Referring to fig. 14, the bottom wall of the key cover main body 61 is provided with exhaust grooves 65 extending in the radial direction, and the exhaust grooves 65 communicate with both sides of the key cover assembling portion 62. The vent groove 65 and the key cover mounting surface 63 are located at different circumferential positions.
When the vacuum apparatus is stored alone, the button cover 6 is in a depressed state, and the engaging protrusion 41 of the button 4 is located in the space formed by the first stopper protrusion 223 and the second stopper protrusion 224. When the vacuum-pumping means is attached to the container body 1, the air pressure in the first chamber a is balanced with the external air pressure. Fig. 15 to 19 show an operation view of the vacuum extractor with the first stopper projection 223, the second stopper projection 224, the third stopper projection 225, and the fourth stopper projection 226 of the lid body 2 being retained and other structure of the lid body 2 being omitted, as viewed from the outer circumferential side wall of the recess 22 of the lid body 2 to the inner side. The directions of operation described below are from the top down.
Fig. 15 and 16 show operation views when the vacuum pumping means pumps the first chamber a. The operation process of vacuumizing is as follows:
(1) When the cover 2 is attached to the container body 1, and then the key cover 6 is rotated clockwise, the key cover 6 drives the keys 4 to rotate synchronously until the engaging protrusions 41 of the keys 4 leave the space formed by the first limiting protrusions 223 and the second limiting protrusions 224, enter the space formed by the engaging grooves 51, the fourth limiting protrusions 226 and the third limiting protrusions 225, and abut against the side wall of the limiting portion 24.
(2) When the key cover 6 is released, the key elastic member 48 rebounds to drive the key cover 6, the keys 4 and the piston 3 to move upwards synchronously. Referring to fig. 4, as the volume of the second chamber b increases during the ascent, the air pressure in the second chamber b decreases. When the gas pressure in the first chamber a is sufficiently higher than the gas pressure in the second chamber b, the gas in the first chamber a enters from the gap between the sealing body of the pumping gasket 8 and the pumping hole 221 and pushes the umbrella-shaped structure of the pumping gasket 8 to deform and move upwards, so that a gap is formed between the umbrella-shaped structure and the bottom wall of the second accommodating groove 28, the pumping hole 221 is opened, and the gas in the first chamber a enters the second chamber b through the pumping hole 221, thereby pumping a part of the gas in the first chamber a into the second chamber b. At the same time, the difference in air pressure between the external environment and the second chamber b causes the umbrella-shaped structure of the venting seal 9 to cover the venting hole 31, so that the venting hole 31 remains closed.
(3) When the engagement projection 41 of the key 4 abuts the top wall of the engagement groove 51 of the garnish body 5, the key cover 6 reaches the highest position. The key cover 6 is pressed downward, the key cover 6 drives the keys 4 and the piston 3 to move downward synchronously, and meanwhile, the key elastic member 48 is compressed until the key cover annular step part 66 abuts against the top surface of the decoration part 53 of the decoration body 5. Referring to fig. 4, as the volume of the second chamber b decreases during the downward movement, the air pressure in the second chamber b increases. When the air pressure in the second chamber b is sufficiently higher than the air pressure in the external environment, the air in the second chamber b enters from the gap between the sealing body of the exhaust gasket 9 and the exhaust hole 31 and pushes the umbrella-shaped structure of the exhaust gasket 9 to deform, so that a gap is formed between the umbrella-shaped structure and the bottom wall of the piston 3, the exhaust hole 31 is opened, the air in the second chamber b flows through the exhaust hole 31, the inner cavity of the piston 3 and the exhaust groove 65 on the key cover 6 in sequence and is exhausted to the outside, and therefore the air in the second chamber b is exhausted to the outside. Meanwhile, the air pressure difference between the second chamber b and the first chamber a causes the umbrella-shaped structure of the airtight seal 8 to cover the air extraction hole 221, and thus the air extraction hole 221 remains closed.
