Various embodiments of the method of the present invention are presented in terms of the above-described hardware architecture.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a load determining method for a washing machine according to a first embodiment of the present invention. It should be noted that, in an implementation manner, the method provided by the present embodiment may be applied to a series drum washing machine, and it should be emphasized that the method provided by the present embodiment may also be applied to other types of washing machines, and the type of the washing machine is not limited in the present embodiment.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method is used for a load amount judging device of a washing machine, and the method includes the steps of:
step S100, weighing a load in the washing machine to obtain a weighing result;
step S200, judging whether the loading capacity of the washing machine is full load according to the weighing result;
step S300, water is fed to a first water level frequency;
the present invention can be applied to a washing machine in which at least one sensor is provided to sense the water level frequency of the inside, which is the amount of water inside the washing machine. The more the washing machine is close to the base, the smaller the space for storing water is, the more the space is close to the top space of the washing machine is, so that the washing machine has fewer clothes in the process of sensing the quantity of clothes to be washed in the washing machine (the load quantity of the washing machine for short), the higher the sensing precision requirement is, if the water inflow is calculated through the traditional mode, namely the water replenishing time, and the water inflow is used as the mode for sensing the load quantity of the washing machine, the larger error can occur in the judgment result, and the reason is that the traditional mode is influenced by the factors such as uneven water inflow and the like. Since the higher the internal water level, the less the influence of the received inlet water, the conventional washing machine can only sense half load or full load, and cannot sense 1/4 load (or the accuracy of 1/4 load sensing is too low due to various factors). The new European standard energy efficiency standard is formally implemented at 1/10/2020, and the 1/4-load energy efficiency test is added in the new European standard energy efficiency standard, but the conventional washing machine cannot realize the sensing 1/4 load.
In this embodiment, after the laundry is put into the washing machine, the laundry in the washing machine is weighed, the weighing process can be realized by using a weighing sensor in the washing machine, a weighing result is obtained, the judgment is performed according to the weighing result, whether the loading capacity in the washing machine is full load is judged, and if the loading capacity of the washing machine is not full load, the water is controlled to enter the washing machine until the preset first water level frequency is reached. The water level can be sensed through water inlet or through an inductor in the washing machine. It should be noted that, in order to meet the new european standard, in this embodiment, the preset water level frequency is a water inlet level frequency value corresponding to 1/4 load of the washing machine.
Step S400, washing for a first preset time, and standing for a second preset time after washing;
starting the motor of the washing machine to wash, that is, starting the drum of the washing machine to wash for a first preset time to wet the load in the washing machine, and standing for a second preset time after washing, where the first preset time and the second preset time may be set according to actual conditions, for example, the first preset time is set to 4 minutes or 5 minutes, and the second preset time may be set to half minutes or 1 minute. The purpose of standing for the second preset time is to stabilize the water level in the washing machine, so that the accuracy of the detection result is ensured.
It should be noted that the washing may be performed after the water inflow is completed, or may be performed simultaneously in the process of starting the water inflow, and the difference between the two methods does not affect the final result, and only the first preset time corresponding to the two methods is different.
Step S500, detecting a second water level frequency after standing through a water level sensor, and calculating a first difference value between the second water level frequency and the first water level frequency;
and after standing for a second preset time, detecting a second water level frequency after standing through a water level sensor in the washing machine, and then calculating a difference value between the second water level frequency and the first water level frequency to be defined as a first difference value.
And step S600, determining the load of the washing machine according to the first difference value.
Then judging the size relation between the first difference value and a preset threshold value so as to determine the load capacity of the washing machine, and specifically, if the first difference value is smaller than the preset threshold value, judging the load capacity of the washing machine to be a small load capacity; and if the first difference value is greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, determining that the load of the washing machine is a large load amount. Specifically, if the preset water level frequency is the corresponding inlet water level frequency value of 1/4 loads of the washing machine, the preset threshold is the water absorption determination threshold of the washing machine 1/4 load, and is used for distinguishing 1/4 loads from non-1/4 loads. Specifically, if the first difference is less than a preset threshold, it is determined that the load amount of the washing machine is 1/4 load; if the first difference is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, it is determined that the load amount of the washing machine is not 1/4 load, which may be half load or full load.
