all the piston components, so as to send air to the piston components and the reset surfaces of all the piston components, and further to enable the collet chuck rear pulling seat to generate forward pushing action.
Furthermore, the circular column of the chuck fixing panel seat is provided with more than one bolt assembly hole communicated with the collet chuck jack, each bolt assembly hole is provided with an elastic piston bolt, and the bolt assembly holes are communicated with the air inlet pipe, so that the elastic piston bolts can be simultaneously inserted into the collet chuck when the collet chuck is pulled backwards, and the collet chuck is prevented from rotating.

Referring to fig. 4 and 6, in the fixed multi-cylinder chuck, more than one pin coupling hole 521 is formed at the circular column 52 of the chuck fixing panel base 50 to be connected to the chuck insertion hole 51, each pin coupling hole 521 is adapted to be coupled with an elastic piston pin 53, and the pin coupling holes 521 are connected to the air inlet pipe 60, so that the elastic piston pins 53 are simultaneously inserted into the chuck 80 when the chuck 80 is pulled back, thereby preventing the chuck 80 from rotating. Due to the arrangement of the elastic piston pin 53, the conventional screw locking part for preventing the collet 80 from rotating is eliminated, so that the total height of the chuck of the invention can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 5, the fixed multi-cylinder chuck is provided with at least one set to at most five sets of the sleeve 40, so that all the active surfaces a of the piston members 31 and all the piston assemblies 42 are at least two to at most six.
Referring to fig. 7, a reset air tube 70 is disposed to penetrate all the movable cylinder walls 41 from the outer peripheral surface of the chuck base 20 to the inside, and is conducted to the piston member 31 of the collet chuck rear pulling seat 30 and the reset surfaces B of all the piston assemblies 42, when the high-pressure air is sent to the piston member 31 and the reset surfaces B of all the piston assemblies 42, the piston member 31 and all the piston assemblies 42 are pushed to move simultaneously, and the collet chuck rear pulling seat 30 generates a forward pushing and resetting action, so as to release the collet chuck 80 (see fig. 4).
Referring to fig. 8, an air inlet pipe 60 penetrates the collet chuck rear pulling seat 30 and all the piston assemblies 42 from the outer peripheral surface of the chuck base 20 to the inside, and is conducted to the action surfaces a of the piston members 31 of the collet chuck rear pulling seat 30 and all the piston assemblies 42, and when the high-pressure air is sent to the action surfaces a of the piston members 31 and all the piston assemblies 42, the action of adding and multiplying the action force is formed, so that the collet chuck rear pulling seat 30 generates a back pulling action with several times of force, and the collet chuck 80 is tightened (see fig. 4). The clamping force can be increased by more than two times because of at least two acting surfaces A, and if the same clamping force is used, the outer diameter of the invention can be greatly reduced, more chucks can be arranged on the same working platform area for clamping more collets 80 and workpieces, the invention is further provided with an elastic piston pin 53 (shown in figure 6) which is communicated with the air inlet pipe 60, the collet 80 is tensioned, and the elastic piston pin 53 fixes the collet 80 to prevent the rotation, thus the total height of the rear-pull type chuck can be reduced.
In view of the above, the fixed multi-cylinder chuck of the present invention has at least one set of sleeve members assembled into the inner space of the chuck, and the piston assembly acting surfaces of all the sleeve members cooperate with the collet rear pull seat piston member acting surface, so that the collet chuck clamp with the smallest outer diameter can generate the output tension increased by multiple times, which is in accordance with the better industrial applicability.

a chuck base;