(4) The operation of loosening and pressing the key cover 6 is repeated for a plurality of times, so that the gas in the first chamber a is completely pumped out until the first chamber a is vacuumized, or the gas in the first chamber a is partially pumped out until the first chamber a is in a required gas pressure value, thereby meeting different requirements of different articles contained in the container body 1 on the gas pressure and expanding the application range of the vacuum pumping device.
Fig. 17 shows an operation view when the vacuum pumping means maintains pressure in the first chamber a. The operation process of pressure maintaining is as follows:
(1) When the first chamber a is in a vacuum state or at a desired air pressure value, the button cover 6 is pressed downward, the button cover 6 carries the button 4 and the piston 3 downward in synchronization, and at the same time, the button elastic member 48 is compressed until the button cover annular step portion 66 of the button cover 6 abuts against the top surface of the decorative portion 53. During the downward movement, the pumping hole 221 is kept closed, the exhaust hole 31 is opened, and the gas in the second chamber b is exhausted to the outside.
(2) Rotating the key cover 6 counterclockwise while keeping the key cover 6 pressed downward causes the fitting projection 41 of the key 4 to leave the space formed by the fitting groove 51, the fourth stopper projection 226 and the third stopper projection 225 and enter the space formed by the first stopper projection 223 and the second stopper projection 224. When the engaging projection 41 abuts against the side wall of the second stopper projection 224, the rotation is stopped and the key cover 6 is released, and the engaging projection 41 is slightly moved upward until it abuts against the first stopper projection 223 by the restoring force of the key elastic member 48. At this time, the key 4 is snapped on the cover 2 so that the key cover 6 and the piston 3 are maintained at fixed positions, and the pumping hole 221 and the exhaust hole 31 are both maintained closed, thereby maintaining the first chamber a in a vacuum state or at a desired air pressure value.
Fig. 18 and 19 show the operation of the evacuation device when it is inflating the first chamber a. The operation process of inflation is as follows:
(1) The key cover 6 is rotated clockwise until the fitting projection 41 leaves the space formed by the first and second stopper projections 223 and 224, enters the space formed by the fitting groove 51, the fourth stopper projection 226, and the third stopper projection 225, and abuts against the side wall of the stopper portion 24.
(2) When the key cover 6 is released, the key elastic member 48 rebounds to drive the piston 3, the key 4 and the key cover 6 to move upwards synchronously.
(3) After the key cover 6 reaches the highest position, the key cover 6 is continuously rotated clockwise to drive the keys 4 to synchronously rotate until the matching protrusions 41 of the keys 4 abut against the side wall of the matching groove 51 of the decorative body 5 close to one side of the fourth limiting protrusion 226, and at the moment, the matching protrusions 41 are positioned above the inflation guide rod 7.
(4) The key cover 6 is pressed downwards to drive the key 4 to move downwards synchronously until the matching protrusion 41 of the key 4 abuts against the top of the limiting part 24, so that the inflating guide rod 7 is completely pressed into the limiting part 24 of the cover body 2. When the inflation guide rod 7 moves downwards, the inflation hole 222 is opened, and outside air enters the first chamber a through the key cover 6, the gap between the decoration body 5 and the key 4, the gap between the inflation guide rod 7 and the limiting part 24, and the gap between the inflation guide rod 7 and the inflation hole 222 in sequence.
(5) After the state of pressing the key cover 6 is maintained for a while, the air pressure in the first chamber a is balanced with the outside, and the cover body 2 can be easily detached from the container body 1, thereby taking out the contents contained in the container body 1.
Therefore, the vacuumizing device arranged at the opening of the container body 1 can conveniently vacuumize, maintain pressure and inflate the inner space of the container body 1 by simply rotating, pressing and loosening the key cover 6 of the vacuumizing device, does not need to help auxiliary tools, and is convenient to operate and carry; the concave part 22 for accommodating the key cover 6, the decorative body 5, the keys 4 and the piston 3 is arranged on the cover body 2, so that the volume of the cover body 2 is reduced, and the vacuum-pumping device is convenient to store and carry.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described above, it should be understood that the above embodiments are illustrative and not restrictive, and that those skilled in the art may make changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations to the above embodiments without departing from the scope of the present invention.