The invention obtains a weighing result by weighing the load in the washing machine; judging whether the loading capacity of the washing machine is full load according to the weighing result; if the loading capacity of the washing machine is judged not to be full load, water is fed to the first water level frequency; washing for a first preset time, and standing for a second preset time after washing; detecting a second water level frequency after standing through a water level sensor, and calculating a first difference value between the second water level frequency and the first water level frequency; determining a load amount of the washing machine according to the first difference value. Through the mode, the load is weighed and judged, then water is fed to the first water level frequency, then the water is washed for the first preset time, the load in the washing machine is fully wetted, then the washing machine is kept still for the second preset time, the water level frequency in the washing machine is detected again after the water level in the washing machine is stable, namely the second water level frequency, then the difference value between the second water level frequency and the first horizontal frequency is calculated, and the load capacity of the washing machine is determined according to the first difference value. Compared with a mode of sensing the load of the washing machine through the water replenishing time, the method and the device are not influenced by external factors such as uneven water inflow and the like, so that the sensing result is more accurate. In addition, this application is because weighing to the load, after the load of judging washing machine, then only need carry on once wash with stew can, saved the perception time of load.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a detailed flowchart illustrating step S600 in an embodiment of a method for determining a load of a washing machine according to the present invention. Based on the above embodiment, the method for determining the load of the washing machine according to the present invention further includes:
step S610, judging the size of the first difference value and a first preset threshold value;
step S620, if the first difference is smaller than a first preset threshold, determining that the load of the washing machine is 1/4 loads;
step S630, water is fed to a third water level frequency, wherein the third water level frequency is a water inlet level frequency value corresponding to half load of the washing machine;
step S640, washing for a third preset time, and standing for a fourth preset time after washing;
step S650, detecting a fourth water level frequency after standing through a water level sensor, and calculating a second difference value between the fourth water level frequency and the third water level frequency;
step S660, determining the second difference and a second preset threshold;
in step S670, if the second difference is smaller than a second preset threshold, it is determined that the load of the washing machine is half load.
In step S680, if the second difference is greater than or equal to a second preset threshold, it is determined that the load capacity of the washing machine is full.
If the preset water level frequency is the corresponding inlet water level frequency value of 1/4 load of the washing machine, the preset threshold is a water absorption judgment threshold loaded by the washing machine 1/4 and is used for distinguishing 1/4 load from non-1/4 load. Specifically, if the first difference is less than a preset threshold, it is determined that the load amount of the washing machine is 1/4 load; if the first difference is greater than or equal to the first preset threshold, it is determined that the load amount of the washing machine is not 1/4 load, which may be half load or full load. And continuing to control the washing machine to feed water to a third water level frequency, wherein the third water level frequency is a water inlet level frequency value corresponding to half load of the loading capacity of the washing machine.
Starting the motor of the washing machine to wash, that is, starting the drum of the washing machine to wash for a third preset time to wet the load in the washing machine, and standing for a fourth preset time after washing, where the third preset time and the fourth preset time may be set according to actual conditions, for example, the third preset time is set to 4 minutes or 5 minutes, and the second preset time may be set to half minutes or 1 minute. The purpose of standing for the second preset time is to stabilize the water level in the washing machine, so that the accuracy of the detection result is ensured. It should be noted that the third preset time may be the same as the first preset time, and the fourth preset time may be the same as the second preset time. The washing can be carried out after the water feeding is finished, or the washing can be carried out simultaneously in the process of starting the water feeding.
And after standing for a fourth preset time, detecting a fourth water level frequency after standing through a water level sensor in the washing machine, and calculating a difference value between the fourth water level frequency and the third water level frequency to be defined as a second difference value.
And then judging the magnitude relation between the second difference and a second preset threshold, wherein the second preset threshold is a water absorption judgment threshold of the half load of the washing machine and is used for distinguishing the half load from the full load. Specifically, if the second difference is smaller than a second preset threshold, the load amount of the washing machine is determined to be half load; if the second difference is greater than or equal to a second preset threshold, it is determined that the load amount of the washing machine is full.
Based on the above embodiment, the method further comprises:
step S700, water is fed to a fifth water level frequency, wherein the fifth water level frequency is a water inlet level frequency value corresponding to the full load of the washing machine;
step S800, washing for a fifth preset time, and standing for a sixth preset time after washing;
step S900, detecting a sixth water level frequency after standing through a water level sensor, and calculating a third difference value between the sixth water level frequency and the fifth water level frequency;
step S1000, judging the size of the third difference value and a third preset threshold value;
in step S1100, if the third difference is smaller than a third preset threshold, it is determined that the load of the washing machine is half load.
