The connection firmness between the base 100 and the support 4021 is further improved, and the installation firmness of the whole connecting frame 402 is further improved.
Still further preferably, the base 100 is provided with first locking holes 601A/601B corresponding to both sides of each penetration hole, respectively.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, 7 and 10, the connecting hole 40111 is a non-circular hole and the connecting pin 4022 fits in the non-circular hole. The connecting hole 40111 is not a round hole, so that after the connecting pin 4022 is inserted into the connecting hole 40111, the connecting hole 40111 and the connecting pin 4022 have a rotation stopping effect, the situation that the sleeve 400 slips and rotates when the fastener is screwed in a rotating manner is avoided, and the locking effect of the fastener is ensured.
Further preferably, the connecting hole 40111 is a square hole, and the connecting pin 4022 is a square pin matched with the square hole.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, 8 and 11, the sidewall of the connecting pin 4022 and the sidewall of the sleeve body 401 are respectively provided with a corresponding second locking hole 602A/602B, wherein the second locking hole 602A/602B of the sleeve body 401 is communicated with the connecting hole 40111, and the locking member sequentially passes through the two second locking holes 602A/602B to lock the connecting frame 402 and the sleeve body 401. Further locking connecting pin 4022 and sleeve body 401 promotes the firm nature of installation of sleeve 400 on the one hand, and on the other hand has effectively avoided sleeve 400 to skid, loosen.
Preferably, a stepped bore 4011 is formed in the sleeve body 401, and the stepped bore 4011 includes a first portion and a second portion which are arranged up and down, wherein the first portion at the lower portion defines a connection hole 40111, and the second portion is adapted to receive a fastener or a positioning pin. That is, the connecting hole 40111 is located below the first fixing hole 411 (or the second fixing hole 421), the connecting hole 40111 located below is used for being in inserting fit with the connecting pin 4022, and the first fixing hole 411 (or the second fixing hole 421) located above is used for placing a fastener, so that the connecting pin 4022 is prevented from extending into the first fixing hole 411 (or the second fixing hole 421) above, and the fastener cannot be placed into the first fixing hole 411 (or the second fixing hole 421) is prevented from being affected.
In detail, in the first sleeve 410, a stepped hole 4011 is formed in the sleeve body 401 of the first sleeve 410, and the stepped hole 4011 includes a first portion and a second portion which are distributed up and down, wherein the first portion at the lower portion defines the connection hole 40111 and the first portion at the upper portion defines the first fixing hole 411.
In the second sleeve 420, a stepped hole 4011 is formed in the sleeve body 401 of the second sleeve 420, and the stepped hole 4011 includes a first portion and a second portion which are distributed up and down, wherein the first portion at the lower portion defines a connection hole 40111, and the second portion at the upper portion defines a second fixing hole 421.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, 12 and 13, the annular wheel alignment fixture 200 is removably disposed on the base 100. The replaceability of the annular wheel positioning tool 200 is realized, so that the annular wheel positioning tool 200 with different specifications can be correspondingly installed according to wheels with different specifications in practical application, and the adaptability of products is improved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, 12 and 13, the base 100 and the annular wheel alignment fixture 200 are respectively provided with corresponding third locking holes 603A/603B, and the locking members sequentially pass through the two third locking holes 603A/603B to lock the annular wheel alignment fixture 200 on the base 100. The connection mode is simple and the reliability is high.
Preferably, at least two pairs of corresponding third locking holes 603A/603B are formed in the base 100 and the annular wheel alignment fixture 200, respectively.
Further preferably, as shown in fig. 4, 12 and 13, one of the annular wheel alignment fixture 200 and the base 100 is provided with a positioning hole 230, the other is provided with a protrusion 120 adapted to the positioning hole 230, the positioning hole 230 and the protrusion 120 are in insertion fit, and when the protrusion 120 is inserted into the positioning hole 230, two corresponding third locking holes 603A/603B are distributed oppositely. When the annular wheel positioning tool 200 is installed, the annular wheel positioning tool 200 is positioned through the matching of the positioning holes 230 and the protrusions 120, so that the positions of the two corresponding third locking holes 603A/603B are distributed relatively, a worker can insert a locking member into the third locking holes 603A/603B conveniently, the assembling difficulty is reduced, and the assembling efficiency is improved.
