Referring to fig. 1, a cross-sectional view of a fan noise reduction structure according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the fan noise reduction structure 1 includes: a fan frame body 11, a connecting portion 12;
the fan frame body 11 has a bottom side 111 and a frame sidewall 112, the frame sidewall 112 is vertically disposed around the outer periphery of the bottom side 111, the inner edge of the frame sidewall 112 defines an airflow channel 113, and two ends of the airflow channel 113 respectively have an inlet 1131 and an outlet 1132, the outlet 1132 is disposed at a position of the airflow channel 113 near the bottom side 111, and the inlet 1131 is disposed at an end of the airflow channel 113 opposite to the outlet 1132.
The connecting portion 12 is disposed in the frame sidewall 112, the connecting portion has a middle channel 121, two ends of which are connected to the frame sidewall 112, and an inlet end 122 and an outlet end 123 are disposed at positions of the two ends of which are connected to the frame sidewall 112 and are communicated with the airflow channel 113, the inlet end 122 is disposed near the outlet 1132, and the outlet end 123 is disposed near the inlet 1131.
The bottom side 111 has a shaft 114, and the shaft 114 is formed by the bottom side 111 extending vertically.

the first fan frame body 21 has a first bottom side 211 and a first frame sidewall 212, the first frame sidewall 212 vertically surrounds the outer periphery of the first bottom side 211, and the inner edge of the first frame sidewall 212 defines a first air flow channel 213, and two ends of the first air flow channel 213 respectively have a first inlet 2131 and a first outlet 2132.
The second fan frame body 22 has a second bottom side 221 and a second frame sidewall 222, the second frame sidewall 222 is vertically disposed around the outer periphery of the second bottom side 221, and the inner edge of the second frame sidewall 222 defines a second airflow channel 223, and two ends of the second airflow channel 223 respectively have a second inlet 2231 and a second outlet 2232, the first and second frame bodies 21 and 22 are assembled by either vertical serial connection or horizontal parallel connection, the present embodiment is illustrated by a vertical serial fan, but not limited thereto, and the first outlet 2132 is abutted to the second inlet 2231.
The connecting portion 23 has a middle channel 231, the middle channel 231 has an inlet end 2311 and an outlet end 2312, the inlet end 2311 is connected to the second outlet 2232 of the second frame sidewall 222, and the outlet end 2312 is connected to the first inlet 2131 of the first frame sidewall 212.
The middle channel 231 in the connecting portion 23 guides the air with higher pressure from the second outlet 2232 of the second fan frame body 22 to flow toward the first inlet 2131 of the first fan frame body 21, so as to reduce noise.
The first bottom side 211 has a first shaft cylinder 2111, the first shaft cylinder 2111 is formed by the first bottom side 211 extending vertically, the second bottom side 221 has a second shaft cylinder 2211, and the second shaft cylinder 2211 is formed by the second bottom side 221 extending vertically.
The first outlet 2132 is disposed at the first air flow channel 213 near the first bottom side 211, the first inlet 2131 is disposed at an end of the first air flow channel 213 opposite the first outlet 2132, the inlet end 2311 is near the second outlet 2232, and the outlet end 2312 is near the first inlet 2131.
The second outlet 2232 is disposed at a second airflow channel 223 near the second bottom side 221, and the second inlet 2231 is disposed at an end of the second airflow channel 223 opposite to the second outlet 2232.
Referring to fig. 3, which is a cross-sectional view of a fan noise reduction structure according to a third embodiment of the present invention, as shown, the fan noise reduction structure 3 includes: a first fan frame body 31, a second fan frame body 32, a connecting portion 33;
the present embodiment has a part of the same structure as the second embodiment, and therefore will not be described herein again, but the difference between the present embodiment and the second embodiment is that the first and second fan frame bodies 31 and 32 of the present embodiment are horizontally arranged in parallel, and a parallel fan arrangement is provided therebetween, the first fan frame body 31 has a first inlet 311 and a first outlet 312, the second fan frame body 32 has a second inlet 321 and a second outlet 322, and the first and second inlets 311 and 321 are arranged in parallel, and the middle channel 331 in the connecting portion 33 guides the second outlet 322 of the second fan frame body 32 to have higher pressure air flowing to the first inlet 311 of the first fan frame body 31 for jet flow, thereby achieving noise reduction.
The invention mainly carries out jet flow on a low-pressure part (inlet) through the airflow at the high-pressure part (outlet) of the wind unauthorized use body, thereby reducing the noise problem of the fan.
The connecting part can be arranged in the wall thickness of the fan frame body or externally hung, and the arrangement is not limited.
