Claims (9)

1. A bid apparatus, comprising:
the label holder comprises a holder (1) and a first rotating shaft (5) which is rotatably arranged on the holder (1), wherein the first rotating shaft (5) is used for placing a label roll (6), and the inner ring of the label roll (6) can be relatively fixed with the first rotating shaft;
the brake assembly comprises at least one section of brake band and at least one elastic part (4b), the elastic part (4b) and the brake band are connected in series to form the brake assembly, the first end of the brake assembly (4) is fixed with the bracket (1), and one brake band of the brake assembly (4) bypasses the first rotating shaft (5) and is in contact with the first rotating shaft (5);
the driving lever (7) comprises a first rod (7b) and a second rod (7a) which are fixedly connected, the first rod (7b) is hinged with the support (1), and the second end of the brake component (4) is fixedly connected with the first rod (7 b);
the free end of a label roll (6) sleeved on the first rotating shaft (5) can sequentially bypass the second rod (7a) and the driving shaft, and the driving part is used for driving the driving shaft to rotate;
the label roll (6) is indirectly driven to rotate through label paper when the driving shaft rotates, and the shift lever (7) is indirectly driven to rotate through the label paper when the label roll (6) rotates, so that the tension of the elastic piece (4b) is reduced; when the driving shaft stops rotating, the deflector rod (7) rotates reversely so as to increase the tension of the elastic piece (4 b).
2. Marking device according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a return spring (2), a first end of said return spring (2) being fixedly connected to said support (1) and a second end of said return spring (2) being connected to said first rod (7 b).
3. The label discharging device according to claim 2, wherein the first rod (7b) is provided with a strip-shaped hole along the length direction thereof, the second end of the return spring (2) is connected with a clamping rod, and the clamping rod is clamped in the strip-shaped hole and can slide to a set position along the strip-shaped hole to be fixed with the first rod.
4. Marking device according to claim 1, characterized in that a fixed pulley (3) is further arranged on the support (1), and the brake assembly (4) is sequentially wound around the first rotating shaft (5) and the fixed pulley (3).
5. Marking device according to claim 4, characterized in that said first lever (7b) is provided for connection to the second end of the brake assembly (4) in a position higher than the position of articulation of said first lever (7b) with the bracket (1).
6. Marking device according to claim 1, characterized in that said braking assembly (4) comprises a first section of braking band (4a), an elastic element (4b) and a second section of braking band (4c) connected in sequence.
7. Marking device according to claim 5 or 6, characterized in that the elastic member (4b) is a spring.
8. A label dispenser according to claim 1, further comprising at least one driven shaft (8) rotatably mounted on said holder (1), said free end of said roll of labels mounted on said first shaft (5) being able to pass around said driven shaft.
9. A labelling machine comprising a label dispenser according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
