技术领域
本发明涉及硅胶软盖,具体地,涉及一种新型软盖、硬盖组合结构。
背景技术
目前生物试剂企业或医学实验室,在基本都是采用96孔板软盖或八联管软盖为载体耗材,而且都是传统的手工操作设计的产品,一方面在全自动操作时无法实现定位和取放目的;二方面在新型需求(如试剂冻干等)时,无法满足二次压盖的需要。特别是在用于传染病项目时更需要无人操作的自动操作时,传统市面八联管软盖就无法满足。
CN211845304U公开了一种新型八联管盖,涉及八联管领域,采用了多种的卡扣使得可以进行多个的拼接作用方便使用,同时在采用了分体式设计使得可以对任意的位置进行打开作用。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种新型软盖、硬盖组合结构。
根据本发明提供的一种新型软盖、硬盖组合结构,包括:软盖和硬盖,所述硬盖安装在所述软盖上,所述软盖包括软盖顶板、软盖上阶、软盖中阶和软盖下阶,所述软盖顶板顶面设置有多个定位孔,所述软盖顶板下端延伸出多个所述软盖上阶,所述软盖上阶下端延伸出所述软盖中阶,所述软盖中阶下端延伸出所述软盖下阶。
优选地,所述硬盖包括:硬盖盖板、硬盖下柱和抓取孔,所述硬盖盖板下端延伸出多个所述硬盖下柱,所述硬盖下柱两侧位于所述硬盖盖板上有两个过孔,所述过孔用作将软盖退下与硬盖分离,所述硬盖两端设有所述抓取孔便于定位、移动、取放。
优选地,所述软盖上阶为圆柱形,所述软盖中阶和所述软盖下阶为多边形,如十字形。
优选地,所述硬盖下柱与所述定位孔连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
1、基于传统八联管软盖进行较大幅度创新设计,通过软盖2(整板96下凸阶且可以切割为若干条单条软盖2)与硬盖3的配合,很容易实现批量存放、机械手抓取等自动化需要。同时,满足试剂冻干过程二次压盖的需求。
2、从根本上为核酸检测中采用96孔板或八联管提供了可以实现高效率、自动化的耗材,同时避免对操作人员的传染可能性。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变化和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
如图1至图5所示,一种新型软盖、硬盖组合结构,包括:软盖2和硬盖3,硬盖3安装在软盖2上,软盖2包括软盖顶板25、软盖上阶21、软盖中阶22和软盖下阶23,软盖顶板25顶面设置有多个定位孔24,软盖顶板25下端延伸出多个软盖上阶21,软盖上阶21下端延伸出软盖中阶22,软盖中阶22下端延伸出软盖下阶23。硬盖3包括:硬盖盖板31、硬盖下柱32和抓取孔33,硬盖盖板31下端延伸出多个硬盖下柱32,硬盖下柱32两侧位于硬盖盖板31上有两个过孔34,硬盖3两端设有抓取孔33。软盖上阶21为圆柱形,软盖中阶22和软盖下阶23为多边形。硬盖下柱32与定位孔24连接。
具体地,如图4至图6所示,八联管1为通用八联管耗材,其中硬盖3下面设置8个硬盖下柱32,硬盖下柱32两侧各有2个过孔34,硬盖3两端设有抓取孔33。成品生产时由共有96个硬盖下柱32的整板切割成12条硬盖3。软盖2成品设置有96个软盖上阶21的整盖,和切割成若干条八软盖上阶21的单条软盖2。软盖中阶22和软盖下阶23均为十字形或类似多边形,软盖上阶21为圆柱形。
冻干试剂生产时,将带有试剂的12排八联管1上加盖软盖2,将软盖2上软盖下阶23压入八联管1内,此时软盖下阶23、软盖中阶22上十字槽隙或多边形间隙,满足空气内外流动。试剂形成干粉后,外部机构将软盖2下压,使得软盖中阶22和软盖下阶23全部压入八联管1内,确保八联管1内的试剂干粉完全密闭。
使用时,可以先将硬盖3在上和软盖2在下压合在一起,外部机构通过硬盖3两端的抓取孔33实现定位、移动、取放软盖2和硬盖3组合。外部机构可以通过过孔34将软盖2退下与硬盖3分离。以上使用过程,满足了96孔板或是分离的单条八联管等为载体的核酸试剂生产和检测应用。本发明就是基于传统八联管软盖进行较大幅度创新设计,通过软盖2(整板96下凸阶且可以切割为若干条单条软盖2)与硬盖3的配合,很容易实现批量存放、机械手抓取等自动化需要。同时,满足试剂冻干过程二次压盖的需求。

1.一种新型软盖、硬盖组合结构,其特征在于,包括:软盖(2)和硬盖(3),所述硬盖(3)安装在所述软盖(2)上,所述软盖(2)包括软盖顶板(25)、软盖上阶(21)、软盖中阶(22)和软盖下阶(23),所述软盖顶板(25)顶面设置有多个定位孔(24),所述软盖顶板(25)下端延伸出多个所述软盖上阶(21),所述软盖上阶(21)下端延伸出所述软盖中阶(22),所述软盖中阶(22)下端延伸出所述软盖下阶(23)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种新型软盖、硬盖组合结构,其特征在于,所述硬盖(3)包括:硬盖盖板(31)、硬盖下柱(32)和抓取孔(33),所述硬盖盖板(31)下端延伸出多个所述硬盖下柱(32),所述硬盖下柱(32)两侧位于所述硬盖盖板(31)上有两个过孔(34),所述硬盖(3)两端设有所述抓取孔(33)。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种新型软盖、硬盖组合结构,其特征在于:所述软盖上阶(21)为圆柱形,所述软盖中阶(22)和所述软盖下阶(23)为多边形。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种新型软盖、硬盖组合结构,其特征在于:所述硬盖下柱(32)与所述定位孔(24)连接。
