The invention belongs to the technical field of low-temperature starting of engines, and particularly relates to a flame glow plug.
Background
The low-temperature starting performance is one of the important performances of the diesel engine, and under the low-temperature condition, the air inlet temperature, the fuel oil temperature and the engine body temperature are lower, and the fuel oil atomization effect is poor, so that the starting is difficult, the economical efficiency and the dynamic property are poor, the emission pollution is serious, and the running performance and the service life of the diesel engine are influenced. The flame preheating plug is used for heating the inlet air, so that the fuel atomization effect can be improved, the ignition probability can be increased, and the low-temperature starting performance can be effectively improved.
The existing flame preheating plug for heating air intake mainly comprises a shell, a heating rod, an oil inlet nozzle and a flame cover with a heat outlet hole, diesel oil is supplied into the shell through the oil inlet nozzle during work, the diesel oil is vaporized and flows downwards when contacting the heating rod which is electrified for a period of time, and the diesel oil is combusted at a high-temperature end at the bottom of the heating rod and is sprayed out through the heat outlet hole, so that the air intake is heated.
In the existing flame glow plug, the position of an oil inlet nozzle and a heating rod is relatively fixed, and the heating rod has a certain vaporization effect on diesel oil under the condition of certain oil inlet flow and voltage, so that the performance of a single flame glow plug cannot be adjusted according to requirements; on the other hand, when the existing flame preheating plug works, a large amount of liquid diesel oil directly flows to the heating rod and is in close contact with the heating rod, and the problems of coking, carbon deposition and the like caused by insufficient combustion can be caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a flame glow plug, which is a fuel injector capable of independently installing the flame glow plug, wherein the installation position and angle of the flame glow plug can be adjusted according to the requirement, and a large amount of liquid fuel does not contact with a heating rod and a heating tube, so that the fuel can be sufficiently vaporized and combusted, and the problems of coking and carbon deposition are not generated.
The technical scheme for realizing the invention is as follows:
a flame preheating plug comprises a flame cover, a fuel injector fixing seat, a fixing seat mounting plate, a heating rod fixing seat and a heating rod;
the flame cover consists of a head semicircular tubular structure and a bottom circular tubular structure, wherein one side of the head semicircular tubular structure is open, and the side surface of the open side is used for mounting the fixing seat mounting plate; five discharge hot holes are uniformly distributed in the circular tubular structure along the circumferential direction;
the heating rod fixing seat is characterized in that two symmetrically-installed heating tubes are arranged at the lower end of the head of the heating rod fixing seat, the two heating tubes are connected through a connecting plate rib, a row of through holes are processed on the connecting plate rib, the heating tubes are of a three-quarter round tubular structure, and one sides of gaps of the two heating tubes are oppositely installed at 90 degrees when the heating tubes are symmetrically installed; inserting the heating rod into the heating rod fixing seat, wherein a heating area of the heating rod is wrapped by the heating tube, and part of the surface of the heating rod is exposed in the flame cover through a gap of the heating tube;
inserting a heating tube of a heating rod fixing seat and a heating rod into a flame cover, wherein the head of the heating rod fixing seat is connected with the head of the flame cover through a screw;
three waist-shaped through grooves are processed on the fixing seat mounting plate in parallel, a middle slot hole is used for spraying fuel oil into the flame cover by the fuel injector, and slot holes on two sides are used for mounting the fuel injector fixing seat; the fixed seat mounting plate is fixedly connected to the side surface of the open side of the head of the flame hood through a screw;
two installation surfaces of the oil sprayer fixing seat are opposite and form a set included angle, one installation surface is attached to the fixing seat installation plate, and a through hole for installing an oil sprayer is processed along the vertical square of the other installation surface, so that the oil sprayer sprays oil along the inclined downward direction; a pair of threaded holes are symmetrically processed on two sides of the through hole and are used for being connected with the slotted holes on two sides of the fixing seat mounting plate through bolts.
Furthermore, the flame preheating plug also comprises a sealing sheet which is fixedly arranged in the middle of the flame cover and used for sealing the exposed gap after the fixed seat mounting plate and the flame cover are assembled.

Further, when the required inlet air temperature is high, the oil sprayer fixing seat is installed at the position on the fixing seat installation plate, and the oil sprayer fixing seat with a large inclined plane angle is used for installing the oil sprayer; when the required air inlet temperature is not high, the oil sprayer fixing seat is arranged at the position below the fixing seat mounting plate, and the oil sprayer fixing seat with a smaller inclined plane angle is used for mounting the oil sprayer.

3. The heating tube wrapped outside the heating rod can increase the heating area of the fuel oil, and is more beneficial to full vaporization and combustion of the fuel oil.
4. The invention can fully vaporize and burn the fuel oil, and can not cause the problems of coking, carbon deposition and the like because a large amount of liquid fuel oil is not contacted with the heating rod and the heating tube.

