Further, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 5, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an adapter sealing cover plate 8 is rotatably connected to an opening of the left open cover 7, an adjusting seat 38 is disposed on a bottom plate of the left open cover 7, a positioning plate 30 is fixedly disposed on an upper surface of the adjusting seat 38, and the adapter sealing cover plate 8 abutting against the positioning plate 30 is fixed by a clamping mechanism disposed on the adjusting seat 38; and the outer side wall of the positioning plate 30 is provided with a first sealing gasket 32, when the adapter sealing cover plate 8 is abutted against the outer side wall of the positioning plate 30 and is fixed through a clamping mechanism, a good sealing effect can be achieved.
Furthermore, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting seat 38 is provided with an adjusting cavity 34, the clamping mechanism comprises an adjusting screw rod 37 which is rotatably arranged in the adjusting cavity 34, and also comprises a square threaded sleeve 35 which is supported and slidably arranged in the adjusting cavity 34, the square threaded sleeve 35 is sleeved on the adjusting screw rod 37 in a threaded connection manner, the outer end of the adjusting screw rod 37 is fixedly provided with an operating panel 36, the square threaded sleeve 35 is fixedly provided with a pressing block 33, therefore, when the switching sealing cover plate 8 is pressed against the outer side wall of the positioning plate 30, the adjusting screw rod 37 is driven to rotate by operating the operating plate 36, further, the position of the square thread sleeve 35 in the adjusting cavity 34 can be adjusted according to the rotating direction of the adjusting screw rod 37, and then drives the pressing block 33 to clamp and fix the adapting sealing cover plate 8 abutting against the outer side wall of the positioning plate 30.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting base 38 is further provided with a positioning groove 31 for positioning the left end of the reverse osmosis membrane 3, wherein the left end of the reverse osmosis membrane 3 completely extending into the purified water tank 1 abuts against the positioning groove 31.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a reverse osmosis water purification device comprises a purified water tank 1, a right sealing cover 6 is arranged on the right side of the waist of the purified water tank 1, a left open cover 7 is arranged on the left side of the waist of the purified water tank 1, and the right end of a reverse osmosis membrane plate 3 which completely extends into the purified water tank 1 through the left open cover 7 is fixed through a locking mechanism arranged at the bottom of the right sealing cover 6; and a pressing mechanism for fastening the reverse osmosis membrane plate 3 is also arranged in the water purification tank 1.
Further, a water inlet 2 is arranged at the top of the water purification tank 1, and sewage to be purified is added into the water purification tank 1 through the water inlet 2; bottom one side of water purification case 1 is provided with outlet 4, is provided with drain valve 5 on outlet 4, and the sewage of adding in water purification case 1 through water inlet 2 carries out filtration purification back through reverse osmosis membrane board 3, and the water purification of formation enters into the lower part inner chamber of water purification case 1, and then after opening drain valve 5, water purification accessible outlet 4 is discharged.

Further, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 5, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an adapter sealing cover plate 8 is rotatably connected to an opening of the left open cover 7, an adjusting seat 38 is disposed on a bottom plate of the left open cover 7, a positioning plate 30 is fixedly disposed on an upper surface of the adjusting seat 38, and the adapter sealing cover plate 8 abutting against the positioning plate 30 is fixed by a clamping mechanism disposed on the adjusting seat 38; and the outer side wall of the positioning plate 30 is provided with a first sealing gasket 32, when the adapter sealing cover plate 8 is abutted against the outer side wall of the positioning plate 30 and is fixed through a clamping mechanism, a good sealing effect can be achieved.
