The aluminum steel inorganic plate composite fireproof door frame and the installation method provided by the invention have the following beneficial effects:
the main frame strip is adhered with the fireproof expansion strip, and then the visible surface of the main frame strip and the fireproof expansion strip are coated by the decorative film, so that the visible surface decorative effect forms a whole, the decorative effect is good, and the problem that the fireproof expansion strip is exposed is solved; the decorative cover made of the steel plate wrapped outside the lengthening block and the stop block not only solves the problem of difficult side film covering, but also improves the strength and hardness of the surface of the door pocket, so that the door pocket is more durable. After the fireproof flame-retardant adhesive tape is cancelled between the decorative sleeve and the door leaf and is changed into the fireproof expansion cotton strip, the installation problem is solved, and the fireproof effect is improved.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the aluminum steel inorganic board composite fireproof door frame provided by the present invention comprises a main frame strip 3, a steel lining 15, a stop block 4, a fireproof expansion strip 13 and a decorative film layer 12; wherein, an upper transverse main frame strip 3 and a left-right vertical main frame strip 3 or an upper-lower transverse main frame strip 3 and a left-right vertical main frame strip 3 are arranged between the door leaf 1 in the door opening and the wall body 2; the main frame strip 3 is a hollow structure with a rectangular section, adjacent ends are connected together by utilizing an angle code to form a main frame, a boss 18 is formed on the outer side surface of the main frame strip in a protruding way at a position corresponding to the door leaf 1, and a groove 19 is formed on the outer side position of the outer side surface; a steel lining 15 is arranged in a cavity of each main frame strip 3, and the corresponding ends of the adjacent steel linings 15 are connected together by screws from the outside of the main frame 3 by steel corner connectors; the outer side part of each main frame strip 3 is respectively provided with a stop block 4, each stop block 4 is of an L-shaped plate structure consisting of a connecting surface and a stop surface, wherein the connecting surface is attached to the outer side part of the groove 19 on the main frame strip 3, the connecting surface and the outer side surface of the main frame strip 3 are sequentially penetrated through by self-tapping screws to be connected with the steel lining 15, and meanwhile, the expansion screws 10 are sequentially penetrated through the connecting surface, the outer side surface of the main frame strip 3, the steel lining 15 and the inner side surface of the main frame strip 3 to be fixed with the wall body 2; the stop surface is close to the edge part of the door leaf 1 to form a stop for the door leaf 1; a fireproof expansion strip 13 is arranged at the position, close to the boss 18, in the groove 19 between the stop block 4 and the boss 18 on the main frame 3; the decorative film layer 12 covers the inner end surface of the main frame strip 3, the boss 18 and the fireproof expansion strip 13, so that the visible surface of the main frame strip 3 forms a complete decorative surface.
The outer end part of the outer side surface of the main frame strip 3 protrudes towards the door leaf 1 to form a small platform 20, and the outer end part of the small platform 20 bends towards the wall 2 to form an inclined plane 21; the main frame strip 3 is made of aluminum alloy section; the stop block 4 is made of steel.

The lengthening block 7, the filler block 8 and the short lengthening block 7' are made of inorganic plates; the main bodies of the decorative sleeve 16 and the short decorative sleeve 16' are made of steel plates, and the surfaces of the decorative sleeves are covered with decorative films, so that the decorative sleeve has a good decorative effect and high strength and hardness.
The lengthened block 7 in the left and right vertical outer decorative door pocket assembly is vertically and directly communicated, two ends of the lengthened block 7 in the upper transverse outer decorative door pocket assembly are flatly leaned against the outer side surfaces of the left and right vertical lengthened blocks 7, gaps are arranged at four corners of the upper transverse lengthened block 7 and corresponding positions on the stop blocks 4, the decorative sleeve 16 can conveniently penetrate through the gaps, so that the visible surface of the left and right vertical decorative sleeve 16 is flush with the left and right vertical lengthened blocks 7 at the outer side, and the visible surface of the left and right vertical decorative sleeve 16 is flush with the left and right vertical stop blocks 4 at the inner side; a plurality of screws penetrate through the left and right vertical lengthening blocks 7 to be connected with the lateral sides of the upper horizontal lengthening block 7 to form right-angle connection; one side of the corner part connected in a right angle and close to the wall body 2 is provided with a steel corner connector so as to further strengthen and fix the corner part; the decorative sleeves 16 in the left and right vertical outer decorative door sleeve assemblies are vertically and directly communicated, and two ends of the decorative sleeve 16 in the upper horizontal outer decorative door sleeve assembly are flatly leaned against the visible surfaces of the left and right vertical decorative sleeves 16 to form right-angle splicing; the outer decorative edges 9 in the left and right vertical outer decorative door pocket assemblies are straight up and down, the top of the outer decorative edge 9 crosses the upper edge of the door opening and is higher than the outer decorative edge 9 in the upper transverse outer decorative door pocket assembly, a notch is formed in the top of the inserting single side to avoid the upper edge of the door opening, two ends of the upper transverse outer decorative edge 9 are flatly leaned against the visual surface of the inserting single side of the left and right vertical outer decorative edges 9, and the modern simple style door pocket spliced at a right angle is formed.
