A cap-shaped steel sheet pile cleaning device is used for cleaning a cap-shaped steel sheet (11) and is characterized by comprising a cleaning mechanism (2), wherein the cleaning mechanism (2) comprises a first connecting rod (21) and a second connecting rod (22), the first connecting rod (21) is connected with the second connecting rod (22) in a sliding manner, a plurality of bristles (23) which tightly abut against one side surface of the cap-shaped steel sheet (11) are fixed on one side surface, close to the cap-shaped steel sheet (11), of the first connecting rod (21) and the second connecting rod (22), and a control mechanism (3) which controls the first connecting rod (21) and the second connecting rod (22) to move towards the direction close to or away from each other is arranged on one side of the cleaning mechanism (2);
first connecting rod (21) include bracing piece (24), second connecting rod (22) include slide bar (25), rectangular groove (241) have been seted up to a side that bracing piece (24) are close to cap type steel sheet (11), bracing piece (24) is run through to the one end that rectangular groove (241) are close to second connecting rod (22), sliding connection has a plurality of interval pieces (242) in rectangular groove (241), be equipped with compressed adjusting spring (243) between adjacent interval piece (242), slide bar (25) and rectangular groove (241) sliding connection, slide bar (25) conflict is close to the lateral wall of an interval piece (242) of slide bar (25), a plurality of interval pieces (242) and the one side that slide bar (25) are close to cap type steel sheet (11) all are fixed with a plurality of brush hairs (23).

The cap-type steel sheet pile cleaning device is characterized in that the control part (36) comprises a sleeve (361) and a sleeve rod (362), the sleeve (361) is connected with the sleeve rod (362) in a sliding mode, a fixing plate (364) is fixed to the side wall of the sleeve rod (362), and a buffer spring (363) is fixed between the fixing plate (364) and the sleeve (361).
7. The method for recycling the steel sheet pile by using the hat-shaped steel sheet pile cleaning device according to claim 6, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, placing the cleaning devices with the same number as the cap-shaped steel plates (11) on one side, away from the H-shaped steel (12), of the cap-shaped steel plates (11), and adjusting the distance between the first connecting rod (21) and the second connecting rod (22) to enable the bristles (23) on the cleaning mechanism (2) to be attached to the side wall of the cap-shaped steel plates (11);
s2, clamping the upper end of the steel plate pile (1) by using a pile driver and vibrating for 1-2 min, and then slowly vibrating and pulling the steel plate pile (1) upwards by using the pile driver and the pile driver, wherein the cap-shaped steel plate (11) and the cleaning mechanism (2) move relatively to each other to enable one side surface, close to the cleaning mechanism (2), of the cap-shaped steel plate (11) to be cleaned by bristles (23);
s3, pouring cement slurry into pile holes in time to be compact after the steel sheet piles (1) are pulled out;
s4, inspecting the appearance of the steel sheet pile (1) after pile pulling, correcting the deformation, bending, closing and other conditions of the shape of the steel sheet pile (1), and finally stacking the steel sheet pile (1) in a classified mode for recycling.