Furthermore, in the preferred embodiment provided by the present invention, the adjusting seat 38 is provided with an adjusting cavity 34, the clamping mechanism comprises an adjusting screw rod 37 which is rotatably arranged in the adjusting cavity 34, and also comprises a square threaded sleeve 35 which is supported and slidably arranged in the adjusting cavity 34, the square threaded sleeve 35 is sleeved on the adjusting screw rod 37 in a threaded connection mode, an operating panel 36 is fixedly arranged at the outer end of the adjusting screw rod 37, and the pressing block 33 is fixedly arranged on the square threaded sleeve 35, so that, when the switching sealing cover plate 8 is abutted against the outer side wall of the positioning plate 30, the adjusting screw rod 37 is driven to rotate by operating the operating plate 36, further, the position of the square thread sleeve 35 in the adjusting cavity 34 can be adjusted according to the rotating direction of the adjusting screw rod 37, and then drives the pressing block 33 to clamp and fix the adapting sealing cover plate 8 abutting against the outer side wall of the positioning plate 30.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting seat 38 further has a positioning groove 31 for positioning the left end of the reverse osmosis membrane 3, wherein the left end of the reverse osmosis membrane 3 completely extending into the purified water tank 1 abuts against the positioning groove 31.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 4, in a preferred embodiment provided by the present invention, the pressing mechanism includes two first eccentric wheels 13, a supporting shaft 14 is coaxially disposed on the first eccentric wheels 13, the two supporting shafts 14 are respectively rotatably supported in the right sealing cover 6 and the left open cover 7, and a toothed ring 16 is disposed on each of the two first eccentric wheels 13; the compressing mechanism further comprises a driving box 17 fixedly installed in an upper inner cavity of the purified water tank 1, a driving shaft 24 is rotatably arranged in the middle inner cavity of the driving box 17, two groups of second eccentric wheels 29 are eccentrically and fixedly arranged on the driving shaft 24 in the driving box 17, supporting plates 25 are arranged in inner cavities on two sides of the driving box 17 in a supporting and sliding manner, supporting channels 26 are arranged on the two supporting plates 25, and the two second eccentric wheels 29 are respectively arranged in the two supporting channels 26 in a supporting and sliding manner, so that when the driving shaft 24 rotates, the two supporting plates 25 can be driven to synchronously move;
preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the eccentric directions of the two second eccentric wheels 29 are opposite, so that when the driving shaft 24 rotates, the two supporting plates 25 can be driven to move toward or away from each other, the two supporting plates 25 are respectively fixedly connected to the two connecting posts 28, a supporting cross bar 12 is fixedly mounted on each connecting post 28, a supporting plate 9 is further fixedly disposed in the clean water tank 1, the supporting cross bar 12 is slidably disposed on the supporting plate 9 in a penetrating manner, and a rack 15 engaged with the toothed ring 16 is disposed on a lower surface of an outer end of the supporting cross bar 12, so that when the supporting cross bar 12 moves in the horizontal direction, the first eccentric wheel 13 can be driven to rotate by a certain angle, and then the two first eccentric wheels 13 can be used to respectively compress and fix two ends of the reverse osmosis membrane 3.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, a bottom plate of the driving box 17 is provided with a drainage hole 27 to prevent water from accumulating in the driving box 17.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a reverse osmosis water purification device comprises a purified water tank 1, a right sealing cover 6 is arranged at the right side of the waist of the purified water tank 1, a left open cover 7 is arranged at the left side of the waist of the purified water tank 1, and the right end of a reverse osmosis membrane 3 which completely extends into the purified water tank 1 through the left open cover 7 is fixed through a locking mechanism arranged at the bottom of the right sealing cover 6; and a pressing mechanism for fastening the reverse osmosis membrane plate 3 is also arranged in the water purification tank 1.

Furthermore, in the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of groups of supporting rollers 10 which support the reverse osmosis membrane plates 3 are uniformly distributed in the water purifying tank 1; it can be understood that in the specific implementation of the locking mechanism provided in the embodiment of the present invention, after the reverse osmosis membrane 3 is pushed into the purified water tank 1, the supporting roller 10 is provided to provide a guiding and supporting function for the reverse osmosis membrane 3, when the reverse osmosis membrane 3 continues to move rightward in the purified water tank 1, the right end of the reverse osmosis membrane 3 can be extended into the right sealing cover 6, and then the right end of the reverse osmosis membrane 3 first abuts against the inclined surface of the locking block 48, so that the locking block 48 can be retracted into the square channel 47, until the locking block 48 is aligned with the locking groove 45, the locking block 48 can be inserted into the locking groove 45 under the elastic restoring force of the second supporting spring 40, so as to position and support the right end of the reverse osmosis membrane 3 extending into the right sealing cover 6, and under the elastic supporting function of the second supporting spring 40, the step at the connection between the support column 44 and the locking block 48 can abut against the second sealing gasket 46, thereby achieving the sealing effect.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 5, in a preferred embodiment provided by the present invention, a switching sealing cover plate 8 is rotatably connected to an opening of the left open cover 7, an adjusting seat 38 is disposed on a bottom plate of the left open cover 7, a positioning plate 30 is fixedly disposed on an upper surface of the adjusting seat 38, and the switching sealing cover plate 8 abutting against the positioning plate 30 is fixed by a clamping mechanism disposed on the adjusting seat 38; and the outer side wall of the positioning plate 30 is provided with a first sealing gasket 32, when the adapter sealing cover plate 8 is abutted against the outer side wall of the positioning plate 30 and is fixed through a clamping mechanism, a good sealing effect can be achieved.
