More than two liquid injection ports are arranged on the water braid 4 at the same time, so that the hole sealing liquid can be conveniently blended, and different hole sealing liquids can be prepared. The front end of water pigtail 4 still is equipped with the external screw thread to with the interior internal thread fit connection of switching pipe 3 back port.
In this embodiment, the outer diameter of filter tube 1, connecting pipe 2, switching pipe 3 and water pigtail 4 matches with the outer diameter of drilling rod, and can be connected with the rig, and the theory of operation of this drilling rod formula hole packer is:
basic requirements of the drilling machine are as follows: the water swivel 4 has been installed, and the switching pipe 3 can pass through the rig holder smoothly.
(1) The filter pipe 1 is placed in a clamp holder of the drilling machine;
(2) the first connecting pipe 2 is arranged between the power head of the drilling machine and the clamp holder;
(3) a plurality of connecting pipes 2 are additionally connected as required;
(4) after the connecting pipe 2 is connected, the adapter pipe 3 is connected;
(5) according to the requirement, corresponding hole sealing media are communicated with the corresponding injection pipelines 42 of the water swivel 4 so as to add hole sealing liquid;
(6) filling hole sealing liquid: slowly injecting hole sealing liquid into the internal channel, wherein the hole sealing liquid pressure is lower than the closing set value of the first regulating valve 21, the first regulating valves 21 of the connecting pipes 2 connected with the filter pipe 1 are conducted at the moment, and the first regulating valves 21 of the other connecting pipes 2 are in an opening state under the action of the limiting plates 25 in the adjacent connecting pipes 2;
(7) after the connecting pipe 2 is filled with the hole sealing liquid, increasing the hole sealing liquid pressure until the hole sealing liquid reaches the closing set value of the first regulating valve 21 in the connecting pipe 2;
(8) the first regulating valve 21 in the connecting pipe 2 connected with the filtering pipe 1 is closed;
(9) continuously increasing the pressure of the hole sealing liquid, breaking the foaming agent sleeve I22 and the foaming agent sleeve II32, enabling the hole sealing liquid to enter a space between the outer wall of the hole sealer and the inner wall of the coal hole from the opening I24 and the opening II31, foaming and expanding the solid foaming agent I23 and the solid foaming agent II33 when meeting the hole sealing liquid, and filling the space between the outer wall of the hole sealer and the inner wall of the coal hole to finish hole sealing; after foaming and condensation are finished, the foaming material cannot be ventilated, and the air tightness is ensured; in order to prevent the foamed material from flowing into the connecting pipe 2 and the adapter pipe 3, the opening I24 and the opening II31 have enough length-diameter ratio or are provided with one-way devices to prevent the foamed material from flowing back;
(10) removing hole sealing liquid: when the coal hole is in a non-horizontal state and goes down, the water braid 4 is slowly screwed out, the hole sealing liquid pressure is reduced, the first regulating valve 21 in the connecting pipe 2 connected with the filter pipe 1 is opened, and the hole sealing liquid flows into the coal hole through the small hole 11 on the filter pipe 1; when the hole is positioned in the upward hole, the hole sealing liquid automatically overflows along the unscrewing of the water braid 4;
(11) gas channel formation: the water braid 4 is slowly screwed out, and after the water braid 4 is screwed out to a certain position, the second regulating valve 35 in the adapter pipe 3 loses the action of the water braid 4 and is closed, so that a gas channel is formed from the filter pipe 1 to the internal channel of the adapter pipe 3 and is used for gas drainage;
(12) gas drainage: the quick-change connector 34 of the adapter tube 3 is inserted into an external gas pipeline, gas is pumped into the internal channel through the small hole 11 on the filter tube 1 and flows to the gas discharge port along the internal channel, and therefore gas drainage is completed.

