Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is clear that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the invention, and not an exhaustive list of all embodiments. And the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a clearing device 10 for an automobile. As shown in fig. 1, the cleaning device 10 includes an air source (not shown), an air outlet 1 and a control system. Wherein, the wind source is used as a power source to provide wind energy. The outlet 1 is provided on a wall of the gutter member 2 between the front windshield 20 and the hood 30. Meanwhile, the air outlet 1 can be selectively communicated with the wind source to receive wind energy from the wind source and blow the wind into the launder 21. The control system is used for controlling the air outlet condition provided by the air source to the air outlet 1. Specifically, the control system controls not only the opening or closing of the air source to the outlet 1, but also the amount of air supplied from the air source to the outlet 1, the temperature of the air, and the like.
In the application, the wall of the runner component 2 is provided with the air outlet 1, so that air is blown into the runner 21 by using an air source, and impurities such as fallen leaves in the runner 21 are blown out, or the fallen leaves are blown to the surface of the front windshield glass 20 and then automatically scraped away from an automobile by matching with the hanging brush of the wiper 40, and the aim of manually removing the impurities such as the fallen leaves in the front air runner is fulfilled; in addition, after the wiper 40 is frozen in cold, the control system can control the air outlet temperature at the air outlet 1 to increase the temperature of the wiper 40 and melt the ice at the position, so as to realize the function of deicing the wiper.
In one embodiment, the wind source is configured as an air conditioner for a vehicle. That is, the present application utilizes the air conditioner in the existing automobile to provide wind energy for the outlet 1. The arrangement does not need additional equipment and is low in cost. An air duct 3 for communicating the air conditioner and the air outlet 1 is arranged between the air conditioner and the air outlet 1, as shown in fig. 2.
The wind outlet 1 is arranged on the wall of the water flowing channel 21 far away from the front windshield 20, so that the wind passing through the wind outlet 1 blows to the front windshield 20. This arrangement allows wind to be blown from the front to the rear in cooperation with the wiper 40, thereby easily removing foreign substances such as leaves.
As shown in fig. 2, the duct 3 may include one or more branch ducts 31. The upstream end of the branch air duct 31 is connected to the air outlet of the air conditioner, and the downstream end is connected to the air outlet 1, so as to convey the outlet air of the air conditioner to the air outlet 1. The number of the branch air ducts 31 is different according to the different number of the air outlets 1. In this application, the number of the branch air ducts 31 is two, one of which is used for supplying air to one air outlet 1, and the other is used for supplying air to the other two air outlets 1. That is, the branched air duct 31 may have a more detailed branch to connect different air outlets 1. The branched duct 31 includes an inlet section 32, a guide section 33, a flared horizontal section 34, a flared lift section 35, and an outlet section 36, which are connected in this order, in the upstream to downstream direction, as shown in fig. 2 and 5.
Specifically, the inlet section 32 is used in connection with an air conditioner, and is configured in a narrow-mouth shape so as to be conveniently connected to and receive a concentrated air supply of the air conditioner. A guiding section 33 is arranged downstream of the inlet section 32 for guiding the wind flow to deliver the wind to the different outlets 1. The guide section 33 functions to change the flow direction of the wind. The flared horizontal section 34 is arranged downstream of the guide section 33, being enlarged with respect to the cross-sectional area of the guide section 33, in particular in the transverse direction, suitable for the width of the outlet mouth 1. The wind speed is relatively reduced at the flared horizontal section 34 to ensure that the wind blows uniformly towards the outlet 1. A flared riser section 35 is disposed downstream of the flared horizontal section 34. And, the flared lifting section 35 and the flared horizontal section 34 are at a certain angle (for example, 120 degrees and 150 degrees), so that the flared lifting section 35 guides the gas to climb to the position of the high outlet 1. The air outlet section 36 is provided downstream of the flared lifting section 35 for guiding the air to the location of the air outlet 1. As shown in fig. 5, the angle formed between the outlet air section 36 and the flared lifter section 35 is 60-75 degrees. And at the junction of the air outlet section 36 and the flared riser section 35, there is a baffle 37 extending obliquely for guiding the air to flow from the flared riser section 35 to the air outlet section 36. In addition, the wind outlet section 36 is inclined in the upstream to downstream direction (in the same direction as the flared lifting section 35 to the wind outlet 1), and the downstream end is slightly lower than the upstream end. This arrangement can effectively prevent water or foreign substances or the like from entering the air path 3. In addition, the cross-sectional area of at least the end of the air outlet 1 of the air outlet section 36 is reduced relative to the upstream, so that when the air reaches the end, the air has the effect of accelerating, the air can be blown out at a stronger wind speed, and the capability of blowing impurities such as fallen leaves is improved.