Further preferably, at least one pair of protrusions 120 are disposed on the base 100 and distributed oppositely to improve the positioning accuracy.
Preferably, the annular wheel alignment fixture 200 includes a base 210 and an annular retainer 220 disposed on the base 210, wherein, when the annular wheel alignment fixture 200 is mounted on the base 100, an edge of the base 210 contacts an inner wall surface of the annular brake disc alignment fixture 300. The edge that sets up base 210 contacts the internal face of annular brake disc location frock 300, and like this, the inner wall of annular brake disc location frock 300 forms spacingly facing annular wheel location frock 200, avoids annular wheel location frock 200 to shift.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 14, the annular wheel alignment fixture 200 includes a sidewall having an annular shape, wherein an upper portion of the sidewall 240 of the annular wheel alignment fixture is disposed at an incline. The side wall which is obliquely arranged and the wheel form guiding and limiting.
In some embodiments, the annular brake disc positioning tooling 300 is integrally connected with the base 100. Thus, the installation step of the annular brake disc positioning tool 300 is omitted, and the assembly efficiency of the product is higher.
In some embodiments, the annular brake disc positioning tool 300 includes a side wall having an annular shape, wherein an upper portion of the side wall of the annular brake disc positioning tool 300 is disposed obliquely. The side wall which is obliquely arranged and the brake disc form guiding and limiting.
In some embodiments, the wheel mounted brake disc assembly station 10 further includes at least one pad 500, the pad 500 for supporting a wheel and/or a brake disc.
The invention also provides a method for assembling a wheel and a brake disc, which is suitable for the wheel-mounted brake disc assembling table 10 according to any one of the embodiments, and comprises the following steps:
s101: placing a locating pin on one part of the sleeve 400 and a fastener on the other part of the sleeve 400;
s102: the through holes on the brake disc are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the positioning pins and the fasteners, and the brake disc is placed on the annular brake disc positioning tool 300, so that the positioning pins and the fasteners penetrate through the corresponding through holes;
s103: respectively corresponding the through holes on the wheel with the positioning pins and the fasteners one by one, and placing the wheel on the annular wheel positioning tool 200 so that the positioning pins and the fasteners pass through the corresponding through holes;
s104: locking the fastener with a nut;
s105: removing the positioning pin;
s106: and a fastener is arranged on the through hole corresponding to the positioning pin and is locked by a nut.
The invention also provides a method for assembling a wheel and a brake disc, which is suitable for the wheel-mounted brake disc assembling table 10 according to any one of the embodiments, and comprises the following steps:
s201: placing a locating pin on a partial sleeve 400 and a fastener on the partial sleeve 400, and leaving the remaining sleeve 400 empty;
s202: respectively corresponding the through holes on the first brake disc with the positioning pins and the fasteners one by one, and placing the first brake disc on the annular brake disc positioning tool 300 so that the positioning pins and the fasteners penetrate through the corresponding through holes;
s203: respectively corresponding the through holes on the wheel with the positioning pins and the fasteners one by one, and placing the wheel on the annular wheel positioning tool 200 so that the positioning pins and the fasteners pass through the corresponding through holes;
s204: respectively corresponding the through holes on the second brake disc with the positioning pins and the fasteners one by one, and placing the second brake disc on the wheel to enable the positioning pins and the fasteners to penetrate through the corresponding through holes;
s205: sequentially passing a positioning pin through the second brake disc, the wheel and the vacant through hole on the first brake disc;
s206: locking the fastener with a nut;
s207: removing the positioning pin;
s208: and a fastener is arranged on the through hole corresponding to the positioning pin and is locked by a nut.