The aluminum steel inorganic plate composite fireproof door frame also comprises an inner decorative door pocket; the interior decoration door pocket comprises an upper horizontal interior decoration door pocket component and left and right vertical interior decoration door pocket components; each inner decorative door pocket assembly comprises an inner decorative edge 6 and a batten 5; the outside of the batten 5 is connected with the inner side surface of the main frame strip 3 to form an insertion groove facing the inner side; the inner decorative edge 6 is arranged on the inner side of the wall body 2 and is abutted against the inner side surface of the wall body 2, and one side of the inner decorative edge is provided with an inserting edge which can be inserted into the inserting groove and is connected with the main frame strip 3.
The inner decorative edge 6 in the left and right vertical inner decorative door pocket assembly is straight up and down, the top of the inner decorative edge 6 passes over the upper edge of the door opening and is higher than the inner decorative edge 6 in the upper horizontal inner decorative door pocket assembly, the top of the inserting single edge is provided with a notch to avoid the upper edge of the door opening, the two ends of the upper horizontal inner decorative edge 6 are flatly leaned on the visible surface of the inserting edge of the left and right vertical inner decorative edges 6, and the modern simple style door pocket spliced at a right angle is formed.
The parts of the decorative sleeve 16 and the short decorative sleeve 16' which are contacted with the door leaf 1 are provided with fireproof expansion slivers 17.
The installation method of the aluminum steel inorganic board composite fireproof door frame with the doorsill provided by the invention comprises the following steps in sequence:
1) adhering the fireproof expansion strips 13 to the positions, clinging to the bosses 18, of the grooves 19 on the main frame strips 3, and then simultaneously covering the decorative film layer 12 on the inner end surfaces of the main frame strips 3, the bosses 18 and the fireproof expansion strips 13 to form a complete decorative surface on the visible surfaces of the main frame strips 3;
2) cutting the main frame strips 3 according to the size of the door, and inserting a steel lining 15 into the cavity of each main frame strip 3;
3) connecting the upper and lower horizontal main frame strips 3 and the left and right vertical main frame strips 3 together by utilizing corner connectors to form a main frame; then, the corresponding ends of the adjacent steel linings 15 are connected together by using steel corner connectors by avoiding the corner connectors from the outside;
4) the connecting surface of the stop block 4 is tightly attached to the outer side part of the groove 19 on the main frame strip 3, the self-tapping screws sequentially penetrate through the connecting surface and the outer side surface of the main frame strip 3 to be connected with the steel lining 15, and the stop surface is close to the edge part of the door leaf 1 to form stop for the door leaf 1;
5) the outside of the batten 5 is connected with the inner side surface of the main frame strip 3 to form an insertion groove facing the inner side;
6) the pad 8 and the front part of the lengthened block 7 are connected together side by side, and a splicing notch is formed between the lengthened block 7 and the outer end of the pad 8;
7) the main frame is placed in a door opening, the horizontal and vertical directions are adjusted, and expansion screws 10 sequentially penetrate through a connecting surface, the outer side surface of the main frame strip 3, the steel lining 15 and the inner side surface of the main frame strip 3 to be fixed with the wall body 2; fireproof flame-retardant foam adhesive is arranged in the gap between the wall body 2 and the main frame strip 3 or is filled with inorganic adhesive, and the gap at the lower part must be filled with inorganic material;
8) assembling the upper horizontal lengthened block 7, the lower horizontal short lengthened block 7 ', the left vertical lengthened block 7 and the right vertical lengthened block 7 together with the filler block 8 into a frame, and connecting the lengthened blocks 7 or the adjacent end parts of the lengthened blocks 7 and the short lengthened blocks 7' by screws; then, the two corners on the upper surface of the frame are close to one side of the wall body 2, and the corners of the frame are further fixed by steel corner connectors;