The fuel injector comprises a heating rod fixing seat 1, a flame cover 2, a fuel injector fixing seat 3, a fixing seat mounting plate 4, a sealing sheet 5, a heat outlet hole 6, a heating rod 7, a heating tube 8 and a through hole 9.
Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention provides a flame preheating plug, which comprises a flame cover (2), a fuel injector fixing seat (3), a fixing seat mounting plate (4), a heating rod fixing seat (1), a heating rod (7) and a sealing sheet (5) as shown in figures 1(a) - (c), wherein the lower end of the head of the heating rod fixing seat (1) is provided with a row of through holes (9) and two heating tubes (8), and the bottom of the flame cover (2) is provided with a plurality of heat outlet holes (6).
As shown in fig. 3(a) - (c), the flame shroud (2) is composed of two parts, a head half-round tubular structure and a bottom round tubular structure. Wherein one side of the semicircular tubular structure of the head part is open, and the side surface is used for installing a fixed seat installation plate (4); the bottom is a circular tubular structure and is provided with five heat discharge holes (6) in a surrounding way;
as shown in fig. 2(a) - (c), two symmetrically installed heating tubes (8) are arranged at the lower end of the head of the heating rod fixing seat (1), the two heating tubes (8) are connected through a connecting plate rib, a row of through holes (9) are processed on the connecting plate rib, wherein the heating tubes (8) are of a three-quarter circular tubular structure, and when symmetrically installed, one sides of gaps of the two heating tubes (8) are installed in a 90-degree back-to-back manner; a row of through holes (9) are processed in the middle of the two pipes and are used for circulating air and fuel steam; inserting the heating rod (7) into the heating rod fixing seat (1), wherein a heating area of the heating rod is wrapped by the heating tube (8), and part of the surface of the heating rod (7) is exposed in the flame cover (2) through a gap of the heating tube (8);
inserting a heating tube (8) of a heating rod fixing seat (1) together with a heating rod (7) and a through hole (9) into a flame cover (2), wherein the head of the heating rod fixing seat (1) is connected with the upper surface of the head of the flame cover (2) through a screw;
as shown in fig. 5(a) and (b), three long and narrow through grooves are symmetrically distributed on the fixing seat mounting plate (4), a groove hole with a larger size in the middle is used for spraying diesel oil into the flame cover (2) by the oil injector, and groove holes with smaller sizes on two sides are used for mounting the oil injector fixing seat (3); the fixed seat mounting plate (4) is mounted on the side surface of the head of the flame hood (2) through screws;
a through hole is formed in the middle of the oil sprayer fixing seat (3) and used for installing an oil sprayer; a pair of threaded holes are symmetrically formed in the two sides of the oil sprayer mounting groove and are used for being connected with slotted holes in the two sides of the oil sprayer mounting groove through bolts, and the mounting position of the oil sprayer fixing seat (3) on the fixing seat mounting plate (4) can be adjusted;
the two surface angles of the oil sprayer fixing seat (3) are different, one surface of the oil sprayer fixing seat is tightly attached to the fixing seat mounting plate (4), and the other surface of the oil sprayer fixing seat forms a certain angle with the fixing seat mounting plate (4), so that the oil sprayer can spray oil along an inclined downward direction; the oil sprayer fixing seat (3) with different angles can be replaced to change the oil spraying angle;
after the oil sprayer fixing seat (3) is installed on the fixing seat installation plate (4), an exposed gap can appear at one end close to the heat outlet hole (6) of the flame cover (2), the sealing sheet (5) is installed in the middle of the flame cover (2) through screws to seal the gap, and the structure of the sealing sheet (5) is shown in fig. 6.
The working process of the flame preheating plug is as follows:
the power supply is turned on, the heating rod (7) is electrified for heating, the surface temperature is continuously increased, and the heating rod (7) transmits heat to the heating tube (8) so that the temperature is increased along with the heat;
after the heating rod (7) and the heating tube (8) are heated for a period of time, the oil injector starts to spray diesel oil;
the sprayed diesel oil is attached to the exposed parts of the heating pipe (8) and the heating rod (7) and is vaporized under the action of high temperature; part of diesel oil passes through the through hole (9) and is also vaporized under the high-temperature action of the other side of the heating tube (8);
the vaporized diesel oil flows downwards in the flame hood (2) and starts to burn;
the heat generated by combustion is discharged from a heat outlet hole (6) at the bottom of the flame cover (2), so that the heating effect on the intake air is realized.
According to the use requirements under different environmental conditions, the installation position of the oil sprayer can be adjusted by changing the position of the oil sprayer fixing seat (3); as shown in fig. 4(a) and (b), the installation angle of the injector can be adjusted by replacing the injector fixing seat (3) with different inclined plane angles. Based on this, realize the adjustment to oil spout position and angle. In general, when the required intake temperature is high, the injector fixing seat (3) can be installed at the position close to the fixing seat installation plate (4), and an injector is installed by using the injector fixing seat (3) with a large inclined plane angle (the inclined plane angle refers to the angle between the inclined plane and the horizontal line) shown in fig. 4(a), so that the area of diesel oil liquid attached to the heating rod (7) and the heating pipe (8) is larger, the residence time of diesel oil gas in the flame cover is longer, the diesel oil is more fully vaporized, and the intake temperature is increased; when the required air inlet temperature is not high, the oil sprayer fixing seat (3) can be arranged at the position below the fixing seat mounting plate (4), and the oil sprayer fixing seat (3) with a small inclined plane angle shown in fig. 4(b) is used for mounting the oil sprayer, so that the area of diesel oil liquid attached to the heating rod (7) and the heating pipe (8) can be reduced, the residence time of diesel oil gas in the flame cover is reduced, the air inlet is heated mildly, and emissions such as NOx and the like generated by improving the air inlet temperature are reduced. In practical use, the installation angle and the position of the fuel injector can be selected according to specific conditions so as to meet the requirement of intake air heating.
As shown in fig. 7, the flame glow plug has ideal flame length and flame area during operation, has good combustion effect, and can meet the requirement of intake air preheating.