In any of the above embodiments, the fastener comprises a prefasten and a formal fastener, wherein,
placing pre-fasteners in step S101 and step S201;
placing a formal fastener in step S206 and step S208;
and after step S206 and step S208 further comprising the steps of:
s301: dismantling the pre-tightening firmware;
s302: mounting a formal fastener on the through hole corresponding to the pre-tightening fastener and locking the formal fastener by using a nut;
preferably, in steps S101 and S201, the pre-tightening fastener is placed on the first sleeve 410, and the positioning pin is placed on the second sleeve 420;
preferably, in step S301, the pre-tightening element is correspondingly placed on the second sleeve 420.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (14)

1. A wheel-mounted brake disc assembly table is used for assembling a wheel and a brake disc and is characterized in that,
the wheel-mounted brake disc assembling table comprises a base, and an annular wheel positioning tool, an annular brake disc positioning tool and a plurality of sleeves which are arranged on the base;
the annular wheel positioning tool and the annular brake disc positioning tool are arranged concentrically, the annular wheel positioning tool is positioned on the inner side of the annular brake disc positioning tool, and the plurality of sleeves are arranged at intervals along the periphery of the annular brake disc positioning tool; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the fastener comprises a pre-tightening fastener and a formal fastener;
the annular wheel positioning tool is configured to be matched with an inner ring of a wheel, the annular brake disc positioning tool is configured to be matched with the inner ring of a brake disc, and the sleeve is suitable for placing a pre-tightening fastener or a positioning pin;
one part of the plurality of sleeves is a first sleeve, the first sleeve is provided with a first fixing hole, and when the positioning pin extends into the first fixing hole, the side wall of the positioning pin is attached to the side wall of the first fixing hole;
the other part of the plurality of sleeves is a second sleeve, the second sleeve is provided with a second fixing hole, and when the pre-tightening piece extends into the second fixing hole, a movable gap is formed between part of the side wall of the pre-tightening piece and the side wall of the second fixing hole;
the first fixing hole is hexagonal or octagonal;
the second fixed orifices is class hexagon or class octagon, the interior profile of second fixed orifices includes a plurality of first lines and a plurality of second lines, arbitrary one the both ends of first line are connected respectively the second line, the second line be the pitch arc and to the outside bending protrusion of second fixed orifices is stretched.
2. The wheel mounted brake disc assembly station of claim 1, wherein one of the second sleeves is disposed between two adjacent first sleeves or one of the first sleeves is disposed between two adjacent second sleeves;
and a reminding mark is arranged on the first sleeve and/or the second sleeve.
3. The wheel mounted brake disc assembly station of claim 2, wherein the first and second sleeves are coated with different colored coatings.
4. Wheel-mounted brake disc assembly station according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the sleeve is detachably arranged on the base.
5. The wheel mounted brake disc assembly station of claim 4, wherein the sleeve comprises:
a sleeve body having a connection hole;
the connecting frame comprises a support and a connecting pin protruding out of the support, the support is arranged on the base, and the connecting pin is in inserting fit with the connecting hole so that the sleeve body is arranged on the support;
the base is provided with a through hole, and the connecting pin penetrates through the through hole from bottom to top and enables the support to be positioned on the lower side of the base;
the base and the support are respectively provided with corresponding first locking holes, and the locking piece sequentially penetrates through the two first locking holes to lock the support on the base;
the base is provided with the first locking holes corresponding to two sides of each through hole respectively;
the connecting hole is a non-circular hole, and the connecting pin is matched with the non-circular hole.
6. The wheel brake disc assembly station of claim 5, wherein the connection holes are square holes and the connection pins are square pins that fit into the square holes.
7. The wheel brake disc assembly station according to claim 6,
the side wall of the connecting pin and the side wall of the sleeve body are respectively provided with corresponding second locking holes, wherein the second locking holes in the sleeve body are communicated with the connecting holes, and the locking piece sequentially penetrates through the two second locking holes to lock the connecting frame and the sleeve body;
the sleeve comprises a sleeve body and is characterized in that a stepped hole is formed in the sleeve body and comprises a first part and a second part which are distributed up and down, wherein the first part positioned at the lower part limits the connecting hole, and the second part is suitable for placing the pre-tightening piece or the positioning pin.