9) pushing the assembled frame into the door opening from the outer side until the inner end surfaces of the lengthened block 7 and the short lengthened block 7 'are abutted against the outer surfaces of the stop surfaces on the corresponding stop blocks 4, and then connecting the lengthened block 7 and the short lengthened block 7' with the corresponding stop blocks 4 by using screws 11;
10) the decorative sleeve 16 is arranged on the visible surfaces of the lengthened block 7 and the stop block 4, and the short decorative sleeve 16 'is adhered to the visible surfaces of the short lengthened block 7' and the stop block 4 by glue; firstly, installing left and right vertical decorative sleeves 16, filling gaps at the corners of the upper transverse lengthened block 7 and the stop block 4 with inorganic gap fillers, then installing an upper transverse decorative sleeve 16 and a lower transverse short decorative sleeve 16 ', and installing fireproof expansion cotton slivers 17 at the contact parts of the decorative sleeves 16 and the short decorative sleeve 16' and the door leaf 1;

13) installing an outer decorative strip 9, inserting the single edge of the outer decorative strip 9 into the inserting groove between the lengthened block 7 and the outer end of the filler block 8, wherein the left and right vertical outer decorative edges 9 are straight-through up and down, and two ends of the upper transverse outer decorative edge 9 are flatly leaned against the visible surface of the single edge of the left and right vertical outer decorative edges 9 to form a modern simple style door pocket spliced at a right angle;
14) checking and adjusting to finish the whole installation process.
The installation method of the sill-free aluminum steel inorganic board composite fireproof door frame provided by the invention comprises the following steps in sequence:
1) adhering the fireproof expansion strips 13 to the positions, clinging to the bosses 18, of the grooves 19 on the main frame strips 3, and then simultaneously covering the decorative film layer 12 on the inner end surfaces of the main frame strips 3, the bosses 18 and the fireproof expansion strips 13 to form a complete decorative surface on the visible surfaces of the main frame strips 3;
2) cutting the main frame strips 3 according to the size of the door, and inserting a steel lining 15 into the cavity of each main frame strip 3;
3) connecting the upper and lower horizontal main frame strips 3 and the left and right vertical main frame strips 3 together by utilizing corner connectors to form a main frame; then, the corresponding ends of the adjacent steel linings 15 are connected together by using steel corner connectors by avoiding the corner connectors from the outside;
4) the connecting surface of the stop block 4 is tightly attached to the outer side part of the groove 19 on the main frame strip 3, the self-tapping screws sequentially penetrate through the connecting surface and the outer side surface of the main frame strip 3 to be connected with the steel lining 15, and the stop surface is close to the edge part of the door leaf 1 to form stop for the door leaf 1;
5) the outside of the batten 5 is connected with the inner side surface of the main frame strip 3 to form an insertion groove facing the inner side;
6) the pad 8 and the front part of the lengthened block 7 are connected together side by side, and a splicing notch is formed between the lengthened block 7 and the outer end of the pad 8;
7) the main frame is placed in a door opening, the horizontal and vertical directions are adjusted, and expansion screws 10 sequentially penetrate through a connecting surface, the outer side surface of the main frame strip 3, the steel lining 15 and the inner side surface of the main frame strip 3 to be fixed with the wall body 2; fireproof flame-retardant foam adhesive is arranged in the gap between the wall body 2 and the main frame strip 3 or is filled with inorganic adhesive, and the gap at the lower part must be filled with inorganic material;
8) assembling the horizontal lengthened block 7 on the upper surface, the left and right vertical lengthened blocks 7 and the lining blocks 8 into a portal frame, and connecting the adjacent end parts of the lengthened blocks 7 by using screws; then, further fixing the corners of the portal frame by using steel corner connectors at one side of two corners on the upper surface of the portal frame, which is close to the wall body 2;
9) pushing the assembled portal frame into a portal opening from the outer side until the inner end face of the lengthened block 7 abuts against the outer surface of the stop face on the corresponding stop block 4, and then connecting the lengthened block 7 and the stop block 4 together by using a screw 11;
