Abstract

本发明创造提供了一种新型风力发电机机舱罩,包括设置于塔柱侧面的爬梯、与机舱罩固定连接且连通机舱罩舱门的通入梯、与通入梯固定且设置于爬梯外侧的转接梯,工人通过转接梯进入通入梯。本发明创造所述的新型风力发电机机舱罩通过爬梯、转接梯、通入梯的方案设计,有效的解决了中小型风力发电机的维修问题,并且成本较低,对风力发电机的动力学性能影响非常小,较大的降低了中小型风力发电机的检修成本以及效率。

技术领域
本发明创造属于风力发电机机舱罩技术领域,尤其是涉及一种新型风力发电机机舱罩。
背景技术
目前的大型风力发电机为了方便检修,在塔柱的内部建立爬梯通道,从塔柱的内部进入机舱罩,进而对机舱罩内部的电气设备进行检修。
但是目前针对中小型的风力发电机进行检修时,由于塔柱直径的问题,无法从内部建立爬梯通道,只能借助外部的设备进入机舱罩内部,一般是利用大型吊车将工人送上风力发电机上,然后工人打开机舱罩的舱门,进入内部,这种方式不仅风险较大,而且对气象环境要求较高,在风力较大的天气时,风力会吹动吊篮大幅度摆动,工人不便于打开舱门,并且,对地形要求较高,大型吊车无法进入地形较为复杂的区域。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明创造旨在提出一种新型风力发电机机舱罩,以便于对中小型的风力发电机进行检修,无需借助其他动力设备。
为达到上述目的,本发明创造的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种新型风力发电机机舱罩,包括设置于塔柱侧面的爬梯、与机舱罩固定连接且连通机舱罩舱门的通入梯、与通入梯固定且设置于爬梯外侧的转接梯,工人通过转接梯进入通入梯。
进一步的,所述爬梯包括多个自上向下等间距分布且与塔柱固定连接的U型钢制结构件。
进一步的,所述转接梯包括多个的踩蹬环,相邻的踩蹬环通过连接杆固定连接,多个踩蹬环自上向下等间距排布形成便于工人横向攀爬的环形爬梯;
所述踩蹬环的内径大于塔柱的外径,两者中间形成便于工人活动的间隙。
进一步的,所述通入梯设置在机舱罩远离轮毂罩的一端;
所述通入梯包括两根平行设置的U型管,两根U型管之间焊接有多根用于攀爬的横管,两根所述U型管的顶部与机舱罩的端面固定连接,底部与转接梯固定连接。
进一步的,所述通入梯包括自下向上依次连接的横向梯、倾斜爬梯、顶部扶梯,所述舱门设置在顶部扶梯的下方。
进一步的,所述横向梯和对应设有扶杆和用于增加横向梯稳定性的上拉杆;
所述扶杆和上拉杆均为钢管;
所述上拉杆为两根,分别设置于横向梯两侧,所述上拉杆的底部与U型管焊接固定,顶部贯穿机舱罩的外壳后与内部的发电机底架焊接固定,所述上拉杆与机舱罩外壳连接的通孔处通过密封组件密封;
所述扶杆也为两根,分别设置于横向梯两侧,所述扶杆横向设置,一端与上拉杆焊接固定,另一端与倾斜爬梯的U型管焊接固定。
进一步的,所述舱门所在的端面呈倾斜设置,端面低端呈轮毂罩方向倾斜。
进一步的,所述舱门包括门板以及固设在门板内侧的铰接筒,所述机舱罩上设有与铰接筒对应的铰接轴,所述门板的顶部还设有门锁。
进一步的,所述门板上还安装散热风机,所述门板上开有与散热风机对应的方形通孔,所述散热风机通过方形通用伸出至门板的外侧面,所述门板的内侧面还开有与散热风机对应的环形凹槽,所述散热风机的安装板设置在环形凹槽内;
所述散热风机的进气端还对应设有安全钢网,所述安全钢网和散热风机的安装板均通过螺栓固定于环形凹槽内侧;
所述门板的底部向下方延伸形成限制门板打开角度以及引导雨水的限位导流部。
进一步的,所述限位导流部上开有多个减阻方孔。
相对于现有技术,本发明创造所述的新型风力发电机机舱罩具有以下优势:
(1)本发明创造所述的新型风力发电机机舱罩通过爬梯、转接梯、通入梯的方案设计,有效的解决了中小型风力发电机的维修问题,并且成本较低,对风力发电机的动力学性能影响非常小,较大的降低了中小型风力发电机的检修成本以及效率。
(2)本发明创造所述的新型风力发电机机舱罩通过对转接梯的形状和结构设计,有效的解决了固定的爬梯与不固定的通入梯之间的过渡问题,便于工人从爬梯移动至通入梯。
(3)本发明创造所述的新型风力发电机机舱罩门板具有两个作用,一个作用是机舱罩门板,另一个作用是过板,限位导流部具有两个作用,一个是对雨水导流,另一个是限位门板开启的角度,打开后的门板是处于水平状态的,打开后的限位导流部与机舱罩的底面抵接,使打开后的门板形成了水平的过板,工人可以踩踏着门板进入机舱罩;安全钢网足以支撑工人的重量,防止工人直接踩踏到散热风机。

如图1所示,一种新型风力发电机机舱罩,包括设置于塔柱侧面的爬梯、与机舱罩8固定连接且连通机舱罩8舱门7的通入梯、与通入梯固定且设置于爬梯外侧的转接梯1,工人通过转接梯1进入通入梯。
所述爬梯包括多个自上向下等间距分布且与塔柱固定连接的U型钢制结构件。
所述转接梯1包括多个的踩蹬环11,相邻的踩蹬环11通过连接杆12固定连接,多个踩蹬环11自上向下等间距排布形成便于工人横向攀爬的环形爬梯;
所述踩蹬环11的内径大于塔柱的外径,两者中间形成便于工人活动的间隙。由于风机大部分都具有变桨、偏航功能,机舱罩8的位置不是固定,而爬梯的位置是固定的,大多数情况下,工人是无法直接爬上通入梯,需要先爬上转接梯1,然后进行横移,进而爬上通入梯。

所述扶杆4也为两根,分别设置于横向梯2两侧,所述扶杆4横向设置,一端与上拉杆3焊接固定,另一端与倾斜爬梯5的U型管焊接固定。
所述舱门7所在的端面呈倾斜设置,端面低端呈轮毂罩方向倾斜,便于雨水导流,也可以高效防止雨水进入散热风机71。

所述限位导流部73上开有多个减阻方孔72。由于限位导流部73是迎着方向的,通过设计的减阻方孔72,可以高效降低风阻。

9.根据权利要求8所述的新型风力发电机机舱罩,其特征在于:所述门板上还安装散热风机,所述门板上开有与散热风机对应的方形通孔,所述散热风机通过方形通用伸出至门板的外侧面,所述门板的内侧面还开有与散热风机对应的环形凹槽,所述散热风机的安装板设置在环形凹槽内;
所述散热风机的进气端还对应设有安全钢网,所述安全钢网和散热风机的安装板均通过螺栓固定于环形凹槽内侧;
所述门板的底部向下方延伸形成限制门板打开角度以及引导雨水的限位导流部。
10.根据权利要求9所述的新型风力发电机机舱罩,其特征在于:所述限位导流部上开有多个减阻方孔。