Furthermore, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting seat 38 is provided with an adjusting cavity 34, the clamping mechanism comprises an adjusting screw rod 37 which is rotatably arranged in the adjusting cavity 34, and also comprises a square threaded sleeve 35 which is supported and slidably arranged in the adjusting cavity 34, the square threaded sleeve 35 is sleeved on the adjusting screw rod 37 in a threaded connection manner, the outer end of the adjusting screw rod 37 is fixedly provided with an operating panel 36, the square threaded sleeve 35 is fixedly provided with a pressing block 33, therefore, when the switching sealing cover plate 8 is abutted against the outer side wall of the positioning plate 30, the adjusting screw rod 37 is driven to rotate by operating the operating plate 36, further, the position of the square thread sleeve 35 in the adjusting cavity 34 can be adjusted according to the rotating direction of the adjusting screw rod 37, and then drives the pressing block 33 to clamp and fix the adapting sealing cover plate 8 abutting against the outer side wall of the positioning plate 30.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting seat 38 further has a positioning groove 31 for positioning the left end of the reverse osmosis membrane 3, wherein the left end of the reverse osmosis membrane 3 completely extending into the purified water tank 1 abuts against the positioning groove 31.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pressing mechanism includes two first eccentric wheels 13, a supporting shaft 14 is coaxially disposed on the first eccentric wheels 13, the two supporting shafts 14 are respectively rotatably supported in the right sealing cover 6 and the left open cover 7, and a toothed ring 16 is disposed on each of the two first eccentric wheels 13; the compressing mechanism further comprises a driving box 17 fixedly installed in an upper inner cavity of the purified water tank 1, a driving shaft 24 is rotatably arranged in the middle inner cavity of the driving box 17, two groups of second eccentric wheels 29 are eccentrically and fixedly arranged on the driving shaft 24 in the driving box 17, supporting plates 25 are arranged in inner cavities on two sides of the driving box 17 in a supporting and sliding manner, supporting channels 26 are arranged on the two supporting plates 25, and the two second eccentric wheels 29 are respectively arranged in the two supporting channels 26 in a supporting and sliding manner, so that when the driving shaft 24 rotates, the two supporting plates 25 can be driven to synchronously move;
preferably, in the embodiment of the present invention, the two second eccentric wheels 29 have opposite eccentric directions, so that when the driving shaft 24 rotates, the two supporting plates 25 can be driven to move toward or away from each other, the two supporting plates 25 are respectively fixedly connected to two connecting columns 28, a supporting cross rod 12 is fixedly mounted on each connecting column 28, a supporting plate 9 is further fixedly disposed in the clean water tank 1, the supporting cross rod 12 is slidably disposed on the supporting plate 9 in a penetrating manner, and a rack 15 engaged with the toothed ring 16 is disposed on a lower surface of an outer end of the supporting cross rod 12, so that when the supporting cross rod 12 moves in a horizontal direction, the first eccentric wheel 13 can be driven to rotate by a certain angle, and then the two first eccentric wheels 13 can be used to respectively press and fix two ends of the reverse osmosis membrane 3.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, a bottom plate of the driving box 17 is provided with a drainage hole 27 to prevent water from accumulating in the driving box 17.
As shown in fig. 1-2, in the embodiment of the present invention, an operating component coaxially connected to the driving shaft 24 is disposed on the top plate of the purified water tank 1, and in the embodiment of the present invention, when the operating component is used, the driving shaft 24 can be driven to rotate, so that the pressing mechanism can be adjusted.
Specifically, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the operating assembly includes a rotating cylinder 11 rotatably penetrating a top plate of the water purifying tank 1, a rectangular block 18 is slidably supported in the rotating cylinder 11 through a first supporting spring 23, an operating shaft 22 is fixedly disposed on the rectangular block 18, and an operating handle 21 is fixedly disposed at a top end of the operating shaft 22, so that the rotating cylinder 11 can be driven to rotate by operating the operating handle 21, and further, the driving shaft 24 can be driven to rotate.
Furthermore, in the embodiment of the present invention, a limiting toothed ring 20 is coaxially disposed on a lower surface of an operating handle 21 facing a top plate of the purified water tank 1, a toothed ring groove 19 adapted to the limiting toothed ring 20 is disposed on an upper surface of the top plate of the purified water tank 1, and under the elastic supporting action of a first supporting spring 23, the rectangular block 18 can be driven to move downward to enable the limiting toothed ring 20 to be engaged with the toothed ring groove 19, so that an effect of ensuring that the driving shaft 24 does not rotate when the operating handle 21 is not required to be operated is achieved, therefore, after the operating assembly is used for adjusting the pressing mechanism, the embodiment of the present invention can ensure the stability of the pressing mechanism, thereby ensuring the fastening effect on the reverse osmosis membrane 3.

the pressing mechanism comprises two first eccentric wheels (13), supporting shafts (14) are coaxially arranged on the first eccentric wheels (13), the two supporting shafts (14) are respectively rotatably supported in the right sealing cover (6) and the left open cover (7), and gear rings (16) are arranged on the two first eccentric wheels (13); the compressing mechanism further comprises a driving box (17) fixedly installed in an inner cavity at the upper part of the water purifying box (1), a driving shaft (24) is rotatably arranged in an inner cavity at the middle part of the driving box (17), two groups of second eccentric wheels (29) are eccentrically and fixedly arranged on the driving shaft (24) positioned in the driving box (17), supporting plates (25) are respectively arranged in inner cavities at two sides of the driving box (17) in a supporting and sliding manner, supporting channels (26) are respectively arranged on the two supporting plates (25), and the two second eccentric wheels (29) are respectively arranged in the two supporting channels (26) in a supporting and sliding manner;
