The modular combination clean room of claim 2, characterized in that, the first groove is provided with a placing groove on both sides, the placing groove is provided with air bags inside, the air bags are arranged on both sides of the first groove, the surface of the side plate is provided with air inlets, and the air inlets are communicated with the air bags through pipelines.

The modular combination clean room of claim 7, characterized in that the top plate comprises a plurality of cover plates, the cover plates are provided with bolt holes at the edges close to the side plates, the cover plates are provided with fixing pieces at the edges, the fixing pieces protrude towards the side far away from the side plates, the surfaces of the fixing pieces are provided with through holes, and the cover plates are fixedly connected through bolts passing through the through holes.