As shown in fig. 6, an air outlet frame 4 matched with the shape of the air outlet 1 is arranged at the air outlet 1. The air outlet frame 4 is formed by splicing strip-shaped frame plates, and the shape of the air outlet frame is matched with that of the air outlet 1. Through setting up air-out frame 4, formed the tubular structure who is used for guiding the wind in the periphery of air outlet 1 to the guide wind blows outward. Meanwhile, the air outlet frame 4 protrudes out of the edge of the air outlet 1, so that the air outlet 1 is protected by the air outlet frame 4, and impurities such as water and the like can be prevented from entering the air duct 3 easily.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, a grill is provided in the frame of the outlet frame 4 to form a plurality of outlets 5 at the outlet 1. Can prevent effectively through above-mentioned setting that foreign matter etc. from entering into in the wind channel 3 to avoid air outlet 1 by the shutoff. In addition, the cross section of the air outlet nozzle 5 may be square, circular, trapezoidal, or any other shape.
In a preferred embodiment, however, the nozzle 5 is constructed of transversely and longitudinally extending strips of a square cross-sectional configuration, as shown in figure 7. In addition, the air outlet nozzle 5 is arranged in an inclined manner, and the downstream end is lower than the upstream end, so that impurities and the like can be prevented from entering the air outlet 1. Further preferably, the angle of inclination of the outlet 5 is 1 to 60 degrees, for example 35 degrees. The angle of inclination of the outlet nozzle 5 is realized by the angle of inclination of the transversely extending frame plate of the outlet frame 4 and the angle of inclination of the transversely extending slats of the grille, in fig. 6 the angle of inclination of the outlet nozzle 5 coincides with the angle of inclination α of the transversely extending frame plate at the upper end of the outlet frame 4.
In addition, the transversely extending frame plate of the air outlet frame 4 at the upper end extends rearward in the longitudinal direction, so that it projects in the longitudinal direction beyond the air outlet nozzle 5 at its lower part. That is, in fig. 6, the frame plate marked with the inclination angle α is extended in the direction of the right end of the drawing so as to shield each air outlet nozzle 5. From this, the horizontal extended frame plate that is located the upper end of air-out frame 4 has played and has sheltered from the effect, avoids rainwater or impurity etc. to enter into in the blowing nozzle 5. This arrangement further improves the effect of preventing foreign matter from entering at the outlet 1.
In the present application, the blowing distance T from the lowermost outlet 5 to the bottom of the gutter 21 may be 2 to 40 mm. In addition, as can be seen from fig. 3 and 4, in the transverse direction, one or more air outlets 1 may be provided for securing the area of the air blowing. In the case of a plurality of outlets 1, the outlets 1 are uniformly distributed in the lateral direction as much as possible. The longitudinal dimension of the outlet 1 varies according to the number of outlets 1, for example, the longitudinal dimension W of the outlet 1 may be between 30 mm and 500 mm. In the embodiment with three outlets 1, the longitudinal dimension W of the outlet 1 may be 300 mm. As shown in fig. 7, the height H of the outlet 1 may be 1-40 mm. The transversely extending frame plate of the air outlet frame 4 at the upper end has the largest dimension in the longitudinal direction, and the dimension B thereof cannot exceed 40 mm. The optimization of structure has not only been guaranteed in above-mentioned setting, can also guarantee that the air-out speed satisfies the operation requirement.
Referring to fig. 6, a drain hole 22 is formed at the bottom of the gutter 21 to drain the water and other substances entering the gutter 21 through the drain hole 22, thereby ensuring the cleanliness of the gutter 21.
The air outlet 1 is arranged on the flow tank body 2 and is formed through integral injection molding. In addition, the air duct 3 can be made of HDPE material to meet the design and use requirements of the air duct 3.
In this application, the control mode of the control system may refer to a control mode of air-conditioning outlet of the vehicle body, and a specific structure and a working principle thereof are foreseeable by those skilled in the art and are not described herein again.