1. Drilling rod formula hole packer, its characterized in that: the device comprises a filter pipe, a connecting pipe, a switching pipe and a water braid which are sequentially connected in front and back, wherein inner cavities of the filter pipe, the connecting pipe, the switching pipe and the water braid form an internal channel; the front end opening of the filter pipe is closed, and a plurality of small holes communicated with the inner cavity of the filter pipe are distributed on the filter pipe; a first adjusting valve for controlling the on-off of the connecting pipe is arranged in the front port of the connecting pipe, a second adjusting valve for controlling the on-off of the connecting pipe is arranged in the rear port of the adapter pipe, a plurality of foaming agent sleeves are bonded on the outer walls of the connecting pipe and the adapter pipe at intervals, annular grooves are arranged on the outer walls of the connecting pipe and the adapter pipe at positions corresponding to the foaming agent sleeves, the annular grooves and the foaming agent sleeves are matched to form an annular space, a solid foaming agent is sealed in the annular space, and openings communicated with the inner cavities of the connecting pipe and the adapter pipe are formed in the bottoms of the annular grooves; a gas discharge port is formed in a section from the second regulating valve to the adjacent solid foaming agent on the adapter tube; the water braid is provided with a liquid injection port, and the front end of the water braid props against the second regulating valve;
when hole sealing is carried out, hole sealing liquid is injected into the internal channel through the water braid, the hole sealing liquid pressure is lower than the closing set value of the first regulating valve, the first regulating valve of the connecting pipe connected with the filter pipe is conducted at the moment, and after the connecting pipe is filled with the hole sealing liquid, the hole sealing liquid pressure is increased until the closing set value of the first regulating valve in the connecting pipe is reached; the first regulating valve is closed, the hole sealing hydraulic pressure is continuously increased, the foaming agent sleeve is broken by the continuously increased hole sealing hydraulic pressure, the hole sealing liquid is mixed with the solid foaming agent, the solid foaming agent expands to fill the space between the outer wall of the hole sealing device and the inner wall of the coal hole, and hole sealing is finished; when gas is pumped and discharged, the water braid is removed, gas is pumped into the internal channel through the small holes distributed on the filter pipe, the flow direction of the gas is opposite to that of hole sealing liquid, the second regulating valve is closed after losing the effect of the water braid, and the first regulating valve is in an open state.

The drill-pipe hole packer according to claim 1, wherein: the first regulating valve comprises a first valve body provided with a first medium channel and a first valve core movably arranged in the first valve body, and two ends of the first valve core are respectively provided with a first elastic piece; in an initial state, the first valve core is not in contact with the first medium channel so that the first medium channel is in an open state; when hole sealing is carried out, the first valve core moves along the flow direction of the hole sealing liquid under the pressure of hole sealing liquid and is contacted with the first medium channel so as to close the first medium channel; when gas is pumped and discharged, the first valve core is not contacted with the first medium channel so that the first medium channel is in an open state again.

The drill-pipe hole packer according to claim 2, wherein: the first valve core is provided with a first valve rod and a first boss arranged on the first valve rod, and a first retaining shoulder is arranged in the first valve body; the first boss is provided with a first outer conical surface, one side of the first retaining shoulder facing the first boss is provided with a first inner conical surface, and the first outer conical surface and the first inner conical surface can be mutually attached to block the first medium channel.

The drill-pipe hole packer according to claim 2, wherein: one end of the first valve core, which is close to the filter pipe, is connected with a first fixed seat which is integrally constructed with the first valve body, and the other end of the first valve core is connected with a first sliding seat which is slidably arranged in the first valve body; the first sliding seat is provided with a first through hole communicated with the first medium channel.

The drill-pipe hole packer according to claim 1, wherein: the second regulating valve comprises a second valve body provided with a second medium channel and a second valve core movably arranged in the second valve body, one end, close to the water braid, of the second valve core abuts against the water braid, and a second elastic piece is arranged at the other end of the second valve core; when hole sealing is carried out, the second valve core moves along the direction of hole sealing liquid under the action of the water braid and is not contacted with the second medium channel so as to be opened; when the gas is pumped and discharged, the second valve core loses the water swivel action and moves along the gas flow direction under the action of the second elastic element, and the second valve core is contacted with the second medium channel so as to be closed.

The drill-pipe hole packer according to claim 5, wherein: the second valve core is provided with a second valve rod and a second boss arranged on the second valve rod, and a second retaining shoulder is arranged in the second valve body; the second boss is provided with a second outer conical surface, one side of the second retaining shoulder facing the second boss is provided with a second inner conical surface, and the second outer conical surface and the second inner conical surface can be mutually attached to block the second medium channel.

The drill-pipe hole packer according to claim 5, wherein: one end, close to the water braid, of the second valve spool is connected with a second sliding seat which is slidably installed in the second valve body, and the other end of the second valve spool is connected with a second fixed seat which is fixedly installed in the second valve body; the second sliding seat and the second fixed seat are provided with second through holes communicated with the second medium channel.

The drill-pipe hole packer according to claim 1, wherein: more than one connecting pipe is arranged; when more than two connecting pipes are arranged, a limiting plate is arranged in the rear port of each connecting pipe, and the limiting plate butts against the first regulating valve in the front port of the adjacent connecting pipe so as to enable the first regulating valve to be in an opening state in an initial state; the limiting plate is provided with a through hole communicated with the inner cavity of the connecting pipe.
9. The drill-pipe hole packer according to claim 1, wherein: the front end of the water braid is provided with a hole sealing liquid flow through groove; the liquid injection ports on the water braid are more than two.
10. The drill-pipe hole packer according to claim 1, wherein: the outer diameter of filter tube, connecting pipe, switching pipe and water pigtail matches with the outer diameter of drilling rod, and can be connected with the rig.
