Detailed Description
The locker door lock structure of the present invention will be further described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3.
A locker door lock structure is characterized in that a locker 1 is internally provided with a locker room 11, an electric control room 12 and a lock plate mounting room 13. The lock plate installation chamber 13 is located on the side of the electric control chamber 12, a door 14 is installed on the electric control chamber 12, and the door 14 can open or close the electric control chamber 12 and the lock plate installation chamber 13 simultaneously. The door lock structure further comprises a door lock 21, a lock plate 23 and a push rod 26. The locking plate 23 is arranged in the locking plate mounting chamber 13 and can move up and down in the locking plate mounting chamber 13, a locking opening 24 for locking the door lock 21 and an unlocking opening 25 for releasing the door lock 21 in a locked state are arranged on the plate body 261 of the locking plate 23, the upper end 233 of the locking plate 23 penetrates through the top wall of the locker 1 and is positioned outside the locker 1, and an opening is arranged at the upper end position of the locking plate 23. The push rod 26 passes through the opening of the lock plate 23 at the outer portion of the cabinet 1 and is slidably fitted on the top wall of the cabinet 1, and a slope 262 is provided on the upper surface of the push rod 26 for moving the lock plate 23 up and down when the push rod 26 moves horizontally.
Based on the above structure, in a normal state, the door lock 21 and the locking notch 24 are located on the same plane. When the door body 14 is closed, the bolt 22 of the door lock 21 penetrates through the lock opening 24 and is located on the back of the lock plate 23, and the bolt 22 is driven by a corresponding key to rotate, so that the bolt 22 is hooked on the back of the lock plate 23, and the locking function of the door lock 21 is realized. When the door lock 21 needs to be normally opened, the bolt 22 can be separated from the back of the lock plate 23 by directly reversely rotating the bolt 22 through a key, so that the unlocking effect is realized. When the locker is in an emergency state and needs unlocking without a key, the push rod 26 positioned at the top of the locker 1 is pushed, the push rod 26 drives the locking plate 23 to move upwards through the slope 262, so that the whole locking bolt 22 enters the unlocking opening 25, and because the size of the unlocking opening 25 is larger than that of the locking opening 24, after the locking bolt 22 enters the unlocking opening 25, the locking bolt 22 and the back surface of the locking plate 23 are not hooked with each other, namely the locking bolt 22 is separated from the back surface of the locking plate 23, and is in an unlocking state, and the door body 14 can be directly opened. After the emergency unlocking is completed, the push rod 26 is pulled to reset, and the push plate automatically falls under the action of gravity, so that the locking notch 24 corresponds to the door lock 21 again. Has the characteristics of simple operation and stable structure.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the movement of the ramp 262 within the opening at the top of the lock plate 23, a pulley 6 is provided within the opening at the top of the lock plate 23, and the lock plate 23 is supported on the push rod 26 via this pulley 6.
The lock plate installation chamber 13 is provided with a slide way, and the lock plate 23 is in sliding fit with the slide way. Specifically, a guide block 131 is fixed in the lock plate mounting chamber 13 by a bolt, and a slide is provided in the guide block 131 and extends up and down to ensure the stability of the lock plate structure.
The locking plate 23 has a widened region 231, and the locking notch 24 and the unlocking notch 25 are located on the widened region 231. The widened region facilitates opening of the locking notch 24 and the unlocking notch 25, while also reducing the width of the non-widened region 231.
The lock notch 24 is located above the unlock notch 25, and a spring 3 for pressing down the lock plate 23 is provided between the electric control chamber 12 and the lock plate 23. Specifically, the spring 3 is sleeved on the non-widened portion of the locking plate 23, and a lower positioning plate 232 is disposed on the non-widened portion, an upper end of the spring 3 abuts against the guide block 131, and a lower end of the spring is supported on the lower positioning plate 232. Therefore, when the lock plate 23 is pulled up, the spring 3 is compressed, and a downward pressing force is generated on the lock plate 23, so as to ensure the stability of the reset of the lock plate 23.
The top surface of the storage cabinet 1 is provided with a sliding groove for the sliding fit of the push rod 26. An inverted U-shaped positioning block 4 is fixed on the top wall of the storage cabinet 1, and the sliding groove is formed by matching a U-shaped opening of the positioning block with the top wall of the storage cabinet 1 so as to ensure the stability of the movement of the push rod 26.
The top wall of the storage cabinet 1 is provided with a surrounding wall 15, the surrounding wall 15 is provided with a gap, the end part of the push rod 26 is provided with a plate body 261, and in a natural state, the plate body 261 is matched in the gap and fills the gap. Under normal conditions, the surrounding wall 15 can shield the push rod 26 on the top wall of the storage cabinet 1 and the upper end of the lock plate 23, so that a person usually sees the structure of the door lock 21 to open the door lock 21 accidentally; the plate 261 on the push rod 26 fits into the notch on the surrounding wall 15, and can play a further hiding role.
The inner wall of the surrounding wall 15 and the inner wall of the plate body 261 are respectively provided with a first positioning opening and a second positioning opening 2612, and the first positioning opening and the second positioning opening are butted and inserted with a positioning plate 5. By locking the positioning plate, the push rod 26 can be prevented from being pushed accidentally; when the push is needed, the maintenance personnel only need to touch the rear side of the enclosing wall 15 to slide the positioning plate out of the second positioning opening 2612. Set up the locating plate at the leg 15 back, can make the unable people of ordinary skill know, open.
Further, the length of the lock plate 23 in the present application can be set as required, and the two electric control chambers 12 distributed up and down can be linked to be opened in an emergency.
The door opening of the lock plate installation chamber is provided with a shielding plate in a bolt fixing or welding fixing mode, the shielding plate shields the lock plate, meanwhile, the shielding plate is provided with an avoiding opening which is at the same height with the door lock and is used for a lock tongue to penetrate through, and the shape of the avoiding opening is the same as that of the unlocking opening.