8. Wheel-mounted brake disc assembly station according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the annular wheel positioning tool is detachably arranged on the base;
the base and the annular wheel positioning tool are respectively provided with corresponding third locking holes, and locking pieces sequentially penetrate through the two third locking holes so as to lock the annular wheel positioning tool on the base;
one of the annular wheel positioning tool and the base is provided with a positioning hole, the other one of the annular wheel positioning tool and the base is provided with a bulge matched with the positioning hole, the positioning hole is in plug-in fit with the bulge, and when the bulge is plugged in the positioning hole, the two third locking holes are oppositely distributed;
the annular wheel positioning tool comprises a base and an annular limiting ring arranged on the base, wherein when the annular wheel positioning tool is arranged on the base, the edge of the base is in contact with the inner wall surface of the annular brake disc positioning tool.
9. The wheel brake disc assembly station of claim 8, wherein the base has at least one pair of oppositely disposed protrusions.
10. Wheel-mounted brake disc assembly station according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the annular brake disc positioning tool is integrally connected with the base;
and/or the annular brake disc positioning tool comprises an annular side wall, wherein the upper part of the side wall of the annular brake disc positioning tool is obliquely arranged;
and/or the annular wheel positioning tool comprises an annular side wall, wherein the upper part of the side wall of the annular wheel positioning tool is obliquely arranged;
and/or the wheel-mounted brake disc assembly station further comprises at least one pad block for supporting the wheel and/or the brake disc.
11. A method of assembling a wheel and a brake disc, suitable for use in a wheel-mounted brake disc assembly station according to any one of claims 1 to 10, comprising the steps of:
s101: placing the positioning pin on the first sleeve, and placing the pre-tightening fastener on the second sleeve;
s102: respectively corresponding the through holes on the brake disc with the positioning pins and the pre-tightening fasteners one by one, and placing the brake disc on an annular brake disc positioning tool to enable the positioning pins and the pre-tightening fasteners to penetrate through the corresponding through holes;
s103: respectively corresponding the through holes on the wheels with the positioning pins and the pre-tightening fasteners one by one, and placing the wheels on an annular wheel positioning tool to enable the positioning pins and the pre-tightening fasteners to penetrate through the corresponding through holes;
s104: locking the pre-tightening firmware by using a nut;
s105: removing the positioning pin;
s106: and mounting formal fasteners on the through holes corresponding to the positioning pins and locking the formal fasteners by nuts.
12. The method of assembling a wheel and brake disc according to claim 11, further comprising, after step S106, the steps of:
s301: removing the pre-tightening fastener;
s302: and mounting the formal fastener on the through hole corresponding to the pre-tightening fastener and locking the formal fastener by using a nut.
13. A method of assembling a wheel and a brake disc, suitable for use in a wheel-mounted brake disc assembly station according to any one of claims 1 to 10, comprising the steps of:
s201: placing the positioning pin on a part of the first sleeve, placing the pre-tightening piece on a part of the second sleeve, and keeping the rest sleeves vacant;
s202: respectively corresponding the through holes on the first brake disc with the positioning pins and the pre-tightening fasteners one by one, and placing the first brake disc on an annular brake disc positioning tool to enable the positioning pins and the pre-tightening fasteners to penetrate through the corresponding through holes;
s203: respectively corresponding the through holes on the wheels with the positioning pins and the pre-tightening fasteners one by one, and placing the wheels on an annular wheel positioning tool to enable the positioning pins and the pre-tightening fasteners to penetrate through the corresponding through holes;
s204: respectively corresponding the through holes on the second brake disc with the positioning pins and the pre-tightening fasteners one by one, and placing the second brake disc on the wheel to enable the positioning pins and the pre-tightening fasteners to penetrate through the corresponding through holes;
s205: sequentially penetrating a positioning pin through the second brake disc, the wheel and the vacant through hole on the first brake disc;
s206: locking the pre-tightening firmware by using a nut;
s207: removing the positioning pin;
s208: and mounting formal fasteners on the through holes corresponding to the positioning pins and locking the formal fasteners by nuts.
14. The method of assembling a wheel and brake rotor as claimed in claim 13, further comprising the step of, after step S208:
s301: removing the pre-tightening fastener;
s302: and mounting the formal fastener on the through hole corresponding to the pre-tightening fastener and locking the formal fastener by using a nut.