In step S1200, if the third difference is greater than or equal to a third preset threshold, it is determined that the load of the washing machine is full.
And step S1300, washing for a third preset time, and standing for a fourth preset time after washing.
And if the load capacity of the washing machine is judged to be full load, controlling the washing machine to feed water to a fifth water level frequency, wherein the fifth water level frequency is a water inlet level frequency value corresponding to the full load capacity of the washing machine, and the third threshold is a water absorption judgment threshold of the full load capacity of the washing machine and is used for distinguishing the full load from the non-full load capacity. Specifically, if the third difference is smaller than a preset third preset threshold, the load capacity of the washing machine is determined to be half load; if the third difference is greater than or equal to a third preset threshold, it is determined that the load amount of the washing machine is full. And when the load of the washing machine is judged to be full, the washing machine is continuously controlled to feed water to a fifth water level frequency.
Starting the motor of the washing machine to wash, that is, starting the drum of the washing machine to wash for a fifth preset time to wet the load in the washing machine, and standing for a sixth preset time after washing, where the fifth preset time and the sixth preset time may be set according to actual conditions, for example, the fifth preset time is set to 4 minutes or 5 minutes, and the sixth preset time may be set to half minutes or 1 minute. The purpose of standing for the sixth preset time is to stabilize the water level in the washing machine, so that the accuracy of a detection result is ensured. It should be noted that the fifth preset time may be the same as the first preset time, and the sixth preset time may be the same as the second preset time. The washing can be carried out after the water feeding is finished, or the washing can be carried out simultaneously in the process of starting the water feeding.
And after standing for a sixth preset time, detecting a sixth water level frequency after standing through a water level sensor in the washing machine, and then calculating a difference value between the sixth water level frequency and the fifth water level frequency, wherein the difference value is defined as a third difference value.
And then judging the magnitude relation between the third difference and a third preset threshold, wherein the third preset threshold is a water absorption judgment threshold of full load of the washing machine and is used for distinguishing half load from full load. Specifically, if the third difference is smaller than a third preset threshold, the load amount of the washing machine is determined to be half load; if the third difference is greater than or equal to a third preset threshold, it is determined that the load amount of the washing machine is full.
Further, after determining that the load amount of the washing machine is full, the method further includes:
washing for a seventh preset time, and standing for an eighth preset time after washing.
In order to unify the sensing process, after determining that the load capacity of the washing machine is full, the embodiment may further continue to perform the washing and standing processes, that is, start the drum of the washing machine to wash for a seventh preset time to wet the load in the washing machine, and stand for an eighth preset time after washing, where the seventh preset time and the eighth preset time may be set according to actual situations, for example, the seventh preset time is set to 4 minutes or 5 minutes, and the eighth preset time may be set to half minutes or 1 minute. Further, the water can be replenished by avoiding the water level from dropping due to the laundry being sucked or other reasons.
It should be noted that, since the weighing is performed first, the load sensing process can be directly skipped after the load of the washing machine is determined to be 1/4 load, half load or full load, that is, the subsequent washing and standing steps are not required to be performed, and the corresponding program is directly selected for washing.
Further, based on the above embodiment, after the sensing of the washing machine is completed, the method for determining the load amount of the washing machine further includes:
step S1800, selecting a corresponding program according to the load of the washing machine to perform washing.
After determining that the load of the washing machine is 1/4 load, half load or full load, a corresponding program may be selected according to the sensed load amount to perform a washing process.
In addition, to achieve the above object, the present invention also provides a load amount judging device of a washing machine, the device including: the weighing module is used for weighing the load in the washing machine to obtain a weighing result;
the judging module is used for judging whether the loading capacity of the washing machine is full load according to the weighing result;
the water inlet module is used for feeding water to a first water level frequency if the loading capacity of the washing machine is not full load;
the washing module is used for washing for a first preset time and standing for a second preset time after washing;
the detection and calculation module is used for detecting a second water level frequency after standing and calculating a first difference value between the second water level frequency and the first water level frequency;
and the determining module is used for determining the load of the washing machine according to the first difference value.
The functions realized by each module in the invention are the same as the steps of the load determination method of the load judgment method of the washing machine in any embodiment, and are not described again here.
Further, to achieve the above object, the present invention also provides a washing machine including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the load amount determination method of the washing machine as described above.
